Description

The present invention relates to a fixing tool and a fixing method for fixing furniture / equipment to an inner wall in order to prevent the furniture / equipment from falling over in a disaster such as an earthquake.

In the event of a disaster such as an earthquake, ground collapse, or debris flow, furniture and equipment placed in the room will fall and move, causing injury and damage to people and goods. Typical examples of these furniture and fixtures are chests, sideboards, desks, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, etc. The furniture, fixtures, and furniture are highly scattered in the kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, children, etc. Room.

As measures for preventing the furniture / equipment from overturning, for example, the furniture / equipment is locked to the wall surface by a fixture such as an L-shaped bracket, fitting tongue, strut rod, chain, belt, etc. There is a method of placing the furniture / equipment on the back wall by inserting a rug into the front edge base of the furniture / equipment.

However, conventional measures for preventing the fall of furniture and fixtures have the following problems.

[1] Since fixing is performed according to the position of the wall base material (horizontal beam, reinforcing material), the fixing position is limited. That is, since the positional relationship of the base that can be fixed with screws such as a partition wall with respect to the height and width of the furniture varies depending on the house, there are many cases where the fixing tool cannot be fixed at the right position according to the furniture. The reason is that the partition walls are standardized and the base is formed at a predetermined position (example: the interval P 2 between the horizontal beams 2 shown in FIG. 1-1 is 450 mm and the height of the horizontal beams). H is 10 mm high).

On the other hand, Patent Documents 1 and 2 propose a tipping prevention fixture having an adjuster function. However, the wall from the top of the furniture to the ceiling usually has no base. In addition, it is only necessary to reinforce the groundwork at a position that matches the height and width of the furniture from the beginning of the new construction. Therefore, in order to fix furniture / equipment at an arbitrary position, it is often necessary to install a wall base material later.

[2] When vibration is caused by an earthquake or the like, stress concentrates on the joint between the wall or furniture and the fixture, and the joint may be broken.

[3] Since most of the fixtures are exposed, they are not familiar with the aesthetics of the room.

[4] It is not easy to change the arrangement such as cleaning or redesigning the room, or to attach / detach the furniture / equipment when moving by moving.

[1] The furniture can be fixed at an arbitrary position using the existing wall base, regardless of the external dimensions such as the height and width of the furniture / equipment.

[2] The joint between the wall or furniture and the fixture is less likely to break during vibration due to an earthquake or the like.

[3] Most parts of the fixture are arranged on the back of the furniture / equipment and do not impair the aesthetics of the room.

[4] Furniture and equipment can be easily fixed and opened without using tools or jigs. In addition, the work can be performed within the reach of the worker.

A second fixed piece is integrally attached to the short side of the first fixed piece.
A second fixed piece is integrally attached to the long side of the first fixed piece.
The first fixed piece and the second fixed piece are separated from each other, and each of the fixed pieces includes a connecting portion for detachably connecting to each other.

A second aspect of the present invention is a method for preventing overturning by fixing furniture and objects to a wall having a base structure in which a plurality of horizontal bars capable of being fixed with screws or nails are arranged at predetermined intervals. ,
The first fixing piece of the first fall-preventing fixing tool of the present invention is applied to the wall surface, the fixing piece is fixed to the wall with a long hole corresponding to at least two horizontal rails, and the second fixing piece is furniture.・ It is characterized by fixing furniture and fixtures to walls by fixing them to fixtures.

The present invention has the following effects.

[1] In the first fixing tool of the present invention, a plurality of elongated holes are formed in the first fixed piece, and the interval between the elongated holes is a fraction of the interval between the horizontal rails. If one fixed piece is screwed to one horizontal beam with one long hole, the other long hole will always correspond to the other horizontal beam, so the first fixed piece can be fixed to the wall at multiple locations. it can.

In the second fixture of the present invention, the long holes in each row are arranged in a staggered manner in the longitudinal direction (staggered arrangement), so that at any position in the vertical direction regardless of the distance between the horizontal rails. The first fixing piece can be screw-fixed.

