Description

The present invention relates to a detachable air conditioner and a detachable air conditioner system having a novel configuration.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in air conditioner installation facilities including a large number of indoor units such as hospitals and department stores, the use of building multi-type air conditioners is increasing from the viewpoint of price and maintenance.

As a measure for preventing nosocomial infections with this building multi-type air conditioner, for example, replacement of a filter about once a year (or sterilization cleaning) in a ceiling-mounted indoor unit constituting the air conditioner is generally used. However, such nosocomial infection prevention measures may leave harmful fungi in the indoor unit itself.

For this reason, there is a strong demand from users of air conditioners in hospitals, department stores, etc. to remove the indoor unit itself and to sterilize and clean the indoor unit itself. The air conditioner manufacturer and the contractor are not responding to the request of the user side.

Conventionally, assuming the time of removal and relocation, it is possible to detach the refrigerant pipe by installing a valve in the field construction on the indoor unit (for example, floor-standing type), and the refrigerant contained in the indoor unit at that time using the refrigerant recovery device An air conditioner system configured to collect has been implemented.
However, using the refrigerant recovery device to recover the refrigerant causes an increase in work processes and an increase in work costs.

6 and 7 show a construction state of a conventional general ceiling-mounted indoor unit 100. FIG.
In this conventional example, for example, four suspension bolts 102 for the indoor unit 100 are suspended from the floor casing 101, and the floor unit 101 and the ceiling plate 103 are connected to the indoor unit 100 via the bracket 104 by the four suspension bolts 102. The indoor unit panel 100a is fitted so as to close a ceiling opening 103a provided in advance on the ceiling plate 103, and the indoor unit panel 100a is attached to the indoor unit 100.

In addition, piping such as the refrigerant oil pipe 111, the refrigerant gas pipe 112, and the drain pipe 113 is attached to one side surface of the indoor unit 100, and electrical wiring composed of the power supply line 121 and the electrical equipment line 122 is connected. Further, an inspection port 124 with an openable / closable lid 123 is provided in a part of the ceiling plate 103.

However, in the case of this conventional example, the indoor unit 100 itself does not have a structure that can be easily attached and detached. When the indoor unit 100 is once installed in the ceiling, the lifetime of the indoor unit 100 is exhausted or a part thereof is broken. The situation is that removal is not performed until the replacement time, as in the case of, for example.

In Patent Document 1, a washing machine is attached to the blower motor of a ceiling-embedded indoor unit from below the ceiling, and the washing machine is operated to perform washing by spraying a cleaning liquid on the heat exchanger of the indoor unit. A cleaning device for a ceiling-embedded air conditioner configured as described above has been proposed.

However, even in the case of Patent Document 1, cleaning is not performed by removing the ceiling-embedded indoor unit itself, and is not necessarily sufficient in terms of measures for preventing hospital infection, and harmful fungi remain in the indoor unit itself. There is a risk of doing.

Patent Document 2 proposes a ceiling-embedded air conditioner having a configuration in which a plurality of indoor units installed on a ceiling and one indoor unit are sequentially connected by a pipe connection part and piping.

In the present invention, valves according to various configurations other than the ball valve configuration can be used instead of the pair of ball valves 21 and 22.

The ball valve 21 includes an indoor unit side valve part 21a having a detachable structure and a pipe side valve part 21b, and when the indoor unit side valve part 21a and the pipe side valve part 21b are detached, It has a structure that prevents the existing refrigerant from leaking outside.

Similarly, the ball valve 22 includes an indoor unit side valve portion 22a having a detachable structure and a piping side valve portion 22b, and the indoor unit side valve portion 22a and the piping side valve portion 22b are as shown in FIG. When it is detached, it has a structure that prevents the refrigerant present in the interior from leaking outside.
Further, the ball valves 21 and 22 are each provided with a pressure plug and an air vent plug (not shown).

The connector 23 includes an indoor unit side connector portion 23a having an attachment / detachment structure and an electrical wiring side connector portion 23b. The attachment / detachment of the indoor unit side connector portion 23a and the electrical wiring side connector portion 23b shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. By supplying the electric power and signals necessary for the air-conditioning operation to the indoor unit 1 by operation, the supply or interruption of the supply is performed.

Next, the operation of the detachable air conditioner and the detachable air conditioner system of the present embodiment will be described mainly with the case where the indoor unit 1 is removed from the ceiling 50 and with reference to FIG.

In order to remove the indoor unit 1 from the ceiling 50, first, as shown in FIG. 5, the opening / closing lid 57 is opened, the inspection port 56 is opened, and the surface panel 2 of the indoor unit 1 is removed downward.

Next, an operator puts a hand in the inspection port 56, and as shown in FIG. 5, the ball valve 21 is separated into the indoor unit side valve portion 21a and the piping side valve portion 21b, and the ball valve 22 is It separates into the indoor unit side valve part 22a and the piping side valve part 22b. Further, the connector 23 is also separated into an indoor unit side connector portion 23a and an electrical wiring side connector portion 23b.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the nuts 54 screwed into the suspension bolts 53 are removed, the four brackets 55 of the indoor unit 1 are detached from the suspension bolts 53, and the indoor unit 1 is attached to the mounting holes. The operation of removing the indoor unit 1 from the ceiling 50 is completed by lowering it below 52 and placing it on the floor or the like.

