Description

The present invention comprises a lid and a container, and in the state where food is put in the container and the container is closed with the lid, the magnetic field lines are brought into contact with or close to the top surface of the lid and the bottom surface of the container. The present invention relates to a heating container for an electromagnetic cooker that heats a container at the same time and cooks food contained in the container.

In a conventional electromagnetic cooker, the magnetic lines generated from the surface of the magnetic lines generate eddy currents on the bottom surface of the heating container made of a metal container, and the eddy currents generate Joule heat by the resistance of the metal, and the heating It is a cooking utensil that heats the bottom of the container. Since the magnetic field lines generated by the magnetic field generation surface are limited to the range extending to the bottom surface of the heating container, the heating container for the electromagnetic cooker only needs to have a metal layer on the bottom surface, and the conventional heating container does not have a lid. Even if there is a lid, knobs etc. were provided so that the user could easily handle it. Of course, such a heating container cannot be considered to heat the lid, but depending on the food, it is possible to finish cooking by heating in a shorter time, and it is preferable in some cases. Examples of such foods include okonomiyaki.

Patent document 1 is disclosing the electromagnetic cooker which has arrange | positioned up and down the magnetic force line generation | occurrence | production surface which attached the to-be-heated body (patent document 1 claim etc.). The object to be heated may be a “material that allows magnetic flux to pass through, such as a metal material”, and is probably an iron plate since the exemplified food is okonomiyaki (see Patent Document 1 [0013] and FIG. 4). ). The upper magnetic force line generation surface is configured to be retracted upward by rotating or moving up and down so that food is sandwiched between the heated objects on the upper and lower magnetic force line generation surfaces. The reason for attaching the heated object to the magnetic field generation surface in advance is that multiple okonomiyaki are baked at a time, so use a large iron plate that can sandwich multiple okonomiyaki simultaneously by preparing a heating container for each okonomiyaki Is considered to be preferable.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-047359

The electromagnetic cooker of Patent Document 1 has an advantage that food can be cooked without using a heating container because a heated body serving as a heating source is mounted on the surface of the magnetic force lines in advance, but the food is heated. Must be in close contact with the body. From this, it is considered that the cooking that can be performed by the electromagnetic cooker of Patent Document 1 is only baking cooking that is in close contact with the object to be heated, and boiled cooking that requires a heating container is difficult or unsuitable. In this respect, it is clear from Patent Document 1 that no mention is made of boiled food cooking. This means that the electromagnetic cooker of Patent Document 1 can be used only for specific cooking.

Certainly, since baking requires the food to be burned up and down, there is no problem even with the electromagnetic cooker of Patent Document 1 that can heat up and down at the same time, and in particular the presence or absence of a heating container does not matter. However, even in boiled food cooking using a heating container, in order to secure the necessary amount of heat, using multiple heat sources is reasonable in that the performance of each heat source can be kept low, and heating up and down at the same time By heating the container, the heat is confined in the heating container, and the boiled food is finished in a short time.

An electromagnetic cooker is a cooking utensil that uses Joule heat generated by eddy currents generated in the range where magnetic field lines reach by bringing the bottom surface of a metal heating container into contact with or close to the magnetic field line generation surface. It can be said that it is a cooking utensil that enables cooking by heating for the first time. Then, in order to develop the heating container for electromagnetic cookers which can also cook boiled food using the electromagnetic cooker which can be heated simultaneously up and down, it examined.

The product developed as a result of the study consists of a lid and a container. With the food in the container and the container closed with the lid, the magnetic field generation surface is brought into contact with or close to the top surface of the lid and the bottom surface of the container. A heating container for an electromagnetic cooker that heats and heats the food in the container by heating the lid and the container at the same time, and the lid is a flat surface that is in contact with or close to the magnetic field generating surface on the electromagnetic cooker. The container is a heating container for an electromagnetic cooker having a bottom surface including a flat metal layer that is in contact with or close to the lower magnetic force line generating surface of the electromagnetic cooker. Here, the “upper surface including the metal layer” and the “bottom surface including the metal layer” mean that the upper surface of the lid body and the bottom surface of the container are made of at least metal, and the upper surface of the lid body and the bottom surface of the container are at least a metal layer. Is made of enamel sandwiched between glass layers.

In the heating container of the present invention, the upper surface including a flat metal layer that is in contact with or close to the magnetic field line generating surface of the electromagnetic cooker is an upper heating source. It is preferable that it contacts. Therefore, the lid is preferably similar in size to the shape of the opening periphery of the container and smaller than the shape of the opening periphery. Thereby, the lid can be dropped into the container until it comes into contact with the food while closing the container. In addition, when the lid can be dropped into the container, a gap is formed between the side of the container and the outer peripheral edge of the lid, and the moisture of the food heated through this gap is appropriately evaporated, which is better. The advantage that cooking is possible is obtained.