In the fixture according to the present invention, since the long diameter of the long hole is arranged in the vertical direction, the attachment position of the first fixing piece can be finely adjusted according to the height of the furniture / equipment.

In addition, by forming the distance between the centers of the long holes at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the first fixed piece to be twice or more the interval between the horizontal rails, the wall can be placed at any position according to the height of the furniture / equipment. The screw can always be fixed at the two locations, the direction of the first fixing piece is stabilized, and rotation and lateral shaking with respect to the wall surface are prevented.

[2] The first fixing piece is fixed to the wall using the long hole. The direction of the long diameter of the long hole corresponds to the direction in which the furniture / equipment sways, so that play is generated in the position of the screw within the range of the long hole during vibration due to an earthquake or the like. For this reason, vibration is relieved, stress is not concentrated on the screw or the fixed piece, and it is difficult to break. In addition, since the range of play is within the range of the long hole, even if furniture or equipment starts to move due to loosening of the screws, there is a limit to the range of movement, and a fall is prevented.

[3] Since the first fixed piece is hidden behind the furniture / equipment, there is little risk of impairing the aesthetics of the room. In particular, when the second fixing piece is fixed to the back of the furniture / equipment, the entire fixing tool is hidden, so that the aesthetics of the room is maintained.

[4] By adopting a configuration in which the first fixed piece and the second fixed piece are locked using the connecting member or the connecting piece, the furniture / equipment can be moved without using tools or jigs. Yes, by attaching the first fixed piece to the place where new furniture / equipment is installed, the second fixed piece already fixed to the furniture / equipment is used as it is to fix the furniture / equipment in a new position. can do.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1-1 is a perspective view showing a state in which a first fixing piece of a preferred embodiment of the first furniture / equipment toppling prevention fixture of the present invention is attached to a wall. In the figure, 1 is a wall surface, 2 is a horizontal rail, 3 is furniture / ware, 4 is a fixture of the present invention, 5 is a first fixing piece, 6 is a second fixing piece, and 7 is a long hole for fixing the wall. , 8 are holes for fixing furniture and furniture, and 9 and 10 are screws.

The fixture 4 of the present invention basically has a first fixing piece 5 and a second fixing piece 6, and the first fixing piece 5 is fixed to the wall surface 1 having a base structure having a horizontal rail 2. Then, the second fixed piece 6 is fixed to the furniture / equipment 3. In the present invention, the first fixed piece 5 and the second fixed piece 6 are an integrated type having an L-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 1 and a separate type in which members separated from each other are used as will be described later. There is. FIG. 1-1 shows a form in which the second fixed piece 6 is attached to the upper short side of the first fixed piece 5.

The first fixing piece 5 of the first fixing tool of the present invention has a plurality of long holes 7 in the longitudinal direction with the longitudinal direction of the fixing piece 5 as the long diameter, and the interval P between the long holes 7 is P. 1 is 1 / N (N is an integer of 2 or more) of the interval P 2 between the horizontal rails 2. Further, at least N + 1 long holes 7 are formed. Therefore, for example, when N = 5 as shown in FIG. 1, the number of the long holes 7 is six or more, and can be fixed to the two adjacent horizontal rails 2 by screws 9 respectively. Further, the position where the screw can be fixed in the same long hole 7 can be finely adjusted in the vertical direction by the long diameter of the long hole 7. As a result, the vertical position of the second fixed piece 6 fixed to the short side of the first fixed piece 5 can be finely adjusted according to the height of the furniture 3. Further, when the screw is fixed with the long hole 7, since there is play in the screw fixing position within the range of the long hole 7 with respect to vibration, the vibration is mitigated by the play, and the first fixing piece 5 and the horizontal rail 2 The stress does not concentrate on the screw fixing portion of the screw and no breakage occurs. Moreover, even if the screw is loosened by vibration, it can move only within the range of the long hole 7, so that the first fixed piece 5 does not move so much that the furniture / equipment falls, and the furniture / equipment falls. Is prevented.

