Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an emulsifying cleansing cosmetic composition, and relates to an emulsifying cleansing cosmetic composition that is excellent in cleansing properties and easily washed away with water.
Conventional cleansing cosmetic compositions include, for example, anionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, water-based cleansing agents mainly composed of nonionic surfactants, oil-in-water emulsion type cleansing creams, and liquid oils. There is a cleansing oil in which a hydrophilic surfactant is dissolved (for example, Patent Document 1), and a liquid crystal or gel is formed with a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant and a polyhydric alcohol, and an oil component is contained therein. Dosage forms such as blended cleansing gels (for example, Patent Documents 2 and 3) are known.
However, in such a conventional cleansing cosmetic composition, the water-based cleansing agent has a high hydrophilicity of the surfactant used, so that it can be easily washed out and used easily. There is a drawback that the cleansing power is not good enough with the dirt, and it does not sufficiently satisfy the demands of consumers in recent years. Further, when the surfactant concentration is increased in order to increase the cleansing power, the irritation becomes stronger and there is a problem in terms of safety.
Cleansing creams have been used for removing makeup cosmetics for a long time, and have a dosage form that achieves both a sufficient cleansing power with a large amount of oil and a mildness with a moisturizer. In recent years, a cleansing cream that can be washed away with water using a highly water-soluble nonionic surfactant has been developed and improved in function, but a milder product is desired. However, when a highly safe surfactant such as sucrose fatty acid ester is used, it is not easy to wash away, so after wiping off the cleansing cream, washing with a wiping lotion and a face wash It was necessary to perform this, and lacked convenience.
In addition, cleansing oil has a high cleansing power because the outer phase is oil, but a high concentration of surfactant is required to wash away a large amount of oil, and the washing effect is insufficient and an oily feeling may remain. In addition, since almost no moisture or humectant is blended, there is a problem in the feeling of use such as the skin becoming soft after cleansing.
Cleansing agents that contain oil in liquid crystals or gels with hydrophilic nonionic surfactants have both cleansing power and ease of washing, but in order to obtain sufficient cleansing power, or in liquid crystals or gels In order to add oil to the oil, a large amount of surfactant is required, which is problematic in terms of safety. Moreover, since it is a dosage form in which a large amount of polyhydric alcohol is blended, it is sticky at the time of use, and it is not preferable. Furthermore, these dosage forms have the feature that the appearance is transparent or translucent and beautiful, but there are also problems in terms of stability, such as white turbidity or liquefaction due to moisture absorption or drying over time. Further, there is a problem that the cleansing power is lowered due to the balance of polyhydric alcohol and water being lost.
In view of the problems of the above-described conventional various cleansing cosmetic compositions, the present invention has a high cleansing effect against oily dirt such as skin dirt and makeup cosmetics, and is easy to wash after cleansing and easily used. The object of the present invention is to provide an emulsifying cleansing cosmetic composition that can be applied to the skin and is low in irritation and high in safety.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an emulsified cleansing cosmetic comprising a highly safe nonionic surfactant such as a sucrose fatty acid ester, a dihydric alcohol and an oil is described above. It has been found that the problem can be solved.
That is, the emulsion-type cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention contains (1) a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester of HLB11 or higher, (2) a dihydric alcohol, (3) an oil component, and (4) water. It is what.
In the emulsified cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention, the blending weight ratio of the component (1) to the component (2) (component (2) / component (1)) is preferably 0.8 or more.
Moreover, in the emulsion cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention, the polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester is preferably a sucrose fatty acid ester.
According to the emulsion cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention, it is possible to provide a mild emulsion cleansing cosmetic having excellent cleansing power and washability while using a highly safe polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester.
The emulsified cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention contains (1) a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester of HLB11 or higher, (2) a dihydric alcohol, (3) an oil component, and (4) water as essential components.
The polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester of component (1) is known as a highly safe nonionic surfactant, and a part thereof is also used for foods and the like.
The polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester is obtained by an ester bond between a polyhydric alcohol and a fatty acid. Examples of the polyhydric alcohol include sucrose, glucose, trehalose, maltitol, and polyglycerin.