In this way, the lid can be dropped into the container, but the upper magnetic field generating surface is restricted by the opening periphery of the container and cannot be lowered below the opening periphery. From now on, the elastic support part which is locked to the peripheral edge of the opening of the container and elastically supports the dropped lid body so that the drop of the lid body is regulated within the range covered by the magnetic field lines generated by the upper magnetic field line generation surface Or a container provided with a restricting protrusion that engages with the outer periphery of the lid on the side surface at a position slightly lowered from the periphery of the opening, or a side surface that opens toward the periphery of the opening. It is good to make it the container in which a cover body is hooked in the middle of the side. Here, the elastic support part provided in a cover body can illustrate the leaf | plate spring which protrudes a cover body in a radial direction from an outer periphery.

In the case of a container having a side surface that opens toward the periphery of the opening, when the lid body that is dropped into the container and is hooked in the middle of the side surface is displaced upward, there is a gap between the side surface of the container and the outer peripheral edge of the lid body. If it changes, the transpiration of the water | moisture content during the heating cooking mentioned above can be changed according to the expansion | swelling etc. of a foodstuff. For example, after cooking is started, the lid descends and the container is almost completely closed, and the transpiration of moisture from the food is suppressed, but when the cooking progresses and the food expands, it is lifted by the food. The lid rises, and the gap between the side surface of the container and the outer peripheral edge of the lid is increased to promote the evaporation of moisture from the food. Such adjustment of the transpiration of water from the food accompanying the rise of the lid is suitable, for example, for cooking okonomiyaki.

When cooking boiled food is considered, it is conceivable that the body becomes deep. In this case, in order to transfer a sufficient amount of heat to the food contained in the container, heat is applied from the metal layer on the upper surface including the flat metal layer in contact with or close to the magnetic force line generation surface toward the bottom surface of the container. Thermally conductive from the metal layer on the bottom, including a flat metal layer in contact with or close to the lower magnetic force line generation surface, to the upper surface of the lid It is good to make the container which has the metal protrusion with the standing. The “thermally conductive metal protrusion” is preferably rod-shaped or plate-shaped, and is preferably extensible so that the tip always comes into contact with the top surface of the lid or the bottom surface of the container according to the depth of the container.

Since the heating container of the present invention heats the lid by bringing the magnetic force line generation surface on the electromagnetic cooker into contact with or close to it, a handle or the like cannot be provided on the upper surface of the lid, so a handle is provided on the side of the lid. There is no other way. However, the lid that can be dropped into the container cannot be provided with a handle on the side surface, and it is difficult to remove the heated lid after cooking. Therefore, the lid may be attached with a handle having a magnet that can be attached to and detached from the metal layer included on the upper surface. The handle is attached to the lid by bringing the magnet attracting surface into contact with the upper surface, and can be easily separated from the upper surface by twisting the magnet attracting surface.

The container is easily provided with a handle on the side surface of the lid. However, the handle provided on the container gives directionality to the heating container, which may restrict the handling of the heating container. Therefore, the container may be attached with a handle having a hook that is detachable on the periphery of the opening. When the heating container is put into the electromagnetic cooker, or conversely, when the heating container is taken out from the electromagnetic cooker, the upper magnetic field generating surface is retracted upward, so that the opening periphery of the container is always visible. The handle engages the hook with the periphery of the opening. The hook may have the same configuration as various conventionally known engaging means. In addition, it is preferable to provide a magnet on the bottom surface of the hook because the handle of the lid and the handle of the container can be used together.

