Description

The present invention relates to an expansion joint cover installed to close a gap around a seismic isolation structure.

When installing a base-isolated structure such as a base-isolated building, in order to avoid interference between the base-isolated structure and the non-base-isolated structure during an earthquake, the space between the base-isolated structure and the non-base-isolated structure Are provided with regularly spaced grooves. The groove is shielded by a floor member of an expansion joint cover provided around the building, and the upper surface of the floor member is flush with the periphery so as not to obstruct traffic.

However, since the seismic isolation structure and the non-base isolation structure move relative to each other during the earthquake, the free end of the floor member of the expansion joint cover jumps up around the surrounding surface, and the fixed end portion of the floor member There is a risk that the floor member that has been damaged or jumped may interfere with traffic. Various proposals have been made to deal with the movement of the expansion joint cover during such an earthquake.

For example, Patent Documents 1 to 3 describe one in which the free end of the floor member of the expansion joint cover can be rotated by pressing a bolt for fixing the expansion joint cover with a biasing force of a spring. Further, Patent Document 4 proposes an expansion joint cover that uses the elastic force of the floor member of the expansion joint cover to allow the free end side to be bent up and down. Further, Patent Document 5 proposes a technique that enables vertical movement by fixing a floor member of an expansion joint cover via a spring.

In these expansion joint covers, since the fixed end of the floor member is made flexible by an elastic body, even if the free end side of the floor member rides over the entire surface due to earthquake motion, the fixed end portion may be damaged. Absent.

Furthermore, the expansion joint cover described in Patent Document 4 enables the floor member to be bent by a hinge, so that the floor member of the expansion joint cover rides on the entire surface in the event of an earthquake, or the ground due to the earthquake is relatively Even when the floor member jumps up or down due to vertical movement, it is bent so as not to obstruct traffic.

However, in the conventional expansion joint cover, although the above-mentioned inconvenience due to the movement of the floor member at the time of an earthquake can be avoided, the structure is complicated, the number of parts is large, and the assembly is troublesome. In addition, because the floor member of the expansion joint cover requires post-processing such as drilling at the time of assembly, when a floor member subjected to surface treatment such as plating is used, corrosion progresses from the hole or the like by post-processing. There was also a problem.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional situation and the like, and can prevent inconvenience due to the displacement of the floor member of the expansion joint cover from the original position at the time of an earthquake. It is an issue to be solved to provide an expansion joint cover that does not require post-processing.

An expansion joint cover according to a first aspect of the present invention is an expansion joint cover for closing a gap between a seismic isolation structure and a non-base isolation structure, and includes a floor member installed on the gap, and the floor member. Mounting means for fixing to the seismic structure side or the non-base-isolated structure side, and a mounting rod extending in the width direction is fixed to one end of the floor member on the side close to the mounting means, The mounting rod is pivotally supported by the mounting means.

In the expansion joint cover of the first invention, a mounting rod extending in the width direction is fixed to one end of the floor member close to the mounting means, and the mounting rod is pivotally supported by the mounting means. . For this reason, even if the free end of the floor member rides up on the entire surface in the event of an earthquake and jumps up, the floor member follows the movement by rotating around the mounting rod and does not break. Further, since the mounting rod fixed to the floor member is simply supported by the mounting means, the number of parts is small, and the assembly is not time-consuming. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to perform post-processing such as drilling on the floor member as in the case of fixing the floor member using a hinge or hinge, it is a case where a floor member subjected to surface treatment such as plating is used. However, the corrosion resistance is not impaired.

An expansion joint cover according to a second aspect of the present invention is an expansion joint cover for closing a gap between a seismic isolation structure and a non-base isolation structure, and includes a floor member installed on the gap, and the floor member. Mounting means for fixing to the seismic structure side or the non-base-isolated structure side, and the floor member connects the first floor member, the second floor member, the first floor member and the second floor member. A connecting rod extending in the width direction is fixed to one longitudinal end of each of the first floor member and the second floor member, and the first floor member and the second floor member The connecting means for pivotally supporting the connecting rod is fixed to the other of the second floor members.

