Abstract
【解決手段】フッ素ガスとの接触により選択的発光反応を生じる反応体を備えたフッ素ガス濃度計の前記反応体に、フッ素及び水分を実質的に含有しないガスを接触させ、前記反応体の含有水分量を、未使用時の状態から低減させた状態でフッ素ガス濃度の測定を行う。また、前記反応体に、ある特定の吸収帯が消失し、別の吸収帯が出現するような改質処理を行ってからフッ素ガス濃度の測定を行う。

Claims (5)
- フッ素ガスとの接触により選択的発光反応を生じる反応体を備え、該反応体とフッ素ガスとの選択的発光反応により生じた光の強度を検出することによってフッ素ガスの濃度を測定するフッ素ガス濃度計を使用したフッ素ガス濃度の測定方法であって、前記反応体に、フッ素及び水分を実質的に含有しないガスを接触させ、前記反応体の含有水分量を、未使用時の状態から低減させた状態でフッ素ガス濃度の測定を行うことを特徴とするフッ素ガス濃度の測定方法。
- 前記反応体の含有水分量を、未使用時の状態に対して20%以下に低減することを特徴とする請求項1記載のフッ素ガス濃度の測定方法。
- フッ素ガスとの接触により選択的発光反応を生じる反応体を備え、該反応体とフッ素ガスとの選択的発光反応により生じた光の強度を検出することによってフッ素ガスの濃度を測定するフッ素ガス濃度計を使用したフッ素ガス濃度の測定方法であって、前記反応体を、1190〜1230、1640〜1680及び2090〜2130cm−1に特徴的な吸収ピークを持つ物質に変化させた状態でフッ素ガス濃度の測定を行うことを特徴とするフッ素ガス濃度の測定方法。
- フッ素ガスとの接触により選択的発光反応を生じる反応体を備え、該反応体とフッ素ガスとの選択的発光反応により生じた光の強度を検出することによってフッ素ガスの濃度を測定するフッ素ガス濃度計を使用したフッ素ガス濃度の測定方法であって、前記反応体を、800〜860、960〜1000及び1360〜1400cm−1に吸収ピークを持たない物質に変化させた状態でフッ素ガス濃度の測定を行うことを特徴とするフッ素ガス濃度の測定方法。
- 前記反応体の前記物質への変化を、前記反応体にフッ素及び水分を実質的に含有しないガスを接触させることによって行うことを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載のフッ素ガス濃度の測定方法。