The present invention provides a heating container that can be used for an electromagnetic cooker having an upper magnetic field line generation surface and a lower magnetic field line generation surface, and can be used for most of cooking including boiled cooking by heating simultaneously in the upper and lower directions. To do. The Joule heat generated in the heating container is the material or thickness of the lid or container, and the area of the metal layer in contact with or close to the upper magnetic force line generation surface or the lower magnetic force line generation surface, It varies depending on the amount or strength of the magnetic field lines created by the lower magnetic field line generation surface. From this, there is an effect that the heating mode and the amount of heat of the food can be adjusted by changing the specifications of the lid or the container with respect to the upper magnetic field generation surface or the lower magnetic field generation surface. In addition, by using a detachable handle, the heating container of the present invention can be easily taken in and out of the electromagnetic cooker, and the cooked food in the container attached with the handle, that is, the food is put out to the customer with the food in the container. There is also an advantage that the container can be used as it is as a dish on which food is placed. This means, for example, that it serves as both a heating container for making okonomiyaki and a serving dish, and brings about an effect that the number of serving dishes can be reduced.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a heating container 1 according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view equivalent to FIG. 1 showing another container 12, and FIG. 3 shows a handle 13 detachably attached to the heating container 1 of this example. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the handle 13 that can be attached to and detached from the heating container 1 of the present embodiment, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the handle 13 attached to and detached from the lid 11. 6 is a side view showing the start state of the procedure for attaching / detaching the handle 13 to / from the container 12, FIG. 7 is a side view showing the completed state of the procedure for attaching / detaching the handle 13 to / from the container 12, and FIG. It is a perspective view showing the attachment state. The heating container 1 of this example is an example suitable for grilling fish fillets and meat, including okonomiyaki grilling.

As shown in FIG. 1, the heating container 1 includes a metal lid 11 and a container 12. The lid 11 has a disc shape and the entire surface is a metal layer. In the lid body 11 of this example, a leaf spring 112 protruding from the periphery is fixed to the upper surface. The leaf spring 112 is disposed along the diameter of the lid body 11, is fixed only at the center of the lid body 11, and both ends are projected from the outer peripheral edge 111 of the lid body 11, and the projecting portions are elastically supported. Part. The lid 11 is sized to be dropped into the container 12, but both ends of the leaf spring 112 protruding from the outer peripheral edge 111 of the lid 11 are engaged with the opening peripheral edge 121 of the container 12, and the leaf spring 112 is By dropping the ball (see Fig. 10 below), dropping into the container 12 is regulated. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, a restriction protrusion 124 that engages with the outer peripheral edge 111 of the lid body 11 is provided on the side surface 122 at a position slightly lower than the opening peripheral edge 121 to restrict the drop of the lid body 11. May be. The container 12 has a side surface 122 that opens toward an opening peripheral edge 121 having an inner diameter larger than that of the lid 11, and has a cross-sectional shape that is curved from the bottom surface 123 to the side surface 122. Thereby, even when the okonomiyaki of the size of the container 12 is baked and cooked, the okonomiyaki after the baked cooking can be easily taken out from the container 12. Further, the container 12 having no corners has an advantage that it is easy to wash. In the container 12 of this example, the bottom surface 123 itself is a metal layer.

The heating container 1 of the present example is not provided with a portion possessed by either the lid 11 or the container 12. Further, since both the lid 11 and the container 12 are heated by the electromagnetic cooker, it is difficult to take out the heating container 1 directly from the electromagnetic cooker after baking. Therefore, a removable handle 13 having a hook 132 and a magnet 131 is used as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 so that the heating container 1 of the present example can be safely and reliably removed from the electromagnetic cooker and carried. . With this handle 13, the heating container 1 of this example can cover or remove the lid 11 on the container 12, and the container 12 with the handle 13 can be carried horizontally like a frying pan. In this case, the handle 13 is removed from the container 12 where the container 12 is carried, so that the container 12 can be used as a dish containing cooked food. Further, since there are no protrusions on the lid 11 and the container 12, a space required for housing the lid 11 and the container 12 is reduced, and there is an advantage that a large amount of the lid 11 and the container 12 can be stored in a small storage place.

In the handle 13 of this example, a metal hook 132 is fixed to one end surface side of a metal mounting pipe 135 by welding, and a flat magnet 131 is installed inside a flat adsorption surface 1351 of the mounting pipe 135. The front end side of the wooden handle 133 is inserted into the mounting pipe 135, and the mounting pipe 135 is screwed to the handle 133 while the magnet 131 is held between the attracting surface 1351 and the handle 133 of the mounting pipe 135. . The reason why the handle 133 is made of wood is that heat is not transmitted from the hook 132 to the handle 133. Similarly, any material having a low thermal conductivity can be used as the handle 133. The hook 132 is provided with an upper collar 1321 having a substantially U-shaped cross section that engages with the opening peripheral edge 121 of the container 12 at the upper edge of the end face of the attachment pipe 135. The lower support piece 1322 that extends from the lower surface 122 to the bottom surface 123 of the twelve side and extends to the container 12 from below is extended from the lower edge of the end surface of the attachment pipe 135. In addition, the handle 13 of this example is provided with a perforated hook 134 for suspending the handle 13 on the rear end side of the handle 133. In this example, the handle 13 in which the hook 132 and the magnet 131 are attached to one handle 133 is used in consideration of handling convenience, but the handle having only the hook and the handle having only the magnet are separately used. May be prepared.

