Description
すなわち、本発明は以下に記載する通りのポリオキシメチレン樹脂組成物、これを用いた成形体及び部品である。
(1) (A)メルトフロー1〜80g/10分であるコモノマー量0.1〜3モル%のコポリマー及び/又はホモポリマーからなるポリオキシメチレン樹脂 100重量部、(B)ポリオレフィン(b1)のブロックと、親水性ポリマー(b2)のブロックとがエステル結合、アミド結合、エーテル結合、ウレタン結合およびイミド結合から選ばれる少なくとも1種の結合を介して、繰り返し交互に結合した構造を有するブロックポリマー 0.05〜30重量部を含むポリオキシメチレン樹脂組成物。
(2) さらに、(C)潤滑剤 0.05〜10重量部及び/又は(D)平均粒子径10μm以下の無機充填材0.01〜50重量部を含むことを特徴とする上記(1)記載のポリオキシメチレン樹脂組成物。
(3) (C)潤滑材が、アルコール、脂肪酸、アルコールと脂肪酸またはジカルボン酸とのエステル、ポリオキシアルキレングリコールおよび平均重合度10〜500のオレフィン化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である上記(1)又は(2)に記載のポリオキシメチレン樹脂組成物。
(4) (D)無機フィラーが平均粒子径5μm以下である上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載のポリオキシメチレン樹脂組成物。
(5) 上記(1)〜(4)の何れかに記載のポリオキシメチレン樹脂組成物を成形して得られる成形体。
(6) 上記(1)〜(4)の何れかに記載のポリオキシメチレン樹脂組成物を成形、切削または成形した後切削して得られる部品。
(7) 部品がギヤ、カム、スライダー、レバー、アーム、クラッチ、フェルトクラッチ、アイドラーギヤ、プーリー、ローラー、コロ、キーステム、キートップ、シャッター、リール、シャフト、関節、軸、軸受けおよびガイドからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の部品である上記(6)記載の部品。
(8) ハロゲン系溶剤、脂肪族炭化水素、芳香族炭化水素、アルコール、液化炭酸ガス、界面活性剤を含有する水および純水からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の溶剤で洗浄した後に使用される上記(5)〜(7)のいずれかに記載の成形体及び部品。
