Description

The present invention relates to a door for a toilet booth used in, for example, a station premises.

Conventionally, for example, a door mounting portion of a toilet booth installed in a station premises is generally connected so that the door and a partition plate can be opened inside by a hinge or the like inside the toilet booth. According to this, on the hinge side, when the door is open, a gap is formed between the door and the partition plate, and when the door is closed, the gap disappears. There was a problem of injury.
Therefore, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a door mounting structure that addresses such a problem.
FIG. 3 shows an example of a door 40 mounting structure disclosed in Patent Document 1, in which one side edge 40a of the door 40 is connected to the inner side of one partition plate 21 (or a partition) via a hinge joint 30. It may be attached to the outside of the plate 21). Thereby, the door 40 is opened and closed by using the hinge joint 30 provided at the side edge portion 40a as a fulcrum. The width of the door 40 is larger than the width of the entrance 2 of the toilet booth 1, and the side edges 40a and 40b of the door 40 overlap the inner edges 21a and 22a of the partition plates 21 and 22 on both sides of the entrance. I am trying. And the clearance gap S1 about 15-25 mm larger than the thickness dimension of a finger | toe, for example was provided between the inner edge parts 21a and 22a of the partition plates 21 and 22 and the both-side edge parts 40a and 40b in the closed state of the door 40. Since it has a structure, it is possible to prevent a finger from being pinched.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-46912

However, in Patent Document 1, since the door has a flat plate shape, the two-dot chain line L shown in FIG. 3 passes through a gap S1 formed in a portion where both side edges of the door overlap with the inner edge of the partition plate. As described above, the inside of the toilet (the region surrounded by the two-dot chain line L and the partition plate) can be seen from the outside of the toilet booth.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a toilet booth door that prevents the inside of the toilet from being seen from the outside of the toilet booth.

To achieve the above object, a toilet booth door according to the present invention has one side edge of the door attached to the inner edge of one partition plate on both sides of the entrance of the toilet booth via a hinge joint or a hinge. The door side edge is disposed so as to overlap the inner edge of the partition plate, and is a toilet booth door in which a predetermined gap is formed between the door and the partition plate. It is characterized in that an overhanging portion is formed on the central side in the width direction so as to protrude outward from the entrance of the toilet booth.
In the present invention, the overhanging portion of the door projects outward from the partition plate of the toilet booth, and the side edge portion of the door is arranged so as to overlap the inner edge portion of the partition plate. The line of sight from the outside of the toilet booth can be blocked by the overhanging portion of the door and the partition plate or the side edge portion of the door in the gap therebetween, so that the inside of the toilet booth cannot be seen.

Further, in the toilet booth door according to the present invention, one side edge portion of the door is arranged on a straight line including the curved vertex of the protruding portion of the door and the vertex of the inner edge portion of the partition plate in a plan view. It is preferable.
In the present invention, arbitrarily set the curved vertex of the overhanging portion of the door, the vertex of the inner edge of the partition plate, and the position at which one side edge of the straight line including the vertex and the door intersects, Doors and partition plates can be arranged so that the interior of the toilet booth is not visible. For example, by overhanging the overhanging portion, the overlapping length of the door with respect to the partition plate can be reduced.

In the toilet booth door according to the present invention, the other side edge of the door is provided with a contact stopper that protrudes so as to form a second gap between the other partition plate on both sides of the entrance. It is preferable that
In the present invention, the door can be formed in a balanced shape in the left-right direction by projecting the second gap so as to have the same gap size on both sides of the entrance.

According to the toilet booth door of the present invention, the door is provided with the overhanging portion, and the overlap portion is provided between the door and the partition plate, so that the outside of the toilet booth is passed through the gap formed between the door and the partition plate. The inside of the toilet becomes invisible, and the toilet is blindfolded.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a toilet booth door according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an entire toilet booth according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a mounting state of a blindfold door.

As shown in FIG. 1, a toilet booth door according to the present embodiment is applied to a toilet booth 1 that is provided in, for example, a station premises and has a toilet body C inside.
This toilet booth 1 has an entrance 2 and a partition plate 20 disposed so as to surround the toilet body C (distinguishable from the partition plates 21 and 22 on both sides of the entrance), and one partition plate 21 A blindfold door 10 (door) attached to the inner edge portion 21a of the inner edge portion 21a so as to be opened and closed (in the direction of arrow E) with a hinge joint 30 (see FIG. 2) as a fulcrum.
Here, in the toilet booth 1, the following description will be made assuming that the inner side of the partition plates 21 and 22 is “inside” and the outside of the partition plates 21 and 22 is “outside”.