As shown in FIG. 5, the handle 13 attracts the magnet 131 by bringing the handle 13 close to the lid 11 with the flat attracting surface 1351 of the mounting pipe 135 parallel to the lid 11, and attracts the magnet 131. By holding and twisting the handle 133 of the handle 13 from the brought state, the attracted state of the magnet 131 is canceled and attached to and detached from the lid 11. Since the lid 11 is entirely made of metal, the handle 131 can be attached by attracting the magnet 131 at any part, but the magnet 131 is attracted near the center of the lid 11 in consideration of the weight balance. Is preferred. In this case, since the leaf spring 112 is arranged at the center of the lid body 11, the leaf spring 112 is desirably a material that does not hinder the adsorption of the magnet 131, preferably a metal leaf spring 112. Here, in order to prevent the magnet 131 from being only partially attracted to the lid 11 and preventing the magnet 131 from being sufficiently attracted to the lid 11, the handle 13 of this example is a lower support piece of the hook 132. The 1322 is prevented from protruding from the suction surface 1351 of the mounting pipe 135. The lower support piece 1322 in this example extends slightly upward from the lower edge of the end face of the attachment pipe 135 (see FIG. 6).

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the handle 13 directs the lower support piece 1322 from the diagonally upper side to the side surface 122 of the container 12 (see FIG. 6), and the end surface of the attachment pipe 135 is the opening peripheral edge of the container 12. The lower support piece 1322 is inserted into the bottom surface 123 of the container 12 in contact with the 121, and the upper collar 1321 is engaged with the opening peripheral edge 121 of the container 12 (see FIG. 7) and attached to the container 12. When removing from the container 12, if the handle 133 is lifted diagonally in reverse to the above procedure, the engagement of the upper collar 1321 with the opening peripheral edge 121 of the container 12 is released, and it is only necessary to pull it up diagonally upward. The container 12 with the handle 132 attached by engaging the hook 132 with the opening peripheral edge 121 is like a frying pan with a handle 133 and can be handled safely even if it is in a heated state after cooking. . For example, when cooking the okonomiyaki using the heating container 1 of this example, attach the handle 13 to the container 12 with the lid 11 removed and support it, and sprinkle the sauce, blue paste and bonito on the okonomiyaki in the container 12 Can do.

Next, as an example of the cooking of okonomiyaki 25, a cooking procedure for baking with the electromagnetic cooker 2 using the heating container 1 of the present invention will be described. It is. The heating container 1 uses the above example (see FIGS. 1 to 8).

Here, the electromagnetic cooker 2 used in this example will be described. As shown in FIGS. 9 to 16, the electromagnetic cooker 2 of this example includes a flat plate-shaped mounting base 21 having a thickness, a gate-type column 22 erected on the mounting base 21, and the gate type The main body is composed of a movable base 23 provided with a unit holding part 231 that can be moved up and down with respect to the support column 22, and the same electromagnetic cooking unit 24 is turned upside down on the mounting base 21 and the unit holding part 231. Are attached (see FIG. 12) and used in combination with the dedicated heating container 1 described above.

The mounting base 21 has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view larger than that of the electromagnetic cooking unit 24. The operation base 211 is provided on the front surface, the power supply unit and the control unit (not shown) are housed inside, and the electromagnetic cooking unit 24 is provided on the surface. A fitting recess 212 to be fitted is provided. The fitting recess 212 is a substantially square-shaped recess having the same planar shape as the electromagnetic cooking unit 24, and the main body side power interface 2121 and the main body side control interface for the electromagnetic cooking unit 24 on the inner peripheral back side (right side in FIG. 9). 2122 is provided and connected to the unit-side power interface 242 and the unit-side control interface 243 provided on the back surface of the fitted electromagnetic cooking unit 24 (see FIG. 12). The magnetic force line generation surface 241 having a circular shape in plan view provided in the electromagnetic cooking unit 24 becomes a flat lower magnetic force line generation surface 241 attached to the surface of the mounting base 21.

