Description

The present invention relates to an outer wall joint gasket.

Conventionally, a gasket for outer wall joints that seals joints on the outer wall of a building and prevents rainwater from entering due to a pressure difference is known (Patent Document 1).
Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 7-47864

The outer wall joint gasket described in Patent Document 1 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, and has a hollow shape that elastically presses against an opposing surface of one of the outer walls facing each other across the joint. A water stop holding piece, a mounting leg piece mounted on the opposite surface side of the other outer wall of the pair of outer walls, and a ventilation interposed between the water stop holding piece and the mounting leg piece. The intermediate piece for ventilation is provided with a vent hole extending in the vertical direction, a horizontal air inlet for communicating the lower end portion of the vent hole to the outside, and a vent hole A horizontal air outlet that communicates the upper end with the inside is opened. Therefore, both the inner and outer sides of the outer wall joint gasket can communicate with each other via a series of air inlets, vents and air outlets, so that the pressure difference between the inner and outer sides of the outer wall joint gasket can be eliminated. Rain water can be prevented from entering the outer wall joint gasket due to the pressure difference.

However, since the three members of the hollow water-stopping holding piece, the mounting leg piece, and the ventilation intermediate piece are integrally bonded together, there is a risk that the sealing performance may be reduced by separating the three members by peeling. Inferior to In addition, since the horizontal air inlet that connects the lower end of the air vent to the outside is opened, rainwater infiltrates into the air inlet in rainstorms where the rain is strongly blown to the outer wall of the building, It penetrates to the lower end of the ventilation hole and stays there, impeding ventilation. As a result, the pressure inside the outer wall joint gasket becomes lower than the outside pressure, and rainwater enters the inside of the outer wall joint gasket due to the pressure difference.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an outer wall joint gasket that can improve reliability by preventing deterioration in sealing performance due to separation of members.

The outer wall joint gasket according to the present invention employs a fitting structure in which the first seal member and the second seal member are integrally coupled by fitting and a partition member is fitted and attached to the second seal member. The separation of the three-member member composed of the first seal member, the second seal member, and the partition portion can be strongly suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the sealing performance due to the separation of the three material members and to improve the reliability.

In the outer wall joint gasket according to the present invention, the first seal member is pressed against the facing surface of one outer wall, and the second seal member is pressed against the facing surface of the other outer wall when used. Therefore, the separation of both is strongly restrained by the pressure contact reaction force generated in the first seal member and the second seal member. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the sealing performance due to the separation of the first seal member and the second seal member and to improve the reliability.

In the gasket for outer wall joints of the present invention, the upper surface of the partition member is inclined upward from the air inlet side toward the back side of the air passage, so even if rainwater enters the air inlet, It is possible to prevent the air from entering and staying at the lower end of the air passage. Therefore, it is possible to ensure ventilation of the air passage and to keep the pressure on both the inside and outside of the gasket to be equal to each other, thereby preventing rainwater from entering due to a pressure difference.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2, the outer wall joint gasket G is made by extrusion molding of an elastic material such as rubber, and has a first and second seal members 1 and 2 having a uniform cross section, And a short partition member 3 having a uniform cross section. Note that the short partition member 3 is formed by extruding a long material having a uniform cross section by extrusion molding, and then performing oblique parallel cutting with a short dimension.

The first seal member 1 extends in a longitudinal direction from the outer surface of the cylindrical elastic deformation portion 10 extending in the longitudinal direction and the flat base portion 11 of the elastic deformation portion 10 toward the second seal member 2, and has a trapezoidal shape. It has a pair of fitting pieces 13a and 13b facing each other with a space 12 therebetween, and a stepped locking portion 14 is formed on the outer surface of these fitting pieces 13a and 13b. Further, the fitting piece 13a is formed with a notch 16a at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction, and the fitting piece 13b is formed with a notch 16b at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction. The positions where the 16a and the notch 16b are formed are slightly skewed in the longitudinal direction.

The second seal member 2 includes a flat base portion 20 and a pair of external fitting pieces 21a and 21b that extend substantially vertically from both ends of the base portion 20 toward the first seal member 1 and face each other. A dovetail groove 22 is formed on the inner surface of the central portion of the center 20, and a stepped locking portion 23 that can be locked with the stepped locking portion 14 of the first seal member 1 is formed on the inner surfaces of the outer fitting pieces 21a and 21b. The first seal member-side end surfaces 24 of the outer fitting pieces 21a and 21b are formed into arc surfaces that can be in close contact with the outer surfaces of the arc portions 15 and 15 that are continuous with both ends of the flat base portion 11 of the first seal member 1. is there. In addition, the outer fitting piece 21a is formed with a notch 25a with a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction (an interval equal to the interval in the longitudinal direction of the notch 16a), and the outer fitting piece 21b has a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction. A notch 25b is formed with a gap between the notch 25a and the notch 25b. The notch 25b and the notch 25b are slightly bent correspondingly to the notches 16a and 16b.

The partition member 3 has a parallelogram-shaped planar shape having a main portion 30 having a trapezoidal cross section and a dovetail portion 31 protruding from the center of the bottom of the main portion 30 toward the second seal member 2. Both ends in the longitudinal direction are provided with inclined surfaces 32a and 32b facing each other at equal inclination angles (for example, 45 °). The trapezoidal main portion 30 is formed in the trapezoidal space portion 12 of the first seal member 1. When fitted, the first sealing member 1 is formed in a size that is in close contact with the outer surface of the flat base 11 and the inner surfaces of the outer fitting pieces 21, 21, and the dovetail portion 31 is formed in the dovetail groove of the second seal member 2. 22 is formed in such a size that it cannot be fitted in the longitudinal movement.