As shown in FIG. 2, the blindfold door 10 has a width greater than the width of the entrance 2, and the first curved portions 10 d, 10 d on the center side in the width direction from both door side edge portions 10 a, 10 b to the outside of the toilet booth 1. The door overhanging portion 10c is formed so as to be curved in parallel with the partition plates 21 and 22 by bending toward the second bending portions 10e and 10e through the inclined portions 10f and 10f. This door overhang | projection part 10c becomes a position which protruded outside from the entrance 2 of the toilet booth 1 in the width direction center side. And the blindfold door 10 is arrange | positioned so that it may overlap with the partition plates 21 and 22 in the horizontal direction in the state which closed the blindfold door 10 (this part is made into the overlapping part R).
The blindfold door 10 can be manufactured, for example, by bending a melamine solid plate having a thickness of 6 to 30 mm.

As shown in FIG. 2, the hinge joint 30 includes a first locking portion 31 fixed to the outside of the door side edge portion 10 a of the blindfold door 10 and a second engagement fixed to the inner edge portion 21 a of the partition plate 21. It consists of the stop part 32 and the rotating shaft part 33 which rotates the 1st locking part 31 in the direction which the door 10 opens and closes with respect to the 2nd locking part 32 where the position was fixed. And this hinge joint 30 is provided in the predetermined position (for example, about two places) of a height direction. As a result, the blindfold door 10 can be opened and closed in the direction of arrow E with the rotation shaft portion 33 of the hinge joint 30 as a fulcrum.

Further, the other door side edge portion 10b of the blindfold door 10 includes a handle portion 11 fixed to a position at a predetermined height inside thereof, and an outer side of the door side edge portion 10b (on the inner edge portion 22a side of the partition plate 22). And an abutting stopper 12 fixed to the above. When the blindfold door 10 is closed, the abutment stopper 12 abuts the front end 12 a against the inner edge 22 a of the partition plate 22 to stop the rotation of the blindfold door 10.
Further, a rotation key 13 for locking the blindfold door 10 from the inside of the toilet is provided on the inner edge 22a of the partition plate 22. The rotary key 13 includes a rotating portion 13a attached with a rotating shaft oriented in a direction orthogonal to the partition plate 22, and a locking portion 13b fixed in a substantially radial direction of the rotating portion 13a. The blindfold door 10 can be locked by manually rotating and locking it to the upper end of the handle portion 11 of the blindfold door 10.

Due to such a configuration, when the blindfolded door 10 is in a closed state, a first gap S1 is formed between the inner edge 21a of one partition plate 21 and the door side edge 10a of the blindfolded door 10. Thus, a second gap S <b> 2 is formed between the inner edge 22 a of the other partition plate 22 and the door side edge 10 b of the blindfold door 10. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a finger or the like from being sandwiched between the blindfold door 10 and the partition plates 21 and 22 when the blindfold door 10 is opened and closed.
The protruding amount of the contact stopper 12 is preferably protruded so that the second gap S2 has the same gap size as the first gap S1. Thereby, the blindfold door 10 can be made into the shape balanced in the left-right direction.

Here, the dimensions of the blindfold door 10 and the mounting dimensions of the blindfold door 10 and the partition plates 21 and 22 can be set as follows, for example.
As shown in FIG. 2, the blindfold door 10 is formed to be 56 mm larger on both sides than the width (opening) 600 mm of the entrance 2 of the toilet booth 1. Then, the inclination angle of the inclined portion 10f can be set to 30 °, and the protruding amount of the door protruding portion 10c can be designed to be 72 mm from both door side edge portions 10a and 10b and 36.5 mm from the outer surface of the partition plate 20. The first and second gaps S1 and S2 at this time are 29 mm, respectively. Since the blindfold door 10 has a curved shape, the rigidity of the member can be increased. Therefore, the required thickness dimension of the flat door that is not curved is, for example, 13 mm, as described above. The thickness can be 8 mm. Examples of the material of the blindfold door 10 include a melamine solit board, a metal board, an acrylic resin board, a polycarbonate board, and a decorative board using a foamed resin as a core material.