In the expansion joint cover according to the second aspect of the invention, the floor member is divided into a first floor member and a second floor member, which can be rotated by a connecting means. For this reason, even if the free end of the floor member climbs over the entire surrounding surface and jumps up during an earthquake, the floor member can be prevented from bending and obstructing traffic. In addition, the first floor member and the second floor member are connected by pivotally supporting a connecting rod fixed to one of the floor members in the width direction by connecting means fixed to the other floor member. As a result, the number of parts is small and the assembly is not time-consuming. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to perform post-processing such as drilling on the floor member as in the case of fixing the floor member using a hinge or hinge, it is a case where a floor member subjected to surface treatment such as plating is used. However, the corrosion resistance is not impaired.

Embodiments 1 and 2 embodying the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Example 1
As shown in FIG. 1, the expansion joint cover of the first embodiment is installed to close a groove 93 between the outer wall 90 and the ground 92 of the base-isolated building, and between the outer wall 90 and the ground 92. An erected steel floor member 1 and a mounting bracket 2 for fixing the floor member 1 to the outer wall 90 are provided.

The floor member 1 includes a top plate 1a that forms a horizontal plane, an infinite number of reinforcing plates 1b that are welded to the back surface of the top plate 1a in a lattice shape, and an outer peripheral plate 1c that is welded so as to surround the periphery of the reinforcing plate 1b. have. As shown in FIG. 2, a mounting rod 1d made of a round steel bar is fixed in the width direction by welding at the lower end corner of the reinforcing plate 1b on the outer wall 90 side. The entire floor member 1 is hot dip galvanized.

The mounting bracket 2 includes a bolt 21, a nut 22, and a washer 23. As shown in FIG. 3, the washer 23 has a substantially rectangular hole 23a through which the bolt 21 is inserted, and a U-shaped cross-section aligned with the mounting rod 1d on one surface of the washer 23. A shaped groove 23b is formed parallel to the side surface.

As shown in FIG. 2, a mounting jig 91 having an L-shaped cross section is fixed on the outer wall 90 in the width direction by an anchor bolt (not shown), and the mounting jig 91 has a hole 91a. It is penetrating.

The expansion joint cover of Example 1 configured as described above is laid between the outer wall 90 and the ground 92 as shown in FIG. 1 by the process described below. That is, first, one end of the top plate 1a on the mounting rod 1d side is placed on the mounting jig 91, and the other end of the top plate 1a is placed on the ground 92. At this time, the position of the mounting rod 1d is set slightly closer to the outer wall 90 than the position of the hole 91a of the mounting jig 91 as shown in FIG. Then, the washer 23 is placed on the mounting jig 91 so that the mounting rod 1 d fits into the groove 23 b of the washer 23. Then, the bolt 21 is inserted from below into the hole 91 a of the mounting jig 91 and the hole 23 a of the washer 23 and is fixed by the nut 22. Thus, the installation of the expansion joint cover of Example 1 is completed. Thus, the expansion joint cover does not require post-processing such as drilling the floor member 1 when installed, and the washer 23 is attached to the mounting jig 91 so that the mounting rod 1d fits into the groove 23b of the washer 23. Simply place it on top and secure it with bolts 21 and nuts 22 to complete the installation. For this reason, assembly does not take much time. Moreover, since there is almost no influence on the plating layer by the assembly, the corrosion resistance of hot dip galvanizing is not impaired.

Next, the effect of the expansion joint cover of Example 1 at the time of an earthquake is demonstrated. 5 and 6, when the outer wall 90 and the ground 92 approach each other due to the earthquake motion, the reinforcing plate 1 b of the floor member 1 rides on the slope 92 a of the ground 92. As a result, the floor member 1 rotates upward about the mounting rod 1d. For this reason, even if the outer wall 90 and the ground 92 are relatively moved by the earthquake motion, the expansion joint cover is not damaged.