The gate-shaped column 22 includes a pair of left and right guide columns 221 that guide the vertical movement of the movable base 23 in the vertical direction, and a reinforcing beam 222 that is horizontally installed on the upper ends of the pair of left and right guide columns 221. The movable base 23 moves up and down by fitting the engagement convex portion 232 into the vertical guide groove 223 provided in the guide column 221. The movable base 23 has a unit holding part 231 attached thereto via a hinge 234, and moves the electromagnetic cooking unit 24 mounted on the unit holding part 231 up and down. The lifting means of the movable base 23 in this example uses a ball screw 236. The movable base 23 has a unit-side power interface 242 and a unit-side control interface provided on the back side of the electromagnetic cooking unit 24 by inserting the upper electromagnetic cooking unit 24 from the open front surface of the unit holder 231 that can move up and down. 243 are connected to the main body side power interface 2317 and the main body side control interface 2318, respectively, and attached (see FIG. 12). The unit holding portion 231 is provided with an opening / closing handle 2312 on the upper edge of the opened front surface in order to manually operate turning up and down. The magnetic force line generating surface 241 having a circular shape in plan view provided in the electromagnetic cooking unit 24 becomes a flat upper magnetic force line generating surface 241 attached to the lower surface of the unit holding portion 231.

The movable base 23 has a gap between the magnetic force generation surface of the lower electromagnetic cooking unit 24 attached to the mounting base 21 and the magnetic force generation surface of the upper electromagnetic cooking unit 24 attached to the unit holding unit 231 that is tilted and leveled. The height is adjusted in advance so as to be the thickness of the heating container 1. The height of the movable base 23 may be adjusted every time cooking is performed, but it is generally considered that the same heating container 1 is used repeatedly, and thus it is preferable to adjust the height in advance. The heating container 1 fills the container 12 with a dough 251 in which ingredients are sufficiently mixed, and closes the container 12 with the lid 11 so as to be pressed against the dough 251. At this time, by making the fabric 251 smaller than the internal volume of the container 12, the lid body 11 can lock the leaf spring 112 to the opening peripheral edge 121 of the container 12 and be lightly pressed against the fabric 251 while being elastically supported. (See Figure 10). When the heating container 1 containing the dough 251 is placed on the magnetic force generating surface of the lower electromagnetic cooking unit 24, preparation for baking cooking is completed.

In the electromagnetic cooker 2 of this example, the magnetic force generation surface 241 of the electromagnetic cooking unit 24 attached to the mounting base 21 and the magnetic force generation surface of the electromagnetic cooking unit 24 attached to the unit holding unit 231 have the same shape and in a horizontal plane. In the same positional relationship. Further, as described above, since the height of the movable base 23 has been adjusted according to the heating container 1, if the unit holding part 231 is tilted with the heating container 1 placed on the lower magnetic force line generation surface 241, FIG. As shown in FIG. 12, the heating container 1 can be sandwiched between the upper and lower lines of magnetic force generation 241. Here, since the lid body 11 is dropped into the container 12, it does not come into full contact with the upper magnetic field generation surface 241 but is close to the upper magnetic field generation surface 241 so that the magnetic field lines are sufficient. To reach. Further, since the bottom surface 123 of the container 12 is in contact with the lower magnetic force line generation surface 241, the magnetic force lines can be sufficiently reached here. Thus, in the heating container 1 sandwiched between the upper and lower magnetic force line generation surfaces 241, the lid body 11 and the container 12 are heated, and the dough 251 placed in the container 12 can be simultaneously heated up and down. Each electromagnetic cooking unit 24 starts to operate from an operation unit 211 provided on the front surface of the mounting base 21.

At this time, the heating container 1 in which the lid 11 has been dropped is in a substantially sealed state filled with only the dough 251. However, by simultaneously heating up and down, the moisture contained in the dough 251 evaporates to become water vapor, and the air mixed in the dough 251 swells to increase the internal pressure, and as shown in FIG. By pushing up the lid 11, the gap between the side surface 122 of the container 12 and the outer peripheral edge 111 of the lid 11 can be increased, and water vapor can be appropriately released from the fabric 251 while releasing the internal pressure. The lid 11 that is pushed up by the water vapor or air is restricted from being pushed up by the upper magnetic force generation surface 241. This demonstrates the same function as baking the okonomiyaki 25 while pressing the dough 251 with a trowel. In this way, the electromagnetic cooker 2 of this example is used in combination with the dedicated heating container 1 so that water vapor is appropriately released from the dough 251 while pressing the dough 251 with a trowel. By simultaneously heating both sides up and down, the okonomiyaki 25 can be baked in a short time and suitably.

