Description

The present invention relates to a gutter joint used when, for example, a water collecting body and a gutter, or gutters are connected to each other, and more specifically, depending on the drainage structure in the field where the gutter joint is installed, It relates to a gauze joint that can be installed in any direction regardless of the side.

Conventionally, rainwater, etc., which is provided at the eaves and flows down from the eaves eaves, is collected at the water collection port installed at the downstream end of the eaves eaves. A drainage structure for draining water is known.
Each of the following patent documents discloses such a drainage structure, and the following patent document 1 prevents the movement of the heel at the connecting portion between the heel and the curved heel member (the heel joint). The thing provided with the projection part for this is described.
Further, in Patent Document 2 below, a protrusion is provided at a position in the middle of the outer peripheral surface of the short cylindrical body (a saddle joint), and from the upper end downward, the protrusion is inclined and recessed (a plurality of recesses). A groove is engraved, and such a structure prevents rainwater from flowing out from the connecting portion of the gutter joint.
JP-A-8-109714 JP 2000-109714 A

However, a joint with a protrusion or an uneven part formed at the end of the water inlet of the joint as described above has a problem in that the installation direction of the joint is determined, not due to the structure of the protrusion or the uneven part. was there.
That is, when using a heel joint when connecting a water collector and a ridge, or between ridges, the water inlet on the inflow side is externally fitted and connected from the viewpoint of preventing water leakage or water intrusion. On the other hand, the water outlet on the outflow side is often fitted and connected, and the above-described protrusions and the like have been formed accordingly.
However, from the viewpoint of on-site enforcement, reduction in the number of parts, and product cost, it is desired that the joint can be connected in any direction.

In addition, as described above, the saddle joint has a structure that takes into account the removal of the saddle and the waterproof surface, etc., while smoothing the flow of rainwater, improving drainage and preventing entry of foreign substances other than rainwater. Is also something that requires consideration.
For example, the rainwater collected in the water collector installed at the downstream end of the eaves is drained in proportion to the size of the drainage outlet, but when a large amount of rainwater flows in such as heavy rain. However, there was a problem that rainwater that could not be drained from the catcher would overflow if the drainage of the spear joint was poor. In addition, when an intruder such as a ball enters, the intruder blocks the water collecting port of the water collecting body, and not only can rain water drain smoothly, but also rain water etc. is stored in the water collecting body as in the above case. There was a problem that it eventually overflowed from the water collector.

Therefore, it has been considered to provide a wire net or the like at the open end of the water collecting body to prevent the intrusion of a ball or the like. However, such a wire net or the like can prevent an intruding object such as a ball, for example, a fallen leaf or the like. Adhesion stagnant, the mesh is blocked, rainwater and the like can not be drained smoothly, can not be adopted.
In addition, when removing an intruder such as a ball after removing it, the hand must be inserted from above the water collecting body installed at a high place to remove the ball etc. In addition, there was a problem that it was difficult and dangerous.

The present invention aims to solve such a problem, and can be mounted in any direction regardless of the inflow side or the outflow side, but has good drainage and prevents foreign matter from entering. Providing a scissors joint that can.

To achieve the above objective,
The scissor joint according to claim 1 is a scissor joint in which a main body cylinder portion having a water outlet and a scissor connection cylinder having a water outlet from the main body cylinder portion are branched and projected.
A fitting groove is provided at the end portion of each of the above-mentioned water flow ports so as to be inserted so that the opening end below the tub or the water collecting body is sandwiched from both sides of the outer periphery.

A flange joint according to claim 2 is the same as claim 1,
The main body cylinder part has an open bottom, and a lid with a rod-like body is detachably mounted on the open bottom.

Furthermore, the gauze joint according to claim 3 is characterized in that in claim 1 or claim 2,
The fitting groove has a groove forming wall into which the opening end below the trough or the water collecting body is inserted, and the groove forming wall forms the inner side wall part of the main body cylinder part lower than the outer side wall part, In addition, the inner side wall portion is formed with an inclined edge having a lower inner peripheral surface side.

The present invention has the following effects.
According to the saddle joint according to claim 1, the end portion of the water flow outlet is provided with a fitting groove into which the open end below the trough or the water collecting body is inserted and sandwiched from both sides of the outer periphery. Therefore, the opening end of the lower part of the tub or the water collecting body can be firmly fitted in any of the water outlets of the main body cylinder part and the tub coupling cylinder. Moreover, even if it makes a flowing water port insert in any direction of an upstream or a downstream, it can connect ridges or a water collecting body, and a ridge in the aspect which is hard to leak.

According to the flange joint according to claim 2, the main body cylinder portion has an open bottom, and a lid with a rod-like body is detachably attached to the open bottom, so that an intruder is present. Even if it invades, the rod-like body can prevent the intrusion and prevent the intruder from blocking the inside of the main body cylinder portion.
In addition, by controlling the installation direction of the rod-shaped body, an effect of smoothly rectifying the flow of inflowing rainwater or the like to the drainage side can be expected.

