Description

The present invention relates to a punching die for punching a sheet-like material such as a plastic sheet into a desired shape with high accuracy, and a cutting blade used therefor.

A conventional punching die will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig.7 (a) is a perspective view which shows the conventional cutting die, FIG.7 (b) is an expanded sectional view in the Y and Y line | wire of Fig.7 (a). Conventionally, as a punching die for punching a sheet-like material such as a plastic sheet or a corrugated cardboard sheet into a desired shape, a plate-like body (referred to as “base material” in the present specification), for example, a veneer board, etc. A narrow groove 3 is provided through a base material 2 made of a wooden plywood, a plastic plate, or a metal plate, and a cutting blade (big blade) 1 is fitted into the narrow groove 3 and fixed (patent). Reference 1). Reference numeral 8 denotes a cutting edge of the cutting blade 1. The cutting blade 1 is usually bent into the shape of a target punched product with a blade formed in a strip shape, and is inserted into the narrow groove 3 of the base material 2 (see Patent Document 2).

However, there is a limit to the size and accuracy of shapes that can be formed by bending, and it is difficult to deal with products that require small and high accuracy, such as mobile phone flat panels. In such a product, a punching die in which a metal material such as a steel plate is formed into a shape in which a base material is integrated with a cutting blade by etching or cutting is used (see Patent Document 3).

The cutting blade and the punching die of the present invention can be suitably used for punching a sheet-like material that is particularly small and requires high accuracy, such as a flat panel of a mobile phone.

図1(b)は図1(a)のA−A’線での断面図である。
First, the cutting blade for punching die of this invention and the 1st punching die using the same are demonstrated with reference to drawings.
The cutting blade for punching die of the present invention is characterized in that the cutting edge is formed in the shape of the target punching product without performing bending. As the material of the cutting blade for punching die of the present invention, a material that increases in hardness when heat-treated can be suitably used. For example, steel, SKD-11 (JIS), DC-53 (trade name, manufactured by Daido Steel) can give.
In the manufacture of this cutting blade, first, a cylindrical member having an appropriate thickness is cut out from the metal plate as described above, as shown in FIG. FIG.1 (b) is sectional drawing in the AA 'line of Fig.1 (a). The member shown in FIG. 1A can be cut out by, for example, wire cutting, laser cutting, end milling, or the like. The thickness is preferably 0.45 mm or more, more preferably 0.45 to 20.0 mm, but a thickness of 20.0 mm or more is also possible. If it is too thin, it will be difficult to process the blade. The height is the same as that of a normal cutting blade, for example, 8.0 to 50.0 mm. The tip of this member is cut at an acute angle in accordance with the shape of the target punched product to obtain a cutting blade as shown in FIG. FIG.1 (d) is sectional drawing in the BB 'line of FIG.1 (c). The cutting edge 8 can be formed not only by wire cutting but also by machining such as an end mill, and the processing method is not particularly limited. The shape of the cutting edge can be appropriately selected from double-edged, single-edged, 2-staged, 3-staged, and single-edged 2-stage. It should be noted that NC machining and high-speed NC machining can be applied to both cutting out the members and attaching blades. After the blade is attached, surface treatment is performed as necessary.
Further, the cutting blade of the present invention is manufactured in the reverse order as shown in FIG. 1, in which the shape of the cutting edge is first formed in the state of a metal plate, and then cut into the shape of the target cutting blade by wire cutting or the like. Is also possible.
The cutting blade for punching die of the present invention can be made into a cutting blade with accuracy and shape that could not be obtained by bending the band blade by forming the cutting edge into the shape of the product without performing bending.
In addition, this cutting die cutting blade may have a pedestal formed integrally with the cutting blade, similar to the cutting blade used for the second punching die described later (see FIG. 5B). The cutting blade having this pedestal can be used as a punching die with only the cutting blade without being fitted into the base material.

The first punching die of the present invention is obtained by fitting the above-described cutting die cutting blade into a narrow groove of a base material. One example is shown in a perspective view in FIG. A cutting blade 1 shown in FIG. 1A is fitted into a narrow groove 3 formed in the base material 2 with the blade tip facing upward, and is fixed. FIG. 2B shows a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC ′ of FIG. As means for forming the narrow groove 3 in the base material 2, a laser saw method using a laser beam, an end mill cut method using an end mill, a wire cut method using a wire, and the like can be employed in addition to the use of a yarn saw or the like. The narrow groove 3 may penetrate the base material 2. Further, the narrow groove 3 is formed slightly wider than the thickness of the cutting blade 1 or a concave portion is provided in the thin groove 3 so that the space formed between the cutting blade 1 and the base material 2 is filled with resin or the like. The cutting blade 1 can also be fixed.
The base material may be a plate-like body formed of any material, for example, a plate-like body formed of a synthetic resin such as a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin. Examples of the synthetic resin include acrylic resin, PET (polyethylene terephthalate), and vinyl chloride resin. In addition, a plate-like body in which several wooden plate-like bodies or thin wooden sheet-like materials are stacked, for example, a veneer board may be used. Further, when punching a large number of sheets or punching a slightly hard material, a thin metal (aluminum, steel, etc.) plate-like body can be used.
FIG. 2C is a cross-sectional view of an example in which the base material has a two-layer structure of 2 and 2 ′. In this way, the base material can also have a multilayer structure, and at this time, each base material may be the same material or different materials. For example, the base material 2 is made of a veneer or a synthetic resin in which the narrow grooves 3 are easily formed, and the base material 2 'is made of a high-strength aluminum plate or steel material so as to easily form a die with less distortion. Is possible. When the base material has a multi-layer structure as described above, it is also preferable to pass a wood screw or the like from the lower base material 2 ′ toward the upper base material 2 to fix them.
The thickness of the base material can be appropriately selected so that the height from the bottom surface to the cutting edge 8 of the cutting blade 1 becomes a predetermined dimension for mounting on the press surface plate, and is, for example, about 8.0 to 16 mm. .
Note that an elastic body such as rubber can be provided on the surface of the base material so that the punched product and punched waste can be easily separated from the punching die.

