Description

The present invention relates to an industrial vehicle in which a weight is attached to a vehicle body.

Conventionally, in an industrial vehicle such as a forklift, a weight is attached to a vehicle body to ensure stability. However, when the weight is attached, there is a problem that the entire length of the vehicle becomes long and the turning radius becomes large. Therefore, as described in Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2, it is considered to suppress an increase in the turning radius while ensuring stability by using a weight having a shape extending upward.

Further, the weight may be formed of a casting, but in this case, it is difficult to obtain a good appearance, and there is a problem that it takes time and effort for processing and painting. Therefore, for example, as described in Patent Document 3, it is considered to attach a cover to a casting weight. Further, the weight may contain a controller for controlling the vehicle, as described in Patent Document 4, for example.

Now, as described in Patent Document 3, when the cover is attached using the weight suspension hole, the cover can be attached and detached relatively easily. However, there is a problem that it is somewhat unsuitable for attaching with high accuracy, and the portion covered by the cover is not necessarily attractive because it has corners and plugs that close the suspension holes. For example, as described in Patent Document 4, if the support member is fixed to the weight and the cover is attached to the support member, the cover can be attached with high accuracy and the appearance is also good. it can. However, it takes extra work and labor to fix the support member to the weight.

Further, in a vehicle in which the head guard is attached to the vehicle body, as described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 3, for example, it is described in Patent Document 2 rather than arranging the head guard column on the outside or front side of the weight. As shown in the figure, it is possible to improve the appearance by arranging the support pillars inside the weight. However, if the struts are simply arranged inside, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to attach and remove the struts due to weights and the like.

An object of the present invention is to easily improve the appearance of a vehicle and to make it easier to attach and remove a head guard.

In order to achieve the above object, an industrial vehicle according to the present invention is an industrial vehicle in which a storage chamber capable of storing a device in a vehicle body is formed and a weight is attached to the vehicle body at a rear position of the storage chamber. The vehicle body includes a support member at a rear position of a member forming the rear wall of the storage chamber, and a cover member that covers the weight is attached to the support member.

According to the present invention, since the cover member is attached to the vehicle body, it can be carried out relatively easily without processing the weight so that the cover member can be attached, and the cover member can be covered with relatively high accuracy. A good appearance can be obtained by attaching the member.

In the above configuration, the vehicle body includes a top plate member that covers the upper portion of the storage chamber, the weight includes a protruding portion that protrudes upward from the top plate member, and the cover member includes at least the protruding portion. Can be covered.

In this way, since the weight includes the protruding portion, the weight can be reduced in the front-rear direction even with the same weight, and the overall length of the vehicle can be shortened. Further, since the protruding portion is covered with the cover member, the protruding portion can be protected, and a good appearance of the protruding portion can be obtained without any further effort.

Further, in the above configuration, in the case where a head guard provided with a pedestal member standing at the rear of the vehicle body and a ceiling member supported by the pedestal member and covering the upper side of the vehicle body is provided, Is provided with an opening that opens upward in the projecting portion and that is recessed forward, and into which the pedestal member can be inserted, and the cover member covers at least the opening from the front side.
In addition, that the opening is formed in a concave shape forward means that there are portions protruding forward from the back surface (rear surface) of the opening on both sides of the opening, and the opening is left or right. It is that it is not open to the direction.

In this way, the weight and the storage chamber do not interfere with the attachment and detachment of the pedestal member to the vehicle body, and the pedestal member can be reliably fixed to the vehicle body. In addition, since the pedestal member is disposed inside the weight and the opening of the protruding portion is covered with the cover member, a good appearance can be obtained.

Further, in the above configuration, the support member is provided so as to be disposed in the opening when the weight is attached to the vehicle body, and the cover member and the leg are attached to the support member in the opening. Each of the column members can be fixed.

In this way, the cover member and the pedestal member can be securely fixed to the vehicle body, and the cover member and the head guard can be attached and detached without being obstructed by the storage chamber. . Furthermore, the fixing part of the support member and the pedestal member can be hidden by attaching the cover member, and the opening is opened by removing the cover member, so the support member and the pedestal member can be easily fixed. Can be performed or unlocked.

Still further, in the above configuration, the weight may include a storage chamber in which the device can be stored in at least the protruding portion.

In this way, the apparatus can be housed in the weight while suppressing an increase in weight. In addition, since the device is stored at a higher position than the case where the weight has a storage chamber but not in the protruding portion, the worker can take the device into and out of the storage chamber in a relatively easy posture. become.

As described above, according to the present invention, a good appearance can be obtained by carrying out relatively easily without processing the weight for attaching the cover member. Further, in the present invention, the head guard can be obtained while obtaining a good appearance by providing an opening into which the head guard pedestal member can be inserted in the protruding portion of the weight and fixing the pedestal member within the opening. Can be easily attached and detached.