(Example 2)
As shown in FIG. 7, the expansion joint cover of the second embodiment includes a steel floor member 30 installed in a groove 93 between the outer wall 90 and the ground 92, and a mounting bracket 40 that fixes the floor member 30 to the outer wall 90. And.

The floor member 30 includes a top plate 31 that forms a horizontal plane. The top plate 31 includes a top plate main body 31b and a front top plate 31a that follows the front end of the top plate main body 31b, and is connected by a connecting metal fitting 32. ing. On the back side of the top plate main body 31b, as shown in FIG. 8, there are innumerable welded reinforcing plates 33 and an outer peripheral plate 34 welded so as to surround the periphery of the reinforcing plate 33 squarely. A hole 34a is provided in the outer peripheral plate 34 on the distal end side. An infinite number of reinforcing plates 35 are welded to the back side of the tip top plate 31a, and a connecting rod 36 made of an iron round bar is welded to the lower end corner of the rear portion of the reinforcing plate 35 by welding. It is fixed in the direction. The floor member 30 is entirely galvanized.

As shown in FIG. 8, the connection fitting 32 is composed of a bolt 37, a nut 38, and a washer 39, similar to the attachment fitting 2 in the first embodiment, and the washer 39 has a substantially rectangular shape for inserting the bolt 37. A groove 37b having a U-shaped cross section that is aligned with the connecting rod 36 is formed on the back side of the washer 39 in parallel with the side surface.

The mounting jig 40 for fixing the floor member 30 to the outer wall 90 shown in FIG. 7 is the same as the mounting bracket 2 of the first embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted.

The expansion joint cover of Example 2 configured as described above is constructed between the outer wall 90 and the ground 92 as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 9, the tip top plate 31 a and the top plate body 32 b are brought close to each other, and the connecting rod 36 is brought into contact with a position slightly above the hole 34 a of the outer peripheral plate 34. Then, the washer 39 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral plate 34 so that the connecting rod 36 fits into the groove 39b of the washer 39, the bolt 32 is inserted into the hole 39a of the washer 39 and the hole 34a of the outer peripheral plate 34, and fixed by the nut 38. . In this way, both ends of the floor member 30 connecting the tip top plate 31a and the top plate body 32b are placed on the mounting jig 91 and the ground 92. The fixing method to the mounting jig 91 is the same as that of the expansion joint cover of the first embodiment, and the description is omitted. Thus, the installation of the expansion joint cover of Example 2 is completed.

In the expansion joint cover, as shown in FIG. 10, when the outer wall 90 and the ground 92 approach each other due to the earthquake motion, the reinforcing plate 33 of the floor member 30 rides on the slope 92 a of the ground 92. At this time, the tip top plate 31a is bent between the tip top plate 31a and the top plate body 31b by rotating downward about the connecting rod 36 shown in FIG. 8 by its own weight. For this reason, the front-end | tip of the top plate 31 does not jump up and does not become a hindrance.

Further, the expansion joint cover does not require post-processing such as drilling when the tip top plate 31a and the top plate body 31b are connected, and the washer 39 is provided so that the connecting rod 36 fits into the groove 39b of the washer 39. The connection is completed simply by making contact with the hole 34 a of the outer peripheral plate 34 and fixing with the bolt 37 and the nut 38. For this reason, it does not take much time for the connecting operation, and the corrosion resistance of hot dip galvanizing is not impaired. Other functions and effects are the same as those of the expansion joint cover of the first embodiment.

In addition, although the expansion joint cover of the said Example 1 and Example 2 is what hot-dip galvanized was given to steel, it can replace with this and can also be made into a stainless steel expansion joint cover. Even in this case, it is possible to prevent inconvenience due to the displacement of the floor member of the expansion joint cover from the original position during an earthquake.

The present invention is not limited to the description of the embodiments and examples of the invention. Various modifications may be included in the present invention as long as those skilled in the art can easily conceive without departing from the description of the scope of claims.
