Description

The present invention relates to a western umbrella in which a lining cloth is provided on the inner side of the umbrella cloth, and a design pattern is written on the lining cloth, or a material of the lining cloth is selected to improve a sense of quality.

The conventional general umbrella has a plurality of main bones attached to the upper end of the central shaft in a radial arrangement at the upper end of the central shaft, and the lower ends of the same number of the supporting bones as the main bones on the lower main portion slidably provided on the central shaft A structure in which the tip of the supporting frame is pivotally attached in the middle of the length of the corresponding main bone, the umbrella cloth is stretched outside the main bone, and the umbrella cloth is opened and closed by the vertical movement of the lower rocker It has become.

In order to improve the sense of luxury of such a western umbrella, a lining cloth is provided on the inside of the umbrella cloth, and a design pattern is indicated on the lining cloth, or a material having excellent aesthetics and design is selected as the material of the lining cloth. Such a Western umbrella has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

The lining cloth in the above-mentioned western umbrella is overlapped between the tip peripheral edge of the umbrella cloth on the inner surface of the umbrella cloth and the pivotal part of the support bone and the main bone, and the outer peripheral edge is sewn to the outer peripheral edge of the umbrella cloth, and , The inner peripheral side end that is in a stretched state between each of the scapulas is attached to the lower rocker, the umbrella is opened, overlaps the inner surface of the umbrella cloth, and is in a stretched state between the scapulae And the part located in the pivot part of the main bone is attached to the pivot part.
Design Registration No. 1204601

By the way, the lining cloth of the Western umbrella as described above has a structure in which the portion located between the adjacent pivot joints of the support frame and the main bone is separated from the umbrella cloth. In the cloth, the portion located between the adjacent pivot joints of the above-mentioned support bone and the main bone hangs down, and when such a sag occurs between each of the main bones, the lining of the folded lining cloth is adjacent to the main bone. The part located between the pivoting parts becomes bulky, and the partial bulkiness of this lining cloth appears as a bulge in the middle of the umbrella cloth, reducing the appearance form when the umbrella is folded In order to improve the appearance of the folded state, it is necessary to put a hand in the folded umbrella cloth and modify it so that the partially bulky portion of the lining cloth is pushed toward the upper end side of the central axis. The problem of not becoming.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a western umbrella provided with a lining cloth on the inner side of the umbrella cloth, and when the umbrella is folded, the portion located between the pivot of the lining cloth and the adjacent pivot joint does not hang down. Thus, it is an object of the present invention to provide a western umbrella that does not reduce the appearance of the umbrella when it is folded and saves the labor of correcting a partially bulky portion of the lining cloth.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention attaches a plurality of master bones in a radial arrangement to the upper end of the central shaft in a radial arrangement, and is equivalent to the master bone to a lower joint provided slidably on the central shaft. Attach the lower end of several stakes, pivot the tip of the stake in the middle of the length of the corresponding main bone, stretch the umbrella cloth outside the main bone, In the western umbrella that opens and closes, on the inner side of the umbrella cloth, the inner surface of the umbrella cloth is overlapped between the peripheral edge of the tip of the umbrella cloth and the pivotal portion of the main bone, and between each of the supporting bones. A lining cloth that is in a stretched state is provided, and a lower end of the lining cloth is connected to each of the portions located between the pivots of the lining cloth and the main bone adjacent to each other. A configuration in which the upper end is coupled to the upper end portion of the central axis is employed.

The lining fabric has an outer peripheral edge sewn to the outer peripheral edge of the umbrella cloth, an inner peripheral end attached to the lower lokuro, the umbrella being opened, overlapping the inner surface of the umbrella cloth, and between the supporting bones. The part located at the pivotal part of the support and the main bone is attached to the pivotal part so that it is in the stretched state, and the above-mentioned drooping prevention thread holds the lining fabric so that it does not hang down when the umbrella is closed. It can be set as the structure set to the length which is loosened a little in the state which opened.

Here, the overlapping portion of the lining fabric and the main bone and the overlapping portion of the lining fabric and the support bone are joined together by a ring thread so that when the umbrella is opened, the lining fabric is stretched in a tension state without slack. It has become.

The lining fabric is, for example, a thin fabric or a lace fabric, and a design or pattern is written at a desired position, and the sag prevention yarn is a thin and transparent resin yarn, and its lower end is The upper end is connected to a cover cloth attached to the upper end of the central shaft so as to cover the upper loft.

According to this invention, a lining cloth is provided on the inner side of the umbrella cloth of the western umbrella, and the lower end of the sag prevention thread of the lining cloth is connected to each of the portions located between the support bone and the adjacent pivot joint of the lining cloth. Since the upper end of each sag prevention thread is joined to the upper end of the central shaft, when the umbrella is folded, the part located between the fulcrum of the lining cloth and the adjacent pivotal part of the main bone is suspended by the sag prevention thread. It is retained and can prevent the lining cloth from partially hanging down, and the umbrella cloth can be prevented from swelling due to the lining cloth hanging down, which improves the appearance of the umbrella when folded and further enhances the product value of luxury umbrellas. Can be made.

Also, when the umbrella is folded, there is no occurrence of partial sagging of the lining cloth, so it is possible to save the trouble of putting a hand in the folded umbrella cloth and correcting the partially bulky part of the lining cloth. Become.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in the figure, the western umbrella 1 has a plurality of main bones 4 attached to the upper end of the central shaft 2 with an upper rocker 3 in a radial arrangement, and a lower bone 5 slidably provided on the central shaft 2 and the main bone 4. The lower ends of the equal number of the supporting frames 6 are attached, and the distal ends of the supporting frames 6 are pivotally attached to the corresponding main bone 2 in the longitudinal direction using the connecting metal fitting 7, and the umbrella cloth 8 is attached to the outer side of the main bone 4. The western umbrella 1 is opened and closed by operating the lower roll 5 up and down by sewing and joining the tip end portion of the main bone 4 where the tip 9 is provided and the outer peripheral edge of the umbrella cloth 8.