As shown in FIG. 2, the weight 7 includes an opening 7 </ b> A that is recessed backward and an opening 7 </ b> B that opens upward and is recessed forward. The opening 7A is formed so as to be positioned at the center of the weight 7 in the left-right direction, and can accommodate a controller (not shown). The opening 7B is formed at two positions apart from each other on the left and right. The left opening 7B is located slightly inside the left end of the weight 7 and the right opening 7B is slightly located from the right end of the weight 7. It is formed at the position inside the minute. The rear leg member 6B of the head guard 6 corresponding to both openings 7B can be inserted. A weight cover 15 is provided so as to cover the opening 7 </ b> A, and the opening 7 </ b> B is covered with a weight cover 16 provided at the rear portion of the frame 1.

As shown in FIG. 3, the frame 1 forms the floor of the battery storage chamber, the floor member 1 </ b> A on which the battery 8 is placed, the left and right side wall members 1 </ b> B that form the side walls of the battery storage chamber, and also the rear wall. And a rear wall member 1C. The frame 1 includes a support member 1D, a rear wall member 1E that forms the rear wall of the battery storage chamber above the rear wall member 1C, and a rear leg member 6B and a weight cover 16 that are provided above the support member 1D. And a supporting member 1F for fixing the.

The floor members 1A are provided to be separated from each other on the left and right, and side wall members 1B are erected on each floor member 1A. The rear wall member 1C is erected on the floor member 1A so as to connect the left and right floor members 1A and the side wall member 1B, and the left and right support members 1D are joined to the rear surface of the rear wall member 1C. It is erected on 1A. The rear wall member 1E is joined to the front surface of each support member 1D so as to connect the left and right support members 1D, and the support member 1F is joined to the outer surface of each support member 1D. The rear leg member 6B is fixed to the support member 1F from the rear, and the weight cover 16 is fixed to the support member 1F from the front.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the weight 7 is attached to the frame 1 at a position behind the rear wall member 1 </ b> E of the frame 1. 4 and 5 represents the height of the upper end of the battery cover 10 in the closed state, and the portion of the weight 7 located above the one-dot chain line corresponds to the protruding portion in the present invention. To do. 4 and 5 represents the battery cover 10 in an open state.
The protruding portion of the weight 7 is formed such that the front surface thereof is inclined slightly rearward from the front surface of the lower portion so that the battery cover 10 does not come into contact with the protruding portion.

As shown in FIG. 4, the opening 7 </ b> A is formed from the protruding portion of the weight 7 to the lower part thereof, and the controller is housed in a space defined by the opening 7 </ b> A and the weight cover 15. The protruding portion of the weight 7 is covered from the front side by the weight cover 16. The battery cover 10 is provided so that its rear end is positioned behind the rear surface of the rear wall member 1E of the frame 1 and the front end of the weight 7 in the closed state. It is provided so as to be positioned below the upper end of the battery cover 10 in the closed state.

As shown in FIG. 5, the opening 7 </ b> B is formed in the protruding portion of the weight 7, and the support member 1 </ b> F is positioned in the opening 7 </ b> B with the weight 7 attached to the frame 1. . When the rear leg member 6B is fixed, the attachment portion at the lower end of the rear leg member 6B is inserted into the opening 7B, and is fixed with bolts from the front in a state of being in contact with the support member 1F from the rear. Further, when the weight cover 16 is fixed, the mounting portion on the weight cover 16 is inserted into the opening 7B, and is fixed with bolts from the front in a state of being in contact with the support member 1F from the front.
When the weight cover 16 is fixed after the rear leg member 6B is fixed, the attachment portion of the rear leg member 6B and the support member 1F are covered from the front side by the weight cover 16, as shown in FIG. Here, since the opening portion 7B is formed in a concave shape forward, the attachment portion of the rear leg member 6B and the support member 1F are covered from the left and right sides and the rear side by the weight 7, so that the four sides are completely covered. become.

According to such an embodiment, the rear leg member 6B is disposed inside the weight 7, and the mounting portion of the rear leg member 6B and the support member 1F are disposed in the opening 7B of the weight 7, so that the rear leg member 6B can be securely fixed to the frame 1 and a good appearance can be obtained. Furthermore, since the opening 7B which is separated from the left and right is covered with one weight cover 16, not only the opening 7B but also the protruding portion of the weight 7 can be covered over a wide range. Can obtain a good appearance without any special processing or coating.

Further, according to this embodiment, since the opening 7B is formed in the protruding portion of the weight 7, the battery storage chamber and the battery cover 10 do not interfere with the attachment and detachment of the rear leg member 6B. If the 16 is removed, the rear leg member 6B can be easily fixed to the support member 1F or can be released. Of course, since the weight cover 16 is attached to the support member 1F, the weight cover 16 can be mounted relatively easily without being processed into the weight 7, and the weight cover 16 can be reliably attached with relatively high accuracy. Further, the attached weight cover 16 does not prevent the battery cover 10 from being opened and closed and the battery 8 from being taken in and out.

Furthermore, according to this embodiment, since the weight 7 includes the protruding portion, the weight 7 can be reduced in the front-rear direction, and the total length of the battery forklift can be shortened. Further, since the opening 7A is formed in the protruding portion, the controller can be stored at a high position of the weight 7, the enlargement of the weight 7 can be suppressed, and the operator can take a relatively easy posture. Controllers can be taken in and out and maintained.