Furthermore, the fixture 4 according to the present invention can be used as follows according to the height of the furniture / equipment 3. That is, the length of the first fixing piece 5 is extended from the fixing tool 4, a plurality of long holes 7 are provided at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the first fixing piece 5, and the first fixing piece 5 is located at both ends of the first fixing piece 5. By ensuring the distance L 1 between the centers of the long holes 7, the second fixed piece 6 is adjusted to the height of the furniture / equipment 3, and is adjusted to the position of the horizontal beam 2 of the wall base structure. The position of the long hole 7 to be used for fixing the screw of the fixed piece 5 can be shifted in the vertical direction, and the furniture / equipment 3 can be fixed to the wall. Preferably, L 1 ≧ 2P 2 (the distance between the long holes 7 at both ends is also set to be twice or more the interval between the crosspieces 2), so that the first fixed piece 5 is independent of the height of the furniture / equipment 3. Can always be fixed to the wall surface 1 at two locations, the direction of the first fixing piece 5 is stabilized, and rotation and lateral shaking with respect to the wall surface are prevented.

Next, to FIG. 1-2, the perspective view of the state which attached the 1st fixing piece of preferable embodiment of the 2nd fixing tool of this invention to the wall is shown. The reference numerals in the figure indicate the same members as in FIG. 1-1.

As shown in FIG. 1-2, the second fixing tool of the present invention forms two long hole rows in the width direction of the fixing piece 5 as shown in FIG. By providing a staggered arrangement so that the positions in the longitudinal direction are staggered, the attachment position of the first fixing piece 5 can be arbitrarily selected. That is, the distance (referred to as a gap) T 2 between the edges of the long holes 7 adjacent in the longitudinal direction is set to be equal to or smaller than the long diameter T 1 of the long holes 7 and is arranged in a staggered manner as shown in FIG. When the vertical projection component L 2 of the center-to-center distance of the long holes 7 located at both ends in the longitudinal direction is set to be equal to or larger than the interval P 2 of the horizontal rails 2, the positions where the screws can be fixed are substantially continuous. Even if the interval P 1 between the holes 7 is not 1 / integer of the interval P 2 between the horizontal beams 2, the screws can be fixed to the horizontal beam 2 by any one of the two long holes. The vertical projection component L 2 of the distance between the centers of the long holes 7 positioned at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the first fixed piece 5 is the case where the long holes 7 positioned at both ends are positioned at both ends of the same long hole row. Is the distance between the longitudinal centers of the long holes 7. When the long holes 7 located at both ends are included in different long hole rows, the vertical direction of the straight line connecting the centers of the long holes 7 ( This is indicated by the projection component (L 2 in FIG. 1-2) in the longitudinal direction of the first fixed piece 5.

If the fixture of the embodiment, it is possible to distance P 2 of the rung 2 performs fixed furniture and utensils 3 even when the it is out of specification. As the fastener 4 need not be an interval P 1 of the long hole 7 to an integer fraction of one interval P 2 of rungs 2 can be chosen freely.

A method of fixing the furniture 3 using the fixture 4 of FIGS. 1-1 and 1-2 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 2 shows a case where the fixture 4 of FIG. 1-2 is used.

The height of the first fixed piece 5 is adjusted so that the second fixed piece 6 is attached to the upper surface of the furniture / equipment 3, and the first fixed piece 5 is brought into contact with the wall surface 1, so The first fixing piece 5 is fixed to the wall surface 1 with a screw 9 through a long hole 7 corresponding to the horizontal rail 2. Next, the furniture / equipment 3 is moved toward the wall surface 1, and the furniture / equipment 3 is arranged so that the first fixed piece 5 is sandwiched between the wall 1 and the second fixed piece on the upper surface of the furniture / equipment 3. The second fixing piece 6 is fixed with screws 10 through the six holes 8. The state after fixing is shown in FIG. As apparent from FIG. 2, according to the fixing method of the present invention, the first fixing piece 5 is hidden by the furniture / equipment 3, so there is no risk of exposure to the room and detracting from the beauty. As with the first fixing piece 5, the hole 8 of the second fixing piece 6 also breaks due to stress concentration at the screw fixing location with the furniture / equipment 3, so that the hole 8 is also formed to avoid this. It is desirable to make it a long hole with the long direction of the vibration direction of the furniture / equipment 3.