When the removed indoor unit 1 is carried out from the installation location (such as a hospital room) to the outside, it is stored in a dedicated plastic bag on the spot to prevent the bacteria attached to the indoor unit 1 from diffusing. Carry out the work at And the whole indoor unit 1 carried out from the hospital room etc. is sterilized and washed. The same applies when the removed indoor unit 1 is moved to another installation location.

When removing the indoor unit 1 described above, the refrigerant of the indoor unit 1 is moved to the refrigerant piping system 10 of another indoor unit 1. Further, when the ball valves 21 and 22 are separated, the refrigerant remaining in the minimal gaps in the ball valves 21 and 22 is injected with a pressure plug (not shown) so as to inject the oil into the pressure plug (not shown). The remaining refrigerant in the ball valves 21 and 22 is eliminated.

Next, in order to attach the indoor unit 1 that has been sterilized and washed as described above into the ceiling 50, the indoor unit 1 is carried into the mounting hole 52 of the ceiling 50, contrary to the case described above. The four brackets 55 are attached to the suspension bolts 53, and the nuts 54 are screwed into the suspension bolts 53, whereby the indoor unit 1 is supported horizontally in the ceiling 50.

Next, the indoor unit side valve portion 21a and the piping side valve portion 21b of the ball valve 21 are mounted, and the indoor unit side valve portion 22a and the piping side valve portion 22b of the ball valve 22 are mounted. .

Furthermore, the indoor unit side connector part 23a of the connector 23 and the electrical wiring side connector part 23b are attached.

In this way, after connecting the refrigerant piping system 10 and the electrical wiring system 16 to the indoor unit 1, the surface panel 2 is attached to the lower surface of the indoor unit 1 through the attachment hole 52, so that the indoor unit 1 is mounted on the ceiling 50. The work of mounting inside is completed.

When mounting the indoor unit 1 in the ceiling 50, oil in a pressurizing plug (not shown) is injected to discharge air in a very small gap in the ball valves 21 and 22 from an air vent plug (not shown).

Thus, the indoor unit 1 after sterilization washing can be brought into an operable state. Furthermore, a series of operations are completed by closing the inspection port 56 with the opening / closing lid 57.

As described above, according to the detachable air conditioner and the detachable air conditioner system of the present embodiment, the indoor unit 1 is removed from the ceiling 50, and the entire indoor unit 1 that has been removed is sterilized and cleaned at another location. The indoor unit 1 after cleaning can be attached to the ceiling 50 in a short time (for example, about 30 minutes) while preventing diffusion of fungi, and a clean air-conditioning environment can be realized. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce the work process and cost by facilitating the relocation of the indoor unit 1 to other locations.

Moreover, according to the detachable air conditioner and the detachable air conditioner system of the present embodiment, by adopting the ball valves 21 and 22 and the connector 23 in advance, these on-site construction becomes unnecessary, and the on-site construction work can be performed. Costs can be reduced by eliminating the necessity.

Furthermore, according to the detachable air conditioner and the detachable air conditioner system of the present embodiment, the use of the ball valves 21 and 22 allows the refrigerant to remain in the indoor unit 1 when the indoor unit 1 is removed. The refrigerant recovery operation using the refrigerant recovery apparatus is unnecessary, and the cost can be reduced from this point.

As a specific effect of the detachable air conditioner and the detachable air conditioner system of the present embodiment, for example, the entire indoor unit 1 installed in the hospital can be cleaned, and the hygiene in the hospital can be improved. .

Further, when each indoor unit 1 is installed in a building that frequently changes the indoor layout, such as a department store, the refrigerant recovery using the refrigerant recovery device is performed even when the indoor unit 1 is moved. Since no work is required, the cost can be reduced by simplifying the work.

In addition, when each indoor unit 1 and the set of outdoor units 14 are removed and relocated, a refrigerant recovery operation using a refrigerant recovery device is required. However, there is no need for refrigerant recovery around each individual indoor unit 1. From the point of view, the cost can be reduced.

Furthermore, if a heat insulation kit (not shown) that can be easily applied to the pre-refrigerant piping system 10 is employed, the heat insulation work of the refrigerant piping system 10 can be facilitated.

In the case of a multi-air conditioner system (a system in which a single outdoor unit controls a plurality of indoor units 1) as in this embodiment, a disconnection error occurs when the control board of one indoor unit 1 is removed. However, it is normal to cause an abnormal stop of the entire system including the other indoor units 1, but by adopting a detachable control board that does not cause an abnormal stop of the other indoor units 1. Thus, a detachable air conditioner system that can perform attachment / detachment of the individual indoor units 1 to / from the ceiling 50 without affecting the operation of other indoor units 1 can be provided.

In the removable air conditioner system of the present embodiment described above, the configuration in which three indoor units 1 are connected to one outdoor unit 14 is described. However, the number of connected indoor units 1 is not limited to this. Of course, it can be implemented as an arbitrary number such as 10 units, 20 units.

The present invention can be widely applied not only to the above-described ceiling-embedded indoor unit, but also to, for example, a wall-embedded indoor unit or an indoor unit having a structure that is attached in a state of being exposed from the ceiling.
