Description

The present invention provides an interior panel such as a refractory panel on the inner surface of a steel shell submerged tunnel formed by filling and solidifying a solidified material such as concrete or mortar between box-shaped steel shells that are formed in the inner and outer directions. It is related with the interior panel mounting structure in the case of mounting and supporting.

A steel shell submerged tunnel as described above is generally a steel shell in which a box-shaped steel shell formed in a predetermined length in a factory or dog is moored on a quay or the like and polymerized in the inner and outer directions. Is used as a mold for molding, and a solid structure such as concrete or mortar is filled between the steel shells to form a tunnel structure. The tunnel structure is then sunk to the seabed and connected with connecting bolts. Thus, a long tunnel space is formed.

Various methods for attaching an interior panel such as a fireproof panel to the inner surface of the steel shell submerged tunnel as described above have been proposed. For example, in Patent Document 1 below, a small metal is used as a weld in a through hole formed in a fireproof board. It has been proposed to attach the panel to the inner surface of the steel shell submerged tunnel by providing a cylindrical member or the like and welding one end of the metal cylinder or the like to the steel shell portion of the steel shell submerged tunnel.

However, the work of welding one end of a small metal cylinder or the like provided in the through hole of the fireproof board as described above to the steel shell portion of the steel shell submerged tunnel is delicate and cumbersome, and the workability is poor after welding. Since the through-hole must be filled with a non-combustible material and closed, there is a problem that a lot of labor and time are required for the work, which is inefficient and increases the manufacturing cost.

Moreover, since the thing of the said patent document 1 attaches a fireproof board directly to a steel shell, for example, when a steel shell is extended by the heat at the time of fire occurrence, or when it deforms, the fireproof board cannot follow and peels off. There is a risk that it will not be able to exert its intended fire resistance due to cracking. Steel shell submerged tunnels are prone to unevenness in the welded seam when the tunnel is extended, but it is difficult to spread to the surface of the interior panel or to attach the fireproof board flatly and stably due to the above unevenness. There were problems such as.

Therefore, as previously described in Patent Document 2 below, the present applicant places a stud bolt on the steel shell portion of the steel shell submerged tunnel, and attaches a spacing holding metal fitting as a panel mounting bracket to the stud bolt, It was proposed that an interior panel such as a fireproof panel is attached and supported on the inner surface of the steel shell submerged tunnel with a predetermined spacing through the spacing metal fitting.

特開2003−269097号公報JP 2003-269097 A 特開2006−144477号公報JP 2006-144477 A

However, the operation of driving the stud bolt into the steel shell as in Patent Document 2 is easier than the operation of welding one end of a small welded portion provided in the through hole as in Patent Document 1 to the steel shell. However, since it has to be placed at a predetermined position one by one at the site, there are problems such as troublesome work and increased construction costs.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described conventional problems. To the inner surface of a steel shell submerged tunnel, an interior panel such as a fireproof panel can be easily, reliably, easily and inexpensively attached to the inner surface of the steel shell submerged tunnel. It is an object to provide an interior panel mounting structure.

In order to achieve the above object, the interior panel mounting structure on the inner surface of the steel shell submerged tunnel according to the present invention has the following configuration. In other words, it is a mounting structure for installing an interior panel such as a fireproof panel on the inner surface of a steel shell submerged tunnel constructed by filling a solidified material such as concrete between steel shells connected and fixed at predetermined intervals by a separator. A panel support fitting is attached to the end of the separator that protrudes toward the tunnel space, and the interior panel is attached to and supported by the panel support fitting.

Specifically, for example, as the separator, one having an external thread at least at the end protruding to the tunnel space side is used. The panel support fitting is inserted into the external thread and the nut is screwed, A panel support bracket is attached to the end of the separator. In this case, the panel support fitting can be attached directly to the end of the separator or can be attached via an auxiliary fitting.