As for the baking time, the operation time of each electromagnetic cooking unit 24 may be set in advance by a timer using the operation unit 211 provided on the front surface of the mounting base 21. That is, if each electromagnetic cooking unit 24 is stopped by the operation of the timer, the cooking of the okonomiyaki 25 is completed. After completion of the baking, as shown in FIG. 14, the heating container 1 can be taken out if the unit holding part 231 is flipped up. In this example, the lid 11 and the container 12 are taken out in this order using the handle 13 having the magnet 131 and the hook 132. As shown in FIG. 15, the lid 11 has the magnet 131 in contact with the handle 13 to attract the handle 13, and the lid 11 is removed from the container 12 with the handle 13. Since the magnet 131 has a flat plate shape, it can be easily peeled off from the lid 11 by prying the handle 13. As shown in FIG. 16, the container 12 can be taken out from the lower magnetic force line generation surface 241 with the handle 13 engaged with the opening peripheral edge 121. The baked okonomiyaki 25 is completed at this stage by sprinkling sauce, green paste, bonito, etc., and mayonnaise, red ginger, ketchup (or aurora sauce), etc. according to taste.

In the case of a restaurant using the electromagnetic cooker 2 of this example, the completed okonomiyaki 25 may be transferred to a separate plate and provided to the customer. However, since the container 12 in this example has a flat dish shape, for example, hold the handle 13 with the hook 132 engaged and carry the okonomiyaki 25 in the container 12 to a table or the like as shown in FIG. As described above, when the container 12 is placed on the table, the handle 13 can be removed, and the okonomiyaki 25 can be provided to the customer while being placed in the container 12. Such a method of providing the okonomiyaki 25 has an advantage that the okonomiyaki 25 can be eaten while being hot without being cooled because the container 12 is heated by the electromagnetic cooker 2.

The heating container of the present invention includes a lid body having an upper surface including a flat metal layer that is in contact with or close to the upper surface of the electromagnetic cooker, and a lower surface of the magnetic force generator that is in contact with the electromagnetic cooker. What is necessary is just to be comprised from the container which has the bottom face containing the flat metal layer which adjoins, The structure different from the said illustration can be employ | adopted also for baking cooking, Furthermore, the structure for boiled dishes and rice cooking can also be taken. 18 is a perspective view corresponding to FIG. 1 of another example of the heating container 1 for cooking, FIG. 19 is a perspective view corresponding to FIG. 1 of still another example of the heating container 1 for cooking, and FIG. 20 is for cooking boiled food or cooking rice FIG. 21 is a perspective view corresponding to FIG. 1 showing an example of the heating container 3, FIG. 21 is a cross-sectional view showing the state of rice cooking using the heating container 3 for cooking or cooking rice, and FIG. 22 is for cooking food or cooking rice FIG. 23 is a perspective view corresponding to FIG. 1 showing an example of a clay pot-like heating container 4 for cooking simmered food, and FIG. 24 is for cooking simmered food. 2 is a perspective view corresponding to FIG. 1 showing another example of the earthenware pot-like heating container 4.

The lid 11 and the container 12 constituting the heating container 1 may have any shape as long as the lid 11 and the container 12 have a metal layer that generates eddy currents by magnetic lines of force. For this reason, for example, in the heating container 1 illustrated above (see FIGS. 1 to 8), as shown in FIG. 18 or FIG. Containers 12 tailored to the flowing fish and meat can be used. Specifically, a plurality of ridges 125 are provided on the bottom surface 123 of the container 12 to support the fish and meat with the ridges 125, and the container 12 (see FIG. 18) that prevents the fish and meat from being immersed in the flowing oil, The bottom surface 123 is curved upward to form an annular oil sump groove 126 along the side surface 122, and the container 12 (see FIG. 19) for collecting the oil flowing out in the oil sump groove 126 is obtained. Here, since the heating container 1 of each example can utilize the lid body 11 illustrated above as it is, only the container 12 can be replaced and used.

Moreover, based on this invention, as FIG. 20 shows, the heating container 3 for boiled foods or rice cooking can also be comprised. The heating container 3 for boiled or cooked rice has a deep metal container 32 into which sufficient rice 33 and water 34 (see FIG. 21) can be placed, and a metal lid that is externally fitted to the container 32. It is composed of a body 31. The difference from the basic heating container 1 illustrated above (see FIGS. 1 to 8) is that the lid 31 is a metal layer so that sufficient heat is transferred to the rice 33 and water 34 contained in the container 32. The metal protrusion 312 having thermal conductivity is lowered from the upper surface 313 toward the bottom surface 323 of the container 32. As shown in FIG. 21, the metal protrusion 312 of this example is a stretchable structure in which a metal inner rod 3122 is inserted into a metal outer cylinder 3121, and the upper surface 313 of the lid 31 is formed on the opening peripheral edge 321 of the container 32. When the contact is made, the inner rod 3122 is brought into contact with the bottom surface 323 of the container 32. In order to bring the inner rod 3122 into contact with the bottom surface 323 of the container 32, a coil spring or the like that pushes the inner rod 3122 downward may be provided in the outer cylinder 3121. With this metal protrusion 312, the heat of the lid 31 and the container 32 is transmitted to the vicinity of the center of the rice 33 and the water 34 through the metal protrusion 312, and the generated heat can be efficiently used for rice cooking.