According to the flange joint according to claim 3, the fitting groove has a groove forming wall into which the opening end of the flange or the water collecting body is inserted, and the groove forming wall is an inner side wall of the main body cylinder portion. Since the part is formed lower than the outer surface side wall part, the opening end of the basin or the water collecting body can be firmly sandwiched even if the water flow port is inserted in either the upstream or downstream direction, and a drop occurs. It is difficult to prevent water from entering from the outside, and there is no risk of leakage of water flowing down in the main body cylinder. Further, the appearance of the saddle joint can be clearly formed regardless of the conventional one.
Further, the inner side wall portion is formed with an inclined edge having a lower inner peripheral surface side, so that water flowing down the main body cylinder portion does not collect on the edge of the inner side wall portion, and is more waterproof and drainable. It can be a good saddle joint.

Hereinafter, the gutter joint according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is an overall perspective view of a saddle joint that is an example of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view of the saddle joint shown in FIG. 1, and FIGS. 3A and 3B are main portions shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is an enlarged sectional view, and FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining an example of use of the present invention.

In the figure, a saddle joint 1 is formed by branching and projecting a main body cylinder portion 3 having a water flow port 2 and a main body cylinder portion 3 and a gutter connecting tube 4 having a water flow port 2. One of the flowing water ports 2 formed in the connecting cylinder 4 is an upstream port through which rainwater or the like flows in, and the other is configured as a downstream port through which drained rainwater or the like is drained. Further, the saddle joint 1 includes a main body cylinder portion 3 and a saddle connection cylinder 4 that branches from the main body cylinder portion 3 in a direction inclined slightly below the horizontal, and is directly below the main body cylinder portion 3. The open bottom 5 is opened, and the open bottom 5 is detachably mounted with a lid 6 on which a rod-like body 7 is erected.

As shown in FIG. 2, the end 2a of the water flow port 2 is provided with a fitting groove 8 for inserting the open end below the trough 9 or the water collecting body 10 so as to be sandwiched from both sides of the outer periphery thereof. The fitting groove 8 has a groove forming wall 81 into which the opening end below the trough 9 or the water collector 10 is inserted.
Here, the groove forming wall 81 may be formed on the entire inner peripheral surface of the end 2a of the water flow port 2 or may be formed partially with a predetermined interval.

In this way, the end 2a of the water flow port 2 is provided with the fitting groove 8 into which the opening end below the trough 9 or the water collector 10 is inserted so as to be sandwiched from both sides of the outer periphery thereof. In any of the flow outlets 2 of the main body cylinder portion 3 and the ridge coupling cylinder 4, the opening end below the basin 9 or the water collector 10 can be securely fitted, and the basins 9 or the basin 9 or the basin 9 can be gathered in a manner in which water does not leak easily. The water body 10 and the ridge 9 can be firmly connected. That is, the flange joint 1 of the present invention is a combined type that can be joined either on the water or under the water.

As described above, the opening bottom 5 has a structure in which the lid 6 that can seal the opening 5 is detachably attached, and the protruding portion 6b provided on the lid 6 of the bottomed cylindrical body having substantially the same diameter as the opening bottom 5. And is sealed and fixed. As described above, since the opening bottom 5 is detachable by the lid 6, it can be used as an inspection port, and if the lid 6 is removed, dust or the like accumulated in the flange joint 1 can be easily removed.

In addition, the fixing structure of the lid 6 is not limited to this, and a screw groove formed on the outer surface of the opening bottom 5 and a screw thread that engages with the screw groove on the lid 6 side may be used. Any structure may be used as long as the opening bottom 5 can be sealed by the lid 6 and the lid 6 is detachably attached to the opening bottom 5.
Further, an insertion receiving portion 6c protruding in a cylindrical shape is provided at the center of the inner surface bottom portion 6a of the lid 6, and the rod-like body 7 is configured to stand on the insertion receiving portion 6c.
In addition, the rod-shaped body 7 may not be detachable but may be fixed to the insertion receiving portion 6c.

Thus, since the opening bottom 5 is closed by the lid 6 provided with the rod-like body 7, the upper end 7a of the rod-like body 7 prevents the intruder from entering even if the intruder tries to invade. Can block the inside of the main body cylinder portion 3.
Further, such a rod-like body 7 can be expected to have a rectifying effect for guiding drainage such as rainwater flowing into the drainage side, and by controlling the installation direction of the rod-like body 7, drainage can be performed smoothly.
In addition, the shape of the rod-shaped body 7 is not limited to the illustrated example, and a spiral groove may be formed in the outer peripheral body portion of the rod-shaped body 7. According to this, a further rectification effect can be expected. Further, the rod-like body 7 may be a hollow tube body in order to reduce the weight.