The steel shell submerged tunnel is a tunnel structure formed by filling a solidified material such as concrete or mortar between the box-shaped steel shells that are generally polymerized in the inner and outer directions as described above. In order to keep the gap at a predetermined interval, or to prevent the gap between the steel shells from spreading due to the pressure of the consolidated material filled between the steel shells, or to prevent some of the steel shells from spilling outward, the adjacent steel In general, the shells are connected to each other by a rod-shaped separator and kept at a predetermined interval, and a large number of such separators are usually provided at predetermined intervals in the surface direction of the steel shell.

The present invention is such that an interior panel such as a fireproof panel is attached to the inner surface of the steel shell submerged tunnel using a separator provided in the steel shell submerged tunnel as described above. As in Patent Document 1, a welded portion such as a small metal cylinder provided in the through hole of the fireproof board is welded to the steel shell portion of the steel shell submerged tunnel, or a stud bolt is attached to the steel shell portion as in Patent Document 2. It is possible to easily, reliably, easily and inexpensively attach the interior panel to the inner surface of the steel shell submerged tunnel without driving.

In particular, in the separator as described above, at least one end side protrudes toward the tunnel space side, and a male thread is generally formed at the projecting end part. When a support bracket is attached and an interior panel such as a fireproof panel is attached to and supported by the panel support bracket, the interior panel is attached with good workability without any processing on the tunnel side or installation of structurally unnecessary items. be able to. Moreover, since the interior panel is attached and supported via a panel support bracket to a sturdy separator for connecting and fixing adjacent steel shells at a predetermined interval, the panel support bracket can be firmly and stably attached, There is little risk that the interior panel will inadvertently come off or come off from the support bracket.

Furthermore, since the end screw portion of the separator protrudes to the tunnel space side, it is obstructive, so it is desirable in terms of appearance that the screw portion should be of a length that is almost hidden when a nut is fitted. If it does, the joint strength and safety factor of a bolt and a nut will become low. On the other hand, when the interior panel is attached using the end portion protruding to the tunnel space side of the separator as in the present invention, not only the end portion does not get in the way, but also the appearance appearance is hidden by the interior panel. In addition to improving the appearance, leaving the above-mentioned end portion has the effect of improving the bonding strength and safety factor of the bolt and nut.

Hereinafter, an interior panel mounting structure on the inner surface of a steel shell submerged tunnel according to the present invention will be specifically described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.

1 to 4 show an embodiment of an interior panel mounting structure on the inner surface of a steel shell submerged tunnel according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a steel shell submerged tunnel to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. ) To (c) are enlarged views of portions a to c in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 (d) is an enlarged view of portion d in FIGS. 2 (b) and (c), and FIG. 3 (a) is a view of FIGS. FIG. 3B is a front plan view seen from the panel inner surface side, FIG. 4A is an enlarged view of a part of FIG. 4B and 4C are cross-sectional views taken along lines bb and cc in FIG. 4A, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the panel mounting portion.

The steel shell submerged tunnel 1 in the illustrated example has a plurality (seven in the case of the figure) formed of steel plates or the like in the outer steel shell 1a having a rectangular cross section formed of steel plates or the like as shown in FIG. The inner steel shells 1b are arranged at predetermined intervals, and a solidified material 1c such as concrete or mortar is filled between the inner and outer steel shells 1b, 1a, 1b, 1b in the lateral direction. As a result, a tunnel structure T having tunnel spaces S1 to S5 is formed therein, the tunnel structure T is sequentially submerged on the seabed and the like, and the above-described tunnels are sequentially connected by connection bolts or the like omitted in the drawing. The spaces S1 to S5 are respectively provided continuously.

The steel shells 1b, 1a, 1b, 1b adjacent to each other in the inner and outer directions and the lateral direction are connected and fixed to each other by a rod-shaped separator 2 as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) to 2 (c). Is kept at a predetermined interval, and the steel shell is prevented from squeezing out to the tunnel space S1 to S5 side or the outside of the tunnel structure T by the pressure when filling the consolidated material 1c, and the separator 2 Are provided at predetermined intervals vertically and horizontally in the surface direction of the steel shell 1b (1a). Moreover, as each said separator, the volt | bolt which has an external thread in the predetermined length of at least an edge part is used in this embodiment, The edge part 2a is shown on the left side of Fig.2 (a) with respect to the outer steel shell 1a. As shown in FIG. 2 (a) and the right side of FIG. 2 (b) and FIG. 2 (c), the steel shell 1a is screwed into a nut 3 fixed by welding or the like. A configuration is such that a washer 4 made of a thick metal plate is inserted through and fitted into the tip of the shell 1b and a nut 5 is screwed.