When rice cooking proceeds by heating the lid 31 and the container 32, the container 32 having the upper surface 313 of the lid 31 in contact with the opening peripheral edge 321 is in a substantially sealed state. Becomes higher. As a result, as shown in FIG. 22, the internal pressure pushes up the lid 31 to increase the gap between the opening peripheral edge 321 of the container 32 and the upper surface 313 of the lid 31 so that the internal pressure can be released together with water vapor. Since the internal pressure that can be released is determined by the balance between the internal pressure and the weight of the lid 31, the cooked rice 33 can be adjusted by adjusting the weight of the lid 31. Even when the lid 31 is lifted by the internal pressure, the metal protrusion 312 has a stretchable structure, so that the inner rod 3122 can be kept in contact with the bottom surface 323 of the container 32, and heat transfer from the container 32 can be prevented. There is no risk of damage. In addition, although not shown in the drawings, the metal protrusion has a telescopic structure as in this example even when the metal protrusion has a flat metal layer and is erected from the bottom surface of the container toward the top surface of the lid. If present, the heat of the lid and the container can be transferred to the vicinity of the center of rice and water as well.

The heating container may have a metal layer, even if the lid and the container are not all made of metal. From now on, as seen in FIG. 23, for example, a pot of metal pot 411 is fitted on the upper surface 413 of the ceramic lid 41, and a metal pot 422 is fitted on the bottom surface 423 of the ceramic container 42. The container 4 can also be configured. In the conventional electromagnetic cooker, since only the bottom surface 423 of the container 42 is heated, it is difficult to use a clay pot with poor thermal conductivity, but the lid 41 has a metal disk (metal layer) 411 as the heating container 4 of the present invention. By providing the above, the necessary and sufficient amount of heat can be ensured by simultaneous heating up and down, and the heat can be confined, so that boiled cooking (cooking) using the heating container 4 of this example as a clay pot can be performed. . The earthenware-like heating container 4 is preferably used in the electromagnetic cooker 2 (see FIGS. 9 to 16) including the two electromagnetic cooking units 24 described above. The upper surface 413 of the lid 41 and the bottom surface 423 of the container 42 may be used.

Also, as shown in FIG. 24, a clay pot-like heating container in which a metal vapor deposition surface 414 is formed on the upper surface 413 of the ceramic lid body 41 and a metal vapor deposition surface 424 is formed on the bottom surface 423 of the ceramic ceramic body 42. 4 can also be configured. The metal vapor deposition surfaces 414 and 424 can form a metal layer in a wider range following the outer shapes of the lid 41 and the container 42 than the metal disks 411 and 422 (see FIG. 23) described above. This means that the metal vapor-deposited surfaces 414 and 424 serve as a heat conduction medium, and brings about an advantage that the entire lid body 41 and the container 42 are heated quickly and heat retention is improved. In addition, as in this example, by making the peripheral edges of the metal vapor deposition surfaces 414 and 424 irregular, it is possible to form an appearance like a glaze of pottery and to bring the appearance of the heating container 4 closer to a clay pot. is there.
The earthenware-like heating container 4 is also preferably used in the electromagnetic cooker 2 (see FIGS. 9 to 16) including the two electromagnetic cooking units 24 described above. The upper surface 413 of the lid 41 and the bottom surface 423 of the container 42 may be used.

The heating container based on this invention was made as an experiment, and the cooking time and cooking condition required for cooking were confirmed for several types of food. An electromagnetic cooker using a heating container (see FIGS. 9 to 16) includes a mounting base, a support column, a movable base, and a unit holding portion made of commercially available frame shelves and angle members. A commercially available electromagnetic cooker was fixed as an electromagnetic cooking unit. For this reason, the prototype electromagnetic cooker is configured to individually operate and stop commercially available electromagnetic cookers that are upper and lower electromagnetic cooking units, but the overall configuration is the same as the above example. All of the commercially available electromagnetic cookers used as an electromagnetic cooking unit have a maximum output of 1400 W. When both electromagnetic cookers are used at their maximum output (1400 W + 1400 W), the strength is high. The case where it was used at the output (700W + 700W) was set to “weak”.

