Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an external folding door system including an external folding door that opens outward.
In
Here, since the folding door requires only a small area for opening and closing the door, it is highly convenient for a wheelchair user, for example. Therefore, if the folding door can also be used as an external door, convenience for wheelchair users and the like is improved.
However, as a practical matter, at present, folding doors are not adopted for external doors such as entrance doors. The reason why folding doors do not spread to external doors seems to be because it is difficult to ensure the airtightness required for external doors. Even in the above-mentioned
If only the convenience for the wheelchair user is to be improved, a sliding door may be used. Therefore, it is conceivable to replace the existing external door with the sliding door. However, there are many structural differences between the hinged door that is currently popular as an external door and the sliding door, and it cannot be easily replaced.
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the external folding door system provided with sufficient airtightness.
The external folding door system of the present invention is
An externally opened folding door in which a plurality of doors are rotatably connected to each other;
A first sealing portion that ensures sealing between the doors when the external folding door is closed;
A frame member rotatably connected to the external folding door at one end;
A second sealing portion that ensures sealing between the frame member and the external folding door when the external folding door is closed;
A self-closing portion for closing the external folding door on the condition that the external folding door is not in an open state;
A guide for defining the position of the door when the external folding door is opened and closed.
For this reason, unacceptable wind does not enter and exit through the doors constituting the external folding door.
Specifically, the first sealing part can be configured by providing a concave part on one of the facing surfaces of the doors and providing a convex part on the other. Alternatively, the first sealing portion may block the doors with a flexible member.
In the case where the doors are mainly the same size, the second sealing portion may be configured by an indoor upper end portion and a lower end portion of each door, and a facing portion facing each end portion.
When the doors are mainly sized differently, the second sealing portion needs to be able to move up and down the facing portion.
Moreover, it is good to provide the stopper which opens the said external folding door for the carrying in / out of the articles | goods indoors or indoor ventilation.
Furthermore, in order to widen the frontage of the opening portion of the door, it is preferable that the both side end portions of the external folding door have a circular cross section in the horizontal direction.
Furthermore, in order to obtain the excellent crime prevention property, it is good to provide the ridge over each said door.
The door itself preferably satisfies the conditions of a specific fire door (Class A fire door) and other doors (Class B fire door, etc.). Specifically, the door itself is made of steel, or steel plates with a thickness of 0.5 mm or more are stretched on both sides, the thickness of the iron plate is 1.5 mm or more, steel concrete or reinforced concrete. It is preferable that the thickness is 3 or 5 centimeters or more.
A lower guide rail that defines opening and closing of the external folding door is provided below the external folding door. The lower guide rail may be provided with a comb-shaped groove so that foreign matter such as dust can be discharged.
As shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the self-closing portion has a structure in which a door closer body for automatically closing a door is attached to a main door, and an arm of the door closer is connected to an arm attached to a sub door. It is possible to use a door closer that can return torsion as shown in FIG.
Insert the main hinge for the door with a structure that inserts the pin attached to the top and bottom of the main door end of the external folding door into the pivot attached for the main hinge on the door frame side, and insert the upper pin or the lower pin into the hole containing the spring. When the pin is pushed in and the spring is compressed, the pin is fixed with a push bolt. When the push bolt is loosened, the pin protrudes by the force of the spring and fits in the pivot, and then the pin is fixed by tightening the push bolt. It may be a main hinge.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. (Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a top view of an external folding door system according to
This external folding door system includes an external folding door having a
In addition, the
When the
Further, rounded corners are provided at the corners on the indoor side at both end portions of the external folding door. Thus, when the external folding door is opened, the corners are prevented from colliding with the
The
A
The
Furthermore, a handle 17 for opening the external folding door is attached to the
The
However, each key needs to prevent deadbolts from coming off the troyoke. For this reason, it is necessary to provide a sickle deadbolt lock, or to provide a deadbolt receiving surface for receiving the indoor surface of the deadbolt on the indoor side of at least the vertical side of the opening window of the strike. In the latter case, the strike is preferably provided with a latch bolt receiving surface on the indoor side of the vertical side of the opening window of the strike also on the latch bolt side. Note that in the case of a key provided in an existing sliding door or the like, the bolt receiving surface is provided only on the outdoor side of the vertical side of the opening window.
The external folding door has a
FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of the
FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the periphery of the
Here, in the present embodiment, for example, the upper pin 9 is configured to be able to expand and contract with respect to the upper surface of the
Thereafter, after the upper pin 9 is inserted into the
Therefore, when actually attaching the external folding door to the
Of course, the
(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 9 is a top view of the external folding door system according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 10 is a side view of FIG. 9 and shows an upper part of the external folding door system, and corresponds to FIG. FIG. 11 is a side view of FIG. FIG. 12 is a plan view of FIG. 9 and shows a lower part of the external folding door system. FIG. 13 is a side view of FIG.

