Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a decorative board and a manufacturing method thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to a decorative panel for a counter used around a water such as a kitchen or a bathroom.
However, the above-mentioned method of impregnating the resin requires large-scale equipment, production is batch-type and time-consuming, making it difficult to handle small lots, and too much resin impregnation makes the plastic feel There was a problem that the wood texture was damaged. On the other hand, in the latter method, if the thickness of the veneer is about 0.2 mm, the UV curable resin that has penetrated to the lower layer of the veneer can be cured by UV (ultraviolet) irradiation. When a thick veneer exceeding 0.2 mm is used, even if the UV curable resin penetrates into the veneer, it cannot be cured because UV does not reach, and sufficient performance can be exhibited. There was a problem that I could not.
In addition, a method of improving the surface hardness and water resistance by forming a paint film with a thick coating of paint can be considered, but also in this case the wood texture is impaired, and the paint hardly penetrates into the veneer. When the coating film is missing because it exists on the surface, water permeates from the spot, causing problems such as spots and stains.
In view of the above, the present invention has an object to provide a decorative board that can be easily manufactured and has high surface hardness and high water resistance even when it is a thick single board, and a method for manufacturing the decorative board.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the decorative board of the present invention is as follows. First, a single board that has been impregnated and cured with a penetrating hydrophobic resin is impregnated with a penetrating UV (ultraviolet) curable resin from the surface side. A cured layer of the penetrating UV curable resin is formed on the upper portion of the single plate, and a base material is disposed on the lower portion of the single plate.
Second, a single plate that has been impregnated and cured with a penetrating hydrophobic resin is coated and impregnated with a penetrating UV (ultraviolet) curable resin from the surface side, and a single cured layer of the penetrating UV curable resin is formed. It is formed in the upper part of the board, The base material is arrange | positioned through the thermosetting resin impregnation sheet | seat in the lower part of this single board.
Thirdly, in the decorative board described above, the veneer is disposed so that the cracked surface of the veneer is on the front side.
Fourth, the penetrating hydrophobic resin is an oil-modified polyol, and fifth, the penetrating UV curable resin is a polyester acrylate. To do.
Furthermore, sixthly, as a method for producing a decorative board according to the present invention, an uncured penetrating hydrophobic resin is applied and impregnated from the surface side of the veneer and cured, and then the uncured penetrating UV is applied to the surface of the veneer. The method includes a step of coating and impregnating a curable resin and curing.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a single plate that has been impregnated and cured with a penetrating hydrophobic resin is coated and impregnated with the penetrating UV curable resin from the surface side, and the cured layer of the penetrating UV curable resin is a single plate. It is formed on the upper part of the board, and a base material is attached to the lower part of the veneer, thereby realizing a decorative board with high surface hardness and water resistance even with a thick veneer. Can do.
According to the second aspect of the invention, since the base material is disposed under the veneer via the thermosetting resin impregnated sheet, the surface hardness of the decorative board can be further increased and strengthened. Moreover, by heating and pressing using a thermosetting resin impregnated sheet in a semi-cured state at the time of production, curing and adhesion can be performed simultaneously without performing pretreatment such as adhesive application. Furthermore, when a thermosetting resin impregnated sheet is disposed on both sides of the substrate, it is possible to suppress the warping of the decorative board.
According to the third aspect of the invention, since the back surface of the single plate is disposed on the front side, the penetrating hydrophobic resin and the penetrating UV curable resin can be effectively impregnated. . Such back cracks are generated by slicing with a knife at the time of manufacturing a single plate or by cutting with a rotary lace knife. And since the veneer obtained in this way will be in the state where it warped in convex shape, the laminating operation which arranged this veneer can be made easy.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the hydrophobic effect can be further exhibited when the osmotic hydrophobic resin is an oil-modified polyol.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, a decorative board having a higher surface hardness can be realized when the penetrating UV curable resin is a polyester acrylate.