FIG. 3 shows a state where the open end 9a of the flange 9 is fitted in the groove 8 and the arrow indicates the direction of water flow. FIG. 3A shows a state in which the ridge 9 is connected to the upstream side of the water outlet 2, and FIG. 3B shows a state in which the ridge 9 is connected to the downstream side of the water outlet 2. Show.
In addition, although the example in which all the flow outlets 2 provided in the main-body cylinder part 3 and the eaves 9 were connected here is shown here, it is not restricted to this, The flow opening 2 and the eaves 9 of the eaves connection cylinder 4 are a figure. Needless to say, they can be connected as in the example.
Although not shown here, even when the water collecting body 10 is disposed upstream of the water flow port 2, the opening end (not shown) of the water collecting body 10 is inserted into the fitting groove 8, and each other is connected. They can be connected (see FIG. 4A).

As described above, the fitting groove 8 has the groove forming wall 81 into which the opening end below the trough 9 or the water collecting body 10 is inserted, and the groove forming wall 81 has the inner surface side wall portion 81a more than the outer surface side wall portion 81b. The lower end of the basin 9 or the water collector 10 can be firmly held between the upstream and downstream sides of the water inlet 2 so that it does not easily fall out. It can be. Therefore, intrusion of water or the like from the outside of the saddle joint 1 is prevented, and there is no possibility that water flowing down in the main body cylinder portion 3 and the inside of the rod connection cylinder 4 leaks from the connection portion to the outside. Further, since the groove forming wall 81 is provided at the inner peripheral end portion of the water flow port 2, the appearance of the gutter joint 1 can be clearly defined as the conventional one. Furthermore, since it has a simple structure, there is no concern about cost increase.

As shown in the partially enlarged view surrounded by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 3A, the groove forming wall 81 is formed such that the inner surface side wall portion 81a of the main body cylinder portion 3 is lower than the outer surface side wall portion 81b. The side wall 81a is formed with an inclined edge 82 having a lower inner peripheral surface side.
Thus, since the inclined edge 82 is formed, the water flowing down the main body cylinder part 3 does not collect at the edge part of the inner surface side wall part 81a, and it is possible to make a heel joint having a further waterproof and drainage property.

4 (a) to 4 (c) are diagrams illustrating an example of use of the present invention.
FIG. 4A shows a usage example in which a water collecting body 10 is connected to the upstream side of the water flow port 2 and a trough 9 is connected to the downstream side. That is, in this example, the water collecting body 10 and the eaves 9 are connected via the eaves joint 1. FIGS. 4B and 4C show a state in which the ridge 9 is connected to the downstream side of the water flow port 2. That is, this is an example in which the ridges 9 are connected together.
As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (c), the water collecting body 10 is formed in a box shape having an open top, and the downstream end of the eaves is communicated with one side wall as in the prior art. The water collecting port penetrated is formed. Here, the water collecting body 10 is not limited to those exemplified in the present embodiment, and means, for example, a collective name of water collecting devices such as a receiving bowl and a drain. The type is not limited. In the figure, 11 is an elbow.

As shown in FIG. 4 (a), if the joint 1 is used for the connecting portion of the water collecting body 10 and the ridge 9, drainage such as rain water can be smoothly guided to the ridge 9 side by the rod-shaped body 7. Even if an intruder such as a ball enters the water collection body 10, the upper end 7a of the rod-like body 7 can prevent the intrusion from entering, and the intruder can prevent the water collection port (not shown) from being blocked. In addition, even if an intruder enters, it can be prevented from entering the main body cylinder part 3 by the rod-like body 7, so that a hand or the like is inserted into the main body cylinder part 3 from above the water collecting body 10 installed at a high place. Therefore, the removal operation can be performed safely and easily.

As shown in FIGS. 4B and 4C, when the gutter joint 1 is used at the connecting portion between the gutters 9, drainage such as rainwater can be smoothly guided to the side of the gutter 9 that is smoothly coupled by the rod-like body 7. At the same time, even if trash or the like flows together with rainwater or the like, it can be removed by the rod-like body 7. As described above, the lid 6 that seals the opening bottom 5 has a detachable structure. Therefore, if the lid 6 is removed, dust or the like removed by the rod-like body 7 can be removed. It can also be used as an inspection port.
In addition, although connection parts other than the saddle joint 1 are connected using the elbow 11 here, it cannot be overemphasized that the saddle joint 1 can be used here.

In this way, since the flow outlet 2 of the main body cylinder part 3 and the saddle connection cylinder 4 can be installed in any direction of the upstream side and the downstream side, the variation of joining increases and according to the situation of the enforcement site, It can be set as the compatible joint 1.