When the lower loft 5 is pushed up, the raised position is locked by the upper locking tool 10 provided on the upper part of the central shaft 2, and the open of the western umbrella 1 in which the main bone 4 is curved in an arc shape and the umbrella cloth 8 is expanded. By pulling down, the main bone 4 gathers in a straight state and the umbrella cloth 8 is folded, and the closed state of the western umbrella 1 is held by the lower locking tool 11 provided at the lower part of the central shaft 2. Is done.

As shown in FIG. 4, the umbrella cloth 8 is overlapped between the pivotal portion of the support frame 6 and the main bone 4 from the outer peripheral edge with respect to the umbrella cloth 8 with the western umbrella 1 opened as shown in FIG. 4. And the lining cloth 12 which will be in a stretched state is provided in the lower surface side of each support frame 6 group.

The lining cloth 12 has a planar size substantially equal to that of the umbrella cloth 8 using a thin cloth or a lace cloth. For example, the pattern A or the like can be placed at a desired position such as a position overlapping the umbrella cloth 8. A pattern or the like is written, and the outer peripheral edge of the lining cloth 12 is sewn to the outer peripheral edge of the umbrella cloth 8, and the center part is fixed to the ring body 13 fitted on the lower roller 5. The portion facing the coupling fitting 7 is attached to the coupling fitting 7 with a thread 14, and the overlapping portion of the lining fabric 12 and the main bone 4 and the overlapping portion of the lining fabric 12 and the support bone 6 are provided at a plurality of locations. 15, so that when the western umbrella 1 is opened, the lining cloth 12 overlaps the inner surface of the umbrella cloth 8 and is stretched in a tensioned state without slack on the lower surface side of each of the supporting frames 6 group. Yes.

The lower ends of the sag prevention threads 16 of the lining fabric 12 are connected to the respective portions located between the adjacent joint fittings 7 of the lining cloth 12, and the upper ends of the sag prevention threads 16 are coupled to the upper end of the central shaft 2. ing. A top cloth 18 that can cover the upper roller 3 and a thread stop cloth 17 are attached to the upper end of the central shaft 2 so as to overlap the upper cloth 18.

The sagging prevention thread 16 may be a thin and strong thread. For example, a transparent resin thread such as Tengusu is used, and its lower end side is coupled to a portion located between adjacent coupling fittings 7 of the lining cloth 12. The upper end side is coupled to the peripheral edge portion of the above-described yarn stopping cloth 17 by using a hole, and the droop prevention thread 16 is held so that the middle of the lining cloth 12 does not hang down when the umbrella 1 is closed. The length is set such that the western umbrella 1 is opened slightly.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 5, the coupling position of the sagging prevention thread 16 with respect to the lining cloth 12 is a portion of the lining cloth 12 that overlaps the inner surface of the umbrella cloth 8 and a portion that is stretched on the lower surface side of each of the supporting bones 6 group. It corresponds to a portion that is just bent, and when the western umbrella 1 is folded, the portion of the lining cloth 12 that is about to be released from the inner surface of the umbrella cloth 8 is suspended and held by a droop prevention thread 16 to prevent drooping. .

The western umbrella 1 of the present invention is configured as described above, and when the lower rocker 5 is pushed up to the raised position and locked to the upper locking tool 10, and the western umbrella 1 is opened, as shown in FIGS. The main bone 4 pushed up halfway by the support 6 is bent downward and the umbrella cloth 8 is stretched. At this time, the lining cloth 12 is integrated with the joint fitting 7 at a portion sewn to the joint fitting 7. , The entire portion is deployed with tension, the portion located between the outer peripheral edge and the joint fitting 7 overlaps the inner surface of the umbrella cloth 8, and the space between the joint fitting 7 and the lower rocker 5 is between the supporting bones 6. The person who puts on the western umbrella 1 can see the pattern A or the pattern applied at a desired position.

At this time, the sagging prevention thread 16 that joins the portion located between the adjacent joint fittings 7 of the lining cloth 12 and the upper end portion of the central shaft 2 spreads in the same manner as the main bone 4, enabling the lining cloth 12 to be unfolded. Yes.

Next, when the lower roll 5 is pulled down and the western umbrella 1 is closed, the main bone 4 pulled down by the support 6 gathers in a straight state, the umbrella cloth 8 is folded and fits between the main bones 4, and the lining cloth 12 A portion located between the outer peripheral edge and the joint fitting 7 is folded following the umbrella cloth 8, and a portion extended on the lower surface between the supporting frames 6 is folded so as to wrap around the gathered supporting frames 6.

As described above, when the lining cloth 12 is folded, a portion of the lining cloth 12 located between the pivots 6 adjacent to the support 6 and the main bone 4 is the sag prevention thread 16 of the lining cloth 12 and the central shaft 2. Since the upper end portion is connected to the upper end portion via the thread stop cloth 17, the portion located between the adjacent joint fittings 7 of the lining cloth 12 is drooped by pulling by the prevention thread 16 as shown in FIG. 5. There is no occurrence, so that the middle of the folded umbrella cloth 8 can be prevented from bulging due to the bulkiness caused by the partial hanging of the lining cloth 12, and the appearance of the western umbrella 1 when folded is improved. The product value of can be further improved.

Further, when the western umbrella 1 is folded, the lining cloth 12 can be prevented from partially hanging down by the prevention thread 16, so that a hand is put in the folded umbrella cloth 8 to fix the hanging part of the lining cloth 12 to increase the bulk. The work of correcting the tension part can be omitted.