First, the change (1) of the mechanism of the

An upper pin 9 is attached to the
Next, the change point (2) of the mechanism of the
18 and 19 are a side view and a top view of the
The
The shaft portion 5a has a built-in one that can restore torsional force, such as a cylindrical spring or rubber. One end of the spring or the like is connected to the bottom plate 5b, and the other end is connected to the inner wall or the like of the shaft portion 5a. In this way, even if rotation occurs between the shaft portion 5a and the bottom plate 5b, this can be restored. Actually, when the auto hinge center suspension type A-10 manufactured and sold by Nitto Koki Co., Ltd. was used as the
Next, the change (4) in which a roller is attached to the upper surface of the
If it is not necessary to provide the
Further, at the corner of the

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 20 is a top view of the external folding door system according to the third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 21 is a diagram showing a state where the external folding door shown in FIG. 20 is fully opened. Portions not shown are the same as those described in the first and second embodiments.

(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 22 is a top view of the external folding door system according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. Portions not shown are the same as those described in the first to third embodiments.
The external folding door system of the present embodiment mainly changes (1) the shapes of the
Specifically, as a change point (1) of the shapes of the
As a result of these changes, the mounting positions of the upper pins 9 and the

FIG. 23 is a side view of the external folding door system according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. The external folding door system of the present embodiment mainly changes the mechanism of the

(Embodiment 6)
FIG. 24 is a plan view of an external folding door system according to
Specifically, two rods B and C installed on the
When the box lock A rotates the key inserted into the keyhole D clockwise, for example, for locking, the upper rod B advances upward and the lower rod C advances downward. At this time, the upper rod B and the lower rod C protrude vertically from the upper surface and the lower surface of the
On the other hand, when the key inserted into the keyhole D is rotated, for example, counterclockwise for unlocking, the upper rod B moves downward and the lower rod C moves upward. As a result, the protruding portions of the upper rod B and the lower rod C are released from the grooves and unlocked.
In the present embodiment, the handle 17 is also devised. As shown in FIG. 24, the handle 17 includes a columnar or cylindrical gripping portion E that is gripped when the door is opened and closed, and a storage portion F in which the gripping portion E rotatably stores both ends of the gripping portion E. And a mounting portion G for attaching the handle 17 to the

(Embodiment 7)
FIG. 25A is a side view of the external folding door system according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention, and corresponds to FIG. FIG. 25 (b) is a top view of the
As shown in FIG. 25 (b), the bearing 4c includes an
In this external folding door system, the
In the case of the example shown in FIG. 11, the
On the other hand, in the example shown in FIG. 25, as described above, when the

(Embodiment 8)
FIG. 26 is a perspective view of the external folding door system according to the eighth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 26 (a) shows a state in which the
In the various embodiments described above, an example is described in which the
The
The first member c and the
The
For this reason, when the
Note that the
27 (a) and 27 (b) are diagrams showing a modification of the external folding door system of FIG. FIG. 27A shows a state in which the
In the external folding door system, a
As shown in FIG. 27A, when the
FIG. 28A and FIG. 28B are diagrams showing another modification of the external folding door system of FIG. FIG. 28A shows a state in which the
In this external folding door system,
In the example of FIG. 27, the
Thus, since the external folding door system of this embodiment is also provided with the