In FIG. 3, the form which attached the 2nd fixing piece 6 to the long piece of the 1st fixing piece 5 is shown. The configuration other than the attachment position of the second fixed piece 6 is the same as that of FIG. FIG. 2A shows a state before fixing, and FIG. 2B shows a state after fixing. In the case of this example, since the fixing work of the second fixed piece 6 to the furniture / equipment 3 is screw-fixed from the side of the furniture / equipment 3, the furniture / equipment 3 is particularly high in height. This is effective when the distance between the top surface of 3 and the ceiling is narrow, and the first fixing piece 5 can be fixed at an arbitrary position if the fixing position of the side surface of the furniture / equipment 3 is not selected. Therefore, it is preferable because the operation becomes easy.

Next, an example of a separation type in which the first fixed piece 5 and the second fixed piece 6 are separately formed will be described.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of a separation-type fixing device in which a first fixing piece and a second fixing piece are connected by a separately configured connecting member, and (a) is a state before fixing. (B) shows the state after fixation (fixed furniture is omitted for convenience). Further, (c) is a partial cross-sectional view after fixing, and is a vertical cross-section at the center portion in the width direction of the first fixing piece. In the figure, 11 and 13 are connecting parts, 12 and 14 are connecting through holes, and 15 is a connecting member.

In this example, a connecting portion 11 that protrudes in the horizontal direction is formed on the upper short side of the first fixed piece 5, and a connecting portion 13 that protrudes in the horizontal direction is formed on the upper end of the second fixed piece 6. The connecting portions 11 and 13 are formed with connecting through holes 12 and 14, respectively, and a connecting member 15 having a U-shaped cross section having leg portions inserted into the through holes 12 and 14 is separately prepared.

In the fixture of FIG. 4, the first fixing piece 5 is fixed to the wall surface 1 and the second fixing piece 6 is fixed to the furniture / equipment similarly to the fixture of FIG. 1, and then the furniture / equipment is directed to the wall surface 1. The connecting portions 11 and 13 are brought into contact with each other, and the connecting portions 11 and 13 are connected by passing the leg portions of the connecting members 15 through the through holes 12 and 14 formed in the connecting portions 11 and 13, respectively.・ The object is fixed. In this example, the connecting portions 11 and 13 are connected to each other, but the connecting portions 11 and 13 can be shifted up and down so that the through holes 12 and 14 are overlapped and connected. The connecting member is narrower than the width of the through holes 12 and 14 and has a U-shaped cross section. One leg of the U-shaped portion is in the through holes 12 and 14 and the other leg is the connecting portions 11 and 13. It can connect by spanning over the overlapping connection parts 11 and 13 so that it may be located outside.

When the fixture of FIG. 4 is used, the vertical heights of the first fixed piece 5 and the second fixed piece 6 can be arbitrarily selected by adjusting only the heights of the connecting portions 11 and 13. Can do. For this reason, even if the height of the furniture / equipment to be fixed is high, it can be fixed at a position on the back of the furniture that is a little lower within the reach of the hand, so the work becomes easy. Further, the second fixed piece 6 is separated from the first fixed piece 5, and the second fixed piece 6 is separately fixed to the back of the furniture / equipment, and then the furniture / equipment is moved. The fixing work of the fixed piece 6 to the furniture / equipment is easy.

Furthermore, since it is not necessary to fix the screw only by passing the connecting member 15 over the through holes 12 and 14 of the connecting portions 11 and 13, the operation is simple, and when moving the once fixed furniture / equipment again, Since furniture and objects can be moved simply by removing the connecting member 15, it is possible to easily move or change the room.

FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example in which the connecting portions 11 and 13 in FIG. 4 are connected without using the connecting member 15, (a) shows each member before fixing, and (b) shows the state after fixing. Show. Further, (c) is a partial cross-sectional view after fixing, and is a vertical cross-section at the center portion in the width direction of the first fixing piece.