Next, the operation of the blindfold door 10 will be described in more detail. In addition, although this description mainly demonstrates the 1st clearance gap S1 side, it is set as the same structure also about the 2nd clearance gap S2.
First, as shown in FIG. 2, a straight line including a door bending vertex P1 located at the top of the second bending portion 10d and a partition plate vertex P2 located at the end of the inner edge portion 21a of the partition plate 21 as seen in a plan view. The line of sight is L. In addition, an angle with respect to a direction orthogonal to the door projecting portion 10c in plan view is defined as an inclination angle α.
The toilet booth 1 has a configuration in which the door side edge 10a of the blind door 10 is overlapped with the inner edge 21a of the partition plate 21, and the overlap length is determined by the door side edge 10a of the blind door 10 by the line of sight L. The length to block. The intersection of the line of sight L at this time and the door side edge 10a of the blindfold door 10 is defined as a line-of-sight blocking point P3.
Then, the line of sight L from the outside of the toilet booth 1 is blocked from the inside of the toilet booth 1 by the door side edge 10 a of the blindfold door 10. Accordingly, the inner surface of the partition plate 20 cannot be seen from the outside of the toilet booth 1.
For example, when the door side edge portion 10a of the blindfold door 10 has a length that does not reach the line-of-sight blocking point P3 (when the blindfold door 10 does not intersect the line of sight L), the line of sight L is the inner surface of the partition plate 20 (see FIG. P4) shown in FIG. 4 is not preferable because the inside of the toilet booth 1 can be seen.

Further, in the blindfold door 10, for example, the overlap length of the blindfold door 10 with respect to the partition plates 21 and 22 can be reduced by projecting the door projecting portion 10 c further outward to increase the line-of-sight angle α of the line of sight L. Conversely, by increasing the overlap length between the blindfold door 10 and the partition plates 21 and 22, the amount of protrusion of the door overhanging portion 10c can be reduced. Further, the inclination angle α of the line of sight L is reduced by bringing the distance between the inclined portion 10f of the blindfold door 10 and the partition plate apex P2 close to, for example, a level where no finger is caught, and the overlap length between the blindfold door 10 and the partition plate 21 is reduced. Can be reduced.
Thus, the positions of the door bending vertex P1, the partition plate vertex P2, and the line-of-sight blocking point P3 can be arbitrarily set so that the line of sight L is blocked and the interior of the toilet booth 1 cannot be seen.
Furthermore, by increasing the amount of overhanging of the door overhanging portion 10c and shortening the overlap length between the blindfolded door 10 and the partition plates 21 and 22, it is possible to prevent the area required for opening and closing the blindfolded door 10 from being widened. The toilet booth 1 can be installed without securing a large space.

In the toilet booth door according to the above-described embodiment, the doorfolding portion 10c is provided on the blindfolded door 10, and the overlapping portion R is provided between the blindfolded door 10 and the partition plates 21 and 22, so that the blindfolded door 10 and the partition are separated. The inside of the toilet becomes invisible from the outside of the toilet booth 1 through the first and second gaps S1 and S2 formed between the plates 21 and 22, and the toilet is blindfolded.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of the door for toilet booths by this invention was described, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the meaning, it can change suitably.
For example, in the present embodiment, the gaps S1 and S2 are provided in both side edge portions 10a and 10b of the blindfold door 10, respectively. However, since the fingers are often pinched at the joint portion of the door, the blindfold door 10 is generally provided. It is good also as a structure which does not provide the 2nd clearance gap S2 by the side of the contact stopper 12 so that the other door side edge part 10b may contact | abut to the inner side edge part 22a of the partition plate 22. FIG.
Further, the joint for opening and closing the blindfold door 10 is not limited to the hinge joint 30 shown in the present embodiment, and may be a hinge. In short, with the blindfold door 10 closed, a gap S1 having a predetermined dimension is provided at the inner edge 21a of the partition plate 21, and the blindfold door 10 is disposed with a predetermined overlap portion R formed on the partition plate 21. What is necessary is just to be able to connect the blindfold door 10 as described.
Further, in the present embodiment, the blind door 10 is curved to form the overhanging portion 10c. However, for example, the overhanging portion 10c may be formed by bending it at an arbitrary right angle.