According to the sixth aspect, the above decorative board can be easily produced.
The invention of the present application has the features as described above. Embodiments will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an example of an embodiment of a decorative board according to the present invention. As for the decorative board of this invention, the
As described above, the present invention reinforces the
The penetrating UV curable resin is a light curable resin having a low molecular weight and easily penetrating into a single plate and cured by ultraviolet irradiation. For example, various types such as polyester, polyether, urethane, and epoxy are used. An acrylate is mentioned. In particular, it is preferable to use a polyester-based acrylate in consideration of the surface hardness after curing, easy availability, and handleability. The molecular weight of the penetrating UV curable resin is preferably about 100 to 1,000. If it is less than 100, even if it penetrates into the
The impregnation of the penetrating hydrophobic resin and penetrating UV curable resin into the
In the present invention, the uncured penetrating hydrophobic resin is coated and impregnated from the surface side of the
For example, when the osmotic UV curable resin is applied and impregnated before the osmotic hydrophobic resin is applied and impregnated, the osmotic UV curable resin penetrates to the lower layer of the single plate. And, when trying to cure the penetrating UV curable resin by UV irradiation, UV (ultraviolet rays) can reach and cure to a depth of about 0.2 mm from the surface of the
Therefore, in the present invention, first, as shown in FIG. 2, uncured penetrating hydrophobic resin is applied and impregnated from the surface side of the veneer 1 (FIG. 2 (a)) and cured to reinforce the veneer interior ( FIG. 2 (b)). Thus, even when an uncured penetrating UV curable resin is subsequently applied and impregnated from the surface of the
The
Moreover, in this invention, the decorative coating may be given to the surface of the veneer. The decorative coating may be performed with a top coating used for a general plate material, and examples thereof include a top coating urethane coating. This decorative coating can be retained without impairing the wood texture of the veneer surface.
The
FIG. 4 is an example of another embodiment of the decorative board of the present invention. In FIG. 4A, a thermosetting resin-impregnated sheet 3 is disposed between the
The thermosetting resin-impregnated sheet 3 is obtained by impregnating a sheet base material such as paper, woven fabric, and non-woven fabric with a thermosetting resin varnish to obtain a semi-cured state. The
Since the thermosetting resin impregnated sheet 3 is cured and disposed, the surface weight of the decorative board can be further enhanced and strengthened, such as supporting a local load and reducing a dent against the load. Can do. The cured thermosetting resin-impregnated sheet 3 has good dimensional stability against moisture and suppresses swelling / shrinkage due to moisture content change. Furthermore, you may arrange | position the thermosetting resin impregnation sheet | seat 3 on the both surfaces side of the
Examples of the thermosetting resin of the above thermosetting resin impregnated sheet 3 include diallyl phthalate resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin, urea resin, phenol resin, unsaturated polyester resin, and the like. Of these, diallyl phthalate resin is preferably used in consideration of safety and cost.

About the obtained decorative board, the surface hardness, the water absorption length from a damage part, and the curvature by repeated wet and dry were evaluated, respectively. The surface hardness was measured by dropping a 1 kg egg weight from a height of 60 cm toward the decorative board surface, and measuring the depth of the dent on the decorative board surface generated after the egg weight dropped. As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the plan view (b), the front view, the water absorption from the scratched part is first made by scratching a scratch having a depth of about 0.5 mm from the decorative plate surface with a cutter knife, an inner diameter of 23 mm, A glass ring with a thickness of 1 mm and a length of 30 mm is attached with petrolatum. Next, water was put into the glass ring and allowed to stand for 24 hours, and then the water absorption length from the damaged part was measured. The warpage in repeated drying and wetting was performed 4.5 cycles with 40 ° C. 30 RH × 8 hours and 40 ° C. 90 RH × 16 hours repeated as one cycle, and the warpage in the length direction was measured. The warp was measured by measuring the height of the arrow at the center by putting a thread on both ends of the decorative plate as shown in FIG.