Next, the assembly procedure of the outer wall joint gasket G will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, the dovetail portions 31 of the pair of partition members 3 and 3 are fitted into the dovetail grooves 22 of the second seal member 2 with a distance in the longitudinal direction, and the inclined surface 32a of one partition member 3 is fitted to the second seal member 2. And the inclined surface 32b of the other partition member 3 faces the notch 25a of the second seal member 2. Next, the pair of fitting pieces 13 a and 13 b of the first seal member 1 are fitted between the pair of outer fitting pieces 21 a and 21 b of the second seal member 2, so that the step-like locking portion 14 and the step-like engagement portion are engaged. The stop portions 23 are engaged with each other. As a result, the first seal-side end surfaces 24 of the pair of outer fitting pieces 21a and 21b in the second seal member 2 are in close contact with the outer surfaces of the arc portions 15 and 15 of the first seal member 1, and the first seal member 1 and The sealing performance of the mating surface with the second seal member 2 is ensured.

When the pair of fitting pieces 13a, 13b of the first seal member 1 are fitted between the pair of outer fitting pieces 21a, 21b of the second seal member 2, the trapezoidal main portions of the pair of partition members 3, 3 respectively. 2 is fitted into the trapezoidal space portion 12 of the first seal member 1 and is in close contact with the outer surface of the flat base portion 11 of the first seal member 1 and the inner surfaces of the outer fitting pieces 21 and 21. As a result, the first seal member 1, the second seal member 2, and the pair of partition members 3, 3 are integrally coupled by fitting, and the outer surface of the flat base 11 of the first seal member 1 is paired with the pair. Of the fitting pieces 13a and 13b, a part of the outer surface of the flat base 20 of the second seal member 2 and the dovetail groove 22 and is partitioned by a pair of partition members 3 and 3 in the longitudinal direction ( A vent passage 4 having a closed cross-sectional structure extending in the vertical direction is formed, and the vent passage 4 is formed by the notch portion 16a of the first seal member 1 and the notch portion 25a of the second seal member 2 adjacent to the notch portion 16a. The air passage 4 includes an air discharge port 5 (see FIG. 5) for communicating the upper end of the first seal member 1 to the outside, a cutout portion 16b of the first seal member 1, and a cutout portion 25b of the second seal member 2 adjacent to the cutout portion 16b. Air inlet that communicates the lower end of the air to the outside (See FIG. 5) and the opening outer wall vertical joint gasket G is formed into a zigzag shape.

Thus, the gasket G for outer wall joints of this invention couple | bonds together the 1st seal member 1 and the 2nd seal member 2 by fitting, Furthermore, it is a pair of partition members 3 and 3 to the 2nd seal member 2. Since the fitting structure in which is inserted and adopted is adopted, separation of the three-member members composed of the first seal member 1, the second seal member 2, and the pair of partition portions 3 and 3 can be strongly suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the sealing performance due to the separation of these three members and improve the reliability.

As shown in FIG. 6, the outer wall joint gasket G is interposed between a pair of outer walls 8 and 9 facing each other across the joint joint 7 of the building. Thereby, the cylindrical elastic deformation part 10 of the 1st seal member 1 presses and opposes to the opposing surface 8a of one outer wall 8 of a pair of outer walls 8 and 9, and it presses on the 2nd seal member 2 side. The outer wall ridge is expanded toward the outer side (O) and the inner side (I) of the joint 7 and the outer surface of the flat base portion 20 of the second seal member 2 is pressed against the opposing surface 9a of the other outer wall 9. The joint gasket G is held in the joint joint 7.

Since the cylindrical elastic deformation portion 10 of the first seal member 1 is pressed against the opposing surface 8a of the one outer wall 8 and elastically deformed, a pressure reaction force is generated between the first seal member 1 and the second seal member 2. The separation between the first seal member 1 and the second seal member 2 is constrained by this pressure contact reaction force. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the sealing performance due to the separation of the first seal member 1 and the second seal member 2 and to improve the reliability.

As shown in FIG. 5, the outer wall joint gasket G has a lower surface of the upper partition member 3, that is, an inclined surface 32 b that is inclined downward toward the inner side of the air passage 4, and an upper surface of the lower partition member 3. That is, since the inclined surface 32a is inclined upward toward the back side of the ventilation path 4, the outside air can be smoothly introduced from the air introduction port 6 to the ventilation path 4, and the flow direction of the introduced outside air can be changed. By smoothly converting and exhausting from the air passage 4 toward the air discharge port 5, the pressure difference between the outside (O) and the inside (I) of the joint 7 is eliminated, and the outer wall joint gasket G due to the pressure difference is eliminated. It is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the inner side (I).

Further, since the upper surface (inclined surface 32a) of the lower partition member 5 is inclined upward from the air inlet 6 side toward the back side of the air passage 4, a rising height H is generated. Therefore, even when rainwater enters into the air inlet 6 during rainstorms where the rain is strongly blown against the outer walls 8 and 9 of the building, the rainwater is prevented from entering and staying at the lower end of the air passage 4. can do. Accordingly, it is possible to ensure the ventilation of the ventilation path 4 and to keep the atmospheric pressure inside (I) and outside (O) of the gasket G for outer wall joint joints at an equal pressure, thereby reliably preventing the intrusion of rainwater due to the difference in atmospheric pressure.