Next, the second punching die of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 3A is a perspective view showing an example of the second punching die of the present invention, and FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX ′ in FIG. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the punch shown in FIG.
The cutting blade 1 used for the second punching die has a base 4 formed integrally therewith. These materials can be the same as those described above as the material of the cutting die cutting blade of the present invention. The cutting blade 1 having the pedestal 4 first cuts out a columnar member (see FIG. 5A) that matches the shape of the pedestal 4 from a metal plate such as a steel plate, and then cuts out a portion that becomes the cutting blade 1 therefrom. Created. In the cross-sectional view taken along the line XX ′ of FIG. 5A shown in FIG. 5B, the portion shown as the removal portion is scraped off, and the base 4 and the cutting blade 1 are left. The member can be cut out by, for example, wire cutting, laser cutting, end milling, or the like. Further, the step of cutting the cutting blade from the member can be performed by wire cutting, etching, electric discharge machining, grinding by machining such as an end mill, or the like. Also in these steps, NC machining and high-speed NC machining can be applied as appropriate. The shape of the cutting edge can also be appropriately selected from the same as those mentioned for the cutting blade for punching die of the present invention. Surface treatment is performed if necessary.
Note that the member may be cut out first, or the outside may be cut out after being cut out. Further, the cutting blade may be cut out before cutting.

The base 4 has a shape surrounding the cutting blade 1. The fewer removed parts in FIG. 5 (b), the shorter the time required for cutting the cutting blade and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. However, the cutting blade is prevented from being distorted, and the cutting edge can be kept horizontal so that high precision punching can be performed. In addition, the pedestal preferably has a width of 3 mm or more. 3 to 5 show an example in which the pedestal 4 is formed on both sides of the cutting blade 1 along the cutting blade 1. However, when the cutting blade has a complicated shape, the shape does not necessarily follow the cutting blade. In any case, it is only necessary that the cutting blade is on the pedestal. Moreover, you may form a base only in the inner side or the outer side of a cutting blade. The thickness of the pedestal is preferably 2.0 to 22 mm in consideration of the effect of fixing the cutting blade and the cutting blade cutting efficiency.
A groove 5 for fitting the base 4 is formed in the base material 2, and the second punching die of the present invention is formed by housing and fixing the base 4 in the groove 5. The groove 5 may penetrate the base material 2. FIGS. 3 and 4 show an example in which positioning holes 7 and 7 ′ are provided in the base 4 and the base material 2 and fixed through the positioning pins 6, but the same as described in the first punching die. It is also possible to fix with resin or use an adhesive. The material, thickness, and the like that can be used for the base material are the same as those described in the first punching die, and a multilayer structure can be used as in the first punching die. Similarly to the first punching die, it is also possible to provide an elastic body such as rubber on the surface of the base material so that the punched product and punching waste can be easily separated from the punching die.
3 and 4, the base material 2 extends over both sides of the pedestal 4, but it may be fitted only on the inside of the pedestal 4 or only on the outside.

In both the first punching die and the second punching die according to the present invention, a hole or a space may be provided inside the cutting blade, and the punched product or scraps may be dropped. The extracted product or scum collected in the space can be removed by suction or the like.
An example in which a hole is provided inside the cutting blade 1 is shown in schematic cross-sectional views in FIGS. 6A and 6B. At this time, the cutting blade 1 does not have to stand vertically. When the inner diameter indicated by y is made larger than the inner diameter of the cutting edge 8 indicated by x in FIG. 6A, the punched product or the scraper 9 is likely to fall as shown in FIG. 6B. FIG. 6C is an explanatory view schematically showing an example in which a space portion is provided inside the cutting blade 1 and a punched product or scraper 9 that has fallen into the suction blade is sucked and taken out.

The cutting blade for cutting die and the punching die of the present invention are suitable for punching a small sheet-like punched product, preferably one having a long side or the longest diameter of 700 mm or less. According to the present invention, even when 10,000 or more such small products are punched out, the accuracy (the ratio of the measured length deviation to the designed length) can be maintained within 0.3%.
The use of the punching die of the present invention includes not only punching a sheet-like material completely, but also half cutting.
