Abstract
Description
The present invention includes a casing provided with air passage openings at both ends of the air passage, a fan and a coil provided side by side along the air passage in the casing, and a drain pan provided below the coil. Relates to air conditioning equipment.
Conventionally, in this type of air conditioner, when used for a long period of time, dirt or dust in the air adheres to the contact surface, resulting in contamination. In particular, the coil in which fine air gaps are secured between a large number of fins is more easily contaminated than other portions. When the dirt becomes severe, there is a risk of impeding the air flow and heat exchange as air conditioning, so it is necessary to perform cleaning in order to prevent the occurrence of trouble. However, when a filter is provided on the entrance side of the air passage, the degree of contamination can be significantly reduced, and there is no need to frequently clean the coil, for example, once every few years. There are many examples.
Conventional air conditioners include mechanical dampers provided separately on the upper and lower sides of the coil installation part, an injection nozzle that injects cleaning liquid onto the coil, and a drying mechanism that blows dry air after cleaning However, there is a device that automatically cleans a coil by providing a drying device composed of the like in the casing (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, the drying device is liable to hinder air flow and costs. There was a problem such as high. In general, the structure shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is frequently used.
That is, the
According to the former air conditioner described above, as already described, there is a problem that air flow failure is liable to occur and the cost is likely to increase, and according to the latter air conditioner that has improved the problem, It is necessary to remove the fan unit every time it is cleaned, and there is a problem that it takes time and effort. In addition, there is a problem that the cleaning liquid is scattered to the duct portion and the electric parts in the air passage are likely to break down.
In addition, when the installation location of the air conditioner is a space behind the ceiling, for example, the fan unit must be removed and cleaned in a narrow space. There is also a problem that tends to decrease. However, in order to alleviate these problems, there is a method in which a large inspection port is formed in the ceiling portion directly under the air conditioner so that the bottom of the casing and the fan unit can be removed through the large inspection port. In this case, however, the aesthetics of the room design is liable to deteriorate, which is not preferable.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that solves the above-described problems, is less likely to cause a failure during an air conditioning operation, and that can be efficiently performed without trouble during coil cleaning operations.
A first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a casing provided with wind passage openings at both ends of the air passage, fans and coils provided side by side along the air passage in the casing, and below the coils. In the air conditioner provided with the drain pan provided, an opening / closing port that can be freely opened and closed is provided in at least one of a side part or an upper part of the casing surrounding wall that covers the coil, and the arrangement of the coil A partition plate attaching / detaching part is provided in the vicinity of the part so that the partition plate for partitioning the air path can be attached and detached.
According to the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, an openable opening / closing port is provided in at least one of a side portion or an upper portion of the casing surrounding wall in the casing peripheral wall, Since the partition plate attaching / detaching portion that can freely attach and detach the partition plate that partitions the air passage is provided in the vicinity of the arrangement portion, the opening / closing port can be opened or closed, and the partition plate It is easy to attach and remove the partition plate to the detachable part.
And since the said opening / closing opening is formed in the side part (or upper part) of a coil, even in the state where the air conditioner is installed in the narrow space such as the back of the ceiling, the side of the ceiling plate A cleaning nozzle can be thrust into the vicinity of the coil through an opening / closing port opened at (or above), and the cleaning operation can be easily performed. Of course, it is effective not only for cleaning but also for simply observing the situation.
In addition, if a partition plate is attached to the partition plate attaching / detaching part, it is possible to prevent the cleaning liquid from splashing in the air passage by the partition plate and prevent it from being applied to the fan, duct, etc. The cleaning operation can be performed without worrying about the application of the cleaning liquid. As a result, the cleaning operation can be performed efficiently even in a narrow space. Of course, it is also possible to prevent the occurrence of a failure of the electrical component due to cleaning.
On the other hand, by removing the partition plate and closing the opening / closing port, a predetermined air passage is secured in the air conditioner, so that it can be restored to a normal use state.
As a result of the above, it is difficult to cause a failure during the air-conditioning operation, and the work can be performed efficiently without trouble during the coil cleaning work.
According to a second characteristic configuration of the present invention, the partition plate attaching / detaching portion is disposed between the coil and the fan and between the wind passage opening portion on the coil side and the coil. is there.
According to the second characteristic configuration of the present invention, in addition to being able to achieve the above-described operation and effect of the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, the coil and the fan, and the coil side The partition plate can be freely attached to or detached from the partition plate attaching / detaching portion respectively disposed between the wind passage opening portion and the coil.
Therefore, if the partition plates are attached to both partition plate attachment / detachment sections, it is possible to block the air path on both sides of the coil to be cleaned, and the cleaning liquid is scattered in the fan in the air conditioner or the continuous duct. It can be prevented more reliably. As a result, it is possible to prevent electrical components from being damaged due to the application of the cleaning liquid.
According to a third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the partition plate attaching / detaching portion is formed by forming the partition plate as a slidable groove portion.
According to the third characteristic configuration of the present invention, in addition to being able to achieve the above-described operational effects according to the first or second characteristic configuration of the present invention, since it has a simple structure such as a groove portion, it is possible to manufacture a component member. The effort can be minimized, and the attaching / detaching operation of the partition plate can be realized by an extremely simple operation of sliding movement.
As a result, the cost of the apparatus itself can be reduced and the workability of the cleaning work can be improved.
According to a fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, a detachable partition plate is provided in the partition plate attaching / detaching portion, and the partition plate is provided with illumination means.
According to the 4th characteristic structure of this invention, in addition to being able to achieve the above-mentioned effect by one of the 1st-3rd characteristic structure of this invention, it is not necessary to install a lighting fixture separately. If the partition plate is attached to the partition plate attaching / detaching portion, the vicinity thereof can be illuminated by the illumination means.
Therefore, for example, even when the air conditioner is installed in a space such as the back of the ceiling, the work can be performed while the coil portion is brightly illuminated by the illumination means and visually confirmed. As a result, it is possible to perform the cleaning operation more reliably and efficiently.
In addition, since the illumination means is provided together with the partition plate, it is possible to save space compared to separately installing a lighting fixture, and it is easier to carry out inspection work and cleaning work in a narrow place. It becomes possible to do.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the parts indicated by the same reference numerals as those in the conventional example indicate the same or corresponding parts.

As shown in FIG. 4, the

As shown in FIG. 4, openable and closable opening /

[Another embodiment]
Other embodiments will be described below.