The heating container has the same configuration as the above example (see FIGS. 1 to 8), the lid and the container are each made of iron with a thickness of 1 mm, the lid is a disk shape with an outer diameter of about 18 cm, and the container has an opening periphery with an inner diameter of about 18 cm. A flat dish with a depth of about 2 cm. The lid is about 20 cm long, about 1.5 cm wide, and 0.5 mm thick, along the diameter. The leaf spring is fixed only at the center of the lid, and both ends of the leaf spring are connected to the outer periphery. It protrudes about 1cm from. The container has a curved cross section from the bottom surface to the side surface, and the effective bottom surface where the bottom surface is in contact with the lower magnetic force line generation surface has a diameter of about 15 cm. Using this heated container, Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, Kansai-style okonomiyaki, salmon fillet (about 12 mm thick), salmon fillet (about 17 mm thick), and beef steak (about 15 mm thick) were baked.

For Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, dough and ingredients were placed in a heating container as follows, and baked with a prototype electromagnetic cooker. The heating container is coated with oil on the lid and the container. First, place the dough on the container and place the pork. Place the cabbage on the dough and the pork. Place the raw eggs on the cabbage. A lid was placed. The heating container with the dough and the ingredients is in a state where the lid is lifted from the container by the cabbage, but it is placed on the lower magnetic field generating surface and pushed down by the upper electromagnetic cooking unit. It can be compressed to a state where the lid is covered. That is, the dough is in close contact with the container, and the cabbage and eggs are in close contact with the lid. By baking the dough and the ingredients in the heating container in this way for 3 minutes with “strong” and 5 minutes with “weak”, the thickness is about 2 cm (= corresponding to the depth of the body) with moderate burns on both sides. I was able to bake Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki.

For Kansai-style okonomiyaki, dough and ingredients were placed in a heating container as follows, and baked with an experimental electromagnetic cooker. The heating container was coated with oil on the lid and the container, and then the dough mixed with cabbage, pork and other ingredients was placed in the container, and the lid was covered. The Kansai-style okonomiyaki is not covered with cabbage like the above-mentioned Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, so the lid has been placed on the container from the beginning. That is, the cloth and the tool are in close contact with the lid and the container, respectively. By baking the dough and the ingredients in the heating container in this way for 3 minutes with “strong” and 5 minutes with “weak”, the thickness is about 2 cm (= corresponding to the depth of the body) with moderate burns on both sides. I was able to bake Kansai-style okonomiyaki.

Salmon fillets (about 12mm thick) were placed in a heating container as follows, and baked with a prototype electromagnetic cooker. The heating container was coated with oil on the container, and a salmon fillet was placed on the container and covered with a lid. Since the used salmon fillet is sufficiently lower than the depth of the container, there is no possibility of contact with the lid, and therefore the lid is not oiled. From now on, the salmon fillet is in close contact with the container only. By cooking the salmon fillets in the heating container in this way for 2 minutes with “strong” and 4 minutes with “weak”, the salmon fillets with appropriate burnt on both sides could be baked. It is considered that the burnt surface of the salmon fillet is due to the heat radiation of the heated lid. Further, since the heating container forms a sealed space, the oil scatters in the heating container, and the side surface of the salmon fillet is also burned by the oil.

Salmon fillets (about 17mm thick) were placed in a heating container as follows, and baked using a prototype electromagnetic cooker. The heating container was coated with oil on the lid and the container, and the salmon fillet was placed on the container and covered with the lid. The salmon fillets used are lower than the depth of the container, but the lid is also oiled because the lid is dropped into the container and may contact the lid. From this, the salmon fillet is in contact with the lid and the container. By cooking the salmon fillets in the heating container in this way for 2 minutes 30 seconds at “strong” and 5 minutes at “weak”, the salmon fillets with moderate burns on both sides could be baked. The burnt surface of the salmon fillet is due to the direct contact of the lid, and the skin was burnt particularly fragrant. Further, as described above, the oil splattered in the heating container, and the side surface of the salmon fillet was burnt with the oil.

Beef steak (about 15mm thick) was placed in a heating container as follows, and baked with a prototype electromagnetic cooker. The heating container was coated with oil on the lid and the container, and then beef steak was placed on the container and covered with the lid. Although the used beef steak is lower than the depth of the container, the lid is oiled because the lid is dropped into the container and may contact the lid. From this, the beef steak is in contact with the lid and the container. By cooking the beef steak meat in the heating container in this way for 1 minute 40 seconds at “strong” and 3 minutes at “weak”, it was possible to bake beef steak with moderate burns on both sides.