In the present embodiment, an interior panel such as a fireproof panel is attached using the separator 2 protruding into the tunnel space. In the present embodiment, the emergency passages on both the left and right sides in FIG. A fireproof panel 8 as an interior panel is attached to almost the entire inner surface of the tunnel spaces S2 to S4 excluding the tunnel spaces S1 and S5 used. When concrete is placed at the bottom of the inner surface of the tunnel space to form a road or the like, it is not necessary to attach a fireproof panel because this concrete also serves as a fireproof coating for the tunnel structure.

The fireproof panel 8 is attached to the end 2a of the separator 2 protruding into the tunnel spaces S2 to S4 via the panel support bracket 7, and in the case of the figure, as shown in FIGS. A panel support fitting 7 is attached via an auxiliary fitting 6 attached to the end 2a, and the fireproof panel 8 is attached to and supported by the panel support fitting 7.

In the present embodiment, the auxiliary metal fitting 6 is bent and formed into a planar convex shape in which the vicinity of the central portion 6a in the longitudinal direction of the belt-shaped metal plate having a predetermined width protrudes toward the steel shell 1b as shown in FIGS. Therefore, the end 2a of the separator 2 is inserted into the mounting hole 6h formed in the central portion 6a, and the nut 9 is screwed into the male thread portion of the end 2a. In this configuration, the auxiliary metal fitting 6 is sandwiched between and fastened.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the panel support fitting 7 is attached to the through holes 6g formed in both ends 6b and 6b of the auxiliary fitting 6 with bolts 11 and nuts 12, respectively. The mounting base 7a of the support metal 7 is formed in a U-shaped cross section, and a mounting hole 7h for the through hole 6g is provided in a vertical piece of the U-shaped base 7a.

In addition, upward and downward insertion pieces 7b, downward insertion pieces 7c and 7c, and a holding piece 7d are integrally provided at both upper and lower ends of the U-shaped base portion 7a of the panel support bracket 7, respectively. A fitting 10 provided at the lower back of the fireproof panel 8 is inserted into the insertion piece 7b, and a fitting 10 provided at the upper rear of the fireproof panel 2 is inserted into the downward insertion pieces 7c and 7c. At the same time, a fixing metal fitting 10 provided on the upper back of the fireproof panel 8 is fixed between the insertion pieces 7c and 7c and the presser piece 7d provided therebetween.

In the present embodiment, one locking metal fitting 10 is provided at each of the four corners on the back side of each fireproof panel 8 corresponding to the mounting position of the panel support metal fitting 7. As shown in FIG. 5, an attachment portion 10 a that is formed in a substantially strip-like shape and is bent in a step shape in the thickness direction is provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 4A, a bolt 13 is inserted into a mounting hole (not shown) formed in the mounting portion 10a, and is screwed into an insert nut 14 embedded in the fireproof panel 8. It is the structure attached to the fireproof panel 8, and the slit-shaped clearance gap is formed between the longitudinal direction center part of each latching metal fitting 10, and the fireproof panel 8, The insertion piece of the said panel support metal fitting 7 in the clearance gap 7b and 7c are inserted and held in engagement.

In FIG. 3, reference numeral 15 denotes a siding plate for closing a fire-resistant panel joint adjacent in the left-right direction (tunnel longitudinal direction) in the figure, and in this embodiment, a fire-resistant material made of the same material as the fire-resistant panel 8 is used. It is fixed to the back side of the joint with an adhesive or the like, and is sandwiched between the fireproof panel 8 and the end 2a of the separator 2.

As described above, in the present invention, since the fireproof panel 8 is attached using the separator 2 for connecting and fixing the adjacent steel shells 1b and 1b (1b and 1a), the fireproof panel ( The inner surface of the steel shell submerged tunnel without the troublesome work of inserting a small metal cylinder or the like into a through-hole formed in the fireproof board and placing a stud bolt on the steel shell. The fireproof panel can be attached easily, reliably, easily and inexpensively.