The fatty acid may be a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, may be linear or branched, and may be a mixture thereof. Examples of these fatty acids include lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, isostearic acid, and oleic acid.
The upper limit of the polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester is not particularly limited as long as the HLB is 11 or more, and the esterification degree is not particularly limited, and a mixture of several kinds of esterification degrees may be used. Preferably, the monoester content is 40 wt% or more.
Specifically, sucrose fatty acid esters such as sucrose laurate, sucrose myristate, sucrose palmitate, sucrose stearate, and sucrose isostearate, polyglycerin laurate, polyglycerin myristine Examples include acid esters, polyglycerol palmitate esters, polyglycerol stearates, and polyglycerol fatty acid esters such as polyglycerol isostearates. Of these, sucrose fatty acid esters are preferably used.
In the present invention, one or more of these polyhydric alcohol fatty acid esters are combined and used so that the HLB is 11 or more. If the HLB is 11 or more by combination, the polyhydric alcohol having an HLB of less than 11 alone. Fatty acid esters can also be used. If the HLB is less than 11, the washability with water tends to decrease.
The compounding quantity of polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester is 0.5-20 wt%, Preferably it is 1-5 wt%. If it is less than 0.5 wt%, the emulsification stability and washability are insufficient, and even if it exceeds 20 wt%, the cleansing function does not improve any more, which is economically disadvantageous, and stability such as precipitation and separation is not good. Problems are likely to occur.
Examples of the dihydric alcohol of component (2) include ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, isoprene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, 1,2-pentanediol and the like.
The blending amount of the dihydric alcohol is 60 wt% or less, preferably 5 to 30 wt%. When the dihydric alcohol exceeds 60 wt%, the stability of the system is deteriorated, and changes with time such as precipitation and clouding are easily caused.
In the present invention, the blending ratio of the component (1) and the component (2) (component (2) / weight ratio of component (1)) is preferably 0.8 or more. That is, the blending amount of the polyhydric alcohol is preferably 0.8 times or more of the blending amount of the polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester as the emulsifier, and if it is less than that, the ease of washing off the cosmetic with water becomes insufficient.
The oil used in the component (3) of the present invention is usually used for cosmetics and the like, and a liquid at normal temperature (25 ° C.) is preferable because it has good compatibility with oil stains. Even if it is solid, there is no problem as long as it is mixed with other liquid oil and liquid.
As the oil, for example, any of fatty acids, higher alcohols, hydrocarbon polar oils, nonpolar oils, and silicone oils can be used. Specifically, olive oil, castor oil, camellia oil, cetanol, stearyl alcohol, stearic acid, liquid paraffin, squalane, trioctanoin, isocetyl 2-ethylhexanoate, tri (2-ethylhexanoate) glyceryl, dimethylpolysiloxane, Examples include methylphenyl polysiloxane.
The oil content is 15 to 70 wt%, preferably 25 to 60 wt%. If it is less than 15 wt%, a sufficient cleansing force cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 70 wt%, stability such as precipitation and separation is deteriorated.
In the emulsified cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention, water forms an outer phase of an emulsified system, and by blending water, gel in the system (so-called a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester and a dihydric alcohol is used. Generation of a surfactant phase) and a sticky feel can be suppressed.
The blending amount of water is 20 to 80 wt%, preferably 30 to 60 wt%. If it is less than 20 wt%, a stable emulsion cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 80 wt%, the cleansing power tends to decrease.
The preparation method of the emulsified cleansing cosmetic composition of the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, it can be prepared by adding an oil phase to a water phase composed of a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester, a dihydric alcohol and water and uniformly emulsifying it.
Moreover, the emulsion type cleansing cosmetic composition of this invention can add and use other components other than the said essential component as needed in the range which does not deviate from the objective of this invention. Other additive components include glycerin, diglycerin, polyglycerin, trimethylolpropane, erythritol, pentaerythritol, sorbitan, sorbitol, glucose, shampoo as long as the functions such as cleansing power, washability, stability and safety are not impaired. Moisturizers such as sugar, maltitol, trehalose, polyoxyethylene methyl glucoside, thickeners, bactericides, antiseptics, antioxidants, pH adjusters, anionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, nonionic A surfactant or the like can be used.