In the above embodiment, the four corners of the refractory panel 8 are attached. However, if necessary, the central portion of the refractory panel 8 may be attached and supported. 6 to 8 show an example. In this example, the four corners of the refractory panel 8 are attached to the separator 2 in the same manner as in the above embodiment, and the width direction of the upper and lower portions of the refractory panel 8 (left and right in FIG. 6). (Direction) The central portion is attached to the separator 2 by the support metal fitting 7 and the auxiliary metal fitting 61 similar to the above embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 7, the auxiliary metal fitting 61 is formed in a concave shape in which the vicinity of the longitudinal center portion 61a of the band-shaped metal plate having a predetermined width protrudes on the opposite side to the steel shell 1b. The end portions 2a of the separators 2 are inserted into the formed mounting holes 61h, and the nuts 9 are screwed into the male screw portions of the end portions 2a in the same manner as described above, and between the nut 9 and the nut 5 are inserted. The auxiliary metal fitting 61 is clamped and fixed.

Then, a support bracket 7 similar to the above is attached to the through hole 61g formed in the central portion 61a of the auxiliary bracket 61 with bolts 11 and nuts 12, and the width of the upper and lower portions of the fireproof panel 8 corresponding to the support bracket 7 is secured. The insertion pieces 7b and 7c of the support fitting 7 are inserted in the same manner as described above between the respective locking fittings 10 provided on the back side of the central portion in the direction and the fireproof panel 8, and the insertion pieces 7c and 7c. And a holding piece 7d between the holding piece 10d and the holding piece 7d. The four corners of the fireproof panel 8 are attached to the separator 2 in the same manner as described above.

As described above, not only the four corners of the refractory panel 8 but also the vicinity of the center portion are attached and supported by the separator 2 via the support fitting 7 and the like, so that the refractory panel 8 can be attached and supported more reliably and stably. In this case as well, the use of the separator 2 makes it possible to attach the fireproof panel 8 simply, reliably, easily and inexpensively.

In each of the above embodiments, the support fitting 7 is attached to the separator 2 via the auxiliary fitting 6 or 61. However, the support fitting 7 can be directly attached to the separator 2. FIGS. 9 to 11 show an example thereof. The end 2a of the separator 2 is fitted into the mounting hole 7h of the support fitting 7, and the nut 9 is screwed into the male thread portion of the end 2a. The base 7a of the support fitting 7 is sandwiched between the nut 5 and the fireproof panel 8 is attached to the support fitting 9 in the same manner as described above. Also when attaching the center part of a fireproof panel like the said FIGS. 6-8, if the separator 2 exists in the center part vicinity, the support metal fitting 7 can be directly attached to the separator 2 in the same way.

In each of the above embodiments, the separator 2 having male screws only at both ends is used. However, for example, a full screw bolt may be used, and at least the end of the separator 2 protrudes to the tunnel space side where an interior panel such as a fireproof panel is attached. Any one having a male threaded portion at its protruding end can be applied. Furthermore, although each said embodiment attached the fireproof panel 8 to the inner surface of tunnel space S2-S4 in FIG. 1, it is the same as that of the above also to the inner surface of tunnel space S1, S5 used as an emergency passage etc. as needed. The fireproof panel 8 can be attached in a manner. Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated as an example the case where a fireproof panel is attached as an interior panel, it is applicable also when attaching various interior panels other than a fireproof panel.

As described above, the interior panel mounting structure on the inner surface of a steel shell submerged tunnel according to the present invention uses a separator for connecting and fixing adjacent steel shells at predetermined intervals in the steel shell submerged tunnel. Since the panel support bracket is attached and the interior panel such as a fireproof panel is attached to and supported by the support bracket, welding and stud bolting work for mounting the support bracket are not required, and the interior panel can be simplified. It can be reliably and easily installed at low cost, and can be effectively applied not only to fireproof panels but also to various interior panels laid on the inner surface of a steel shell submerged tunnel.