In this example, a connecting piece 16 is formed in the connecting portion 13 instead of the connecting member 15 in FIG. 4, and the connecting portions 11 and 13 are connected by passing the connecting piece 16 through the through hole 12. Therefore, in the fixing operation, the back of the furniture / equipment to which the second fixing piece 6 is fixed is slightly lifted, and the back is moved to the wall 1 side to lower the connecting piece 16 into the through hole 12. Connect through. Also in this example, screw fixing is unnecessary as in the case of FIG. 4, so that the fixing work and the once-fixed furniture / equipment moving work are easy.

Furthermore, FIG. 6 is a figure which shows the other example of the connection form using a connection member, (a) shows each member before fixation, (b) shows the state after fixation. Further, (c) is a partial cross-sectional view after fixing, and is a vertical cross-section at the center portion in the width direction of the first fixing piece.

In this example, connecting portions 13a and 13b projecting in the horizontal direction from the upper and lower ends of the second fixed piece 6 are formed, and through holes 14a and 14b overlapping each other in the vertical direction are formed, and the connecting portions 13a and 13b are formed. The connecting portion 11 formed on the first fixed piece 5 is inserted between the legs, and the leg portions of the connecting member 15 having a T-shaped cross section are connected through the through holes 14a, 12, 14b that overlap in the vertical direction. In this example as well, the first fixing piece 5 and the second fixing piece 6 are connected using the connecting member 15 in the same manner as in FIG. 4. It is easy to move and move furniture and equipment once fixed.

Furthermore, the other example of the connection form which used the connection member for FIG. 7, FIG. 8 is shown. FIG. 7A shows the respective members before fixing, and FIGS. 7B, 7C and 7D show the fixing work process. FIG. 8 is a partial cross-sectional view after fixing, and is a vertical cross-section at the center in the width direction of the connecting member 15.

In this example, connecting portions 11 and 13 are formed on the long side of the first fixing piece 5 and the side end of the second fixing piece 6, and the through holes 12 and 14 are formed in the connecting portions 11 and 13, respectively. Is formed. Further, a connecting member 15 having a U-shaped cross section is prepared separately, and the width of the connecting member 15 is narrower than the width of the through holes 12 and 14.

In the fixing operation using the fixing tool of this example, first, the first fixing tool 5 is placed on the wall surface 1 and the second fixing tool 6 is placed on the furniture / board in a state where the heights of the connecting portions 11 and 13 are matched. It fixes to an instrument, moves furniture and an instrument toward the wall surface 1, and overlaps the connection parts 11 and 13 [FIG.7 (b)]. Next, one leg portion of the connecting member 15 is passed through the overlapped through holes 12 and 14 (FIG. 7 (c)), and the connecting member 15 is further rotated by 90 ° [FIG. 7 (d)], thereby connecting the connecting portion. 11 and 13 are connected. Also in this example, the point which connects the 1st fixing piece 5 and the 2nd fixing piece 6 using the connection member 15 is the same as that of the case of FIG. 4, Therefore Screw fixing is unnecessary also in this example. Therefore, the fixing work and the moving work of the furniture / equipment once fixed are easy.

In FIG. 7, the connecting portions 11 and 13 are overlapped so that the connecting portion 13 of the second fixed piece 6 is located inside, but the overlapping direction is not particularly limited, and the connecting portions are connected on both sides of the furniture / equipment. Both of the portions 13 may be inside, outside, or only inside. When both are set to the inside or the outside, there is an advantage that when the shaking in the direction along the wall surface of the wall surface 1 occurs, the connecting portions 11 and 13 exhibit a resistance action against the shaking.

FIG. 9 shows another example of the present invention that is a separation type and does not use a connecting member. In this example, the connecting portions 11a, 11b, or 11 are formed on both long sides (a) or one (b) of the first fixing piece 5 so that the horizontal cross section is J-shaped, A connecting portion 13 is formed at one side end of the fixed piece 6 so that the cross section in the horizontal direction is J-shaped. In this example, after fixing the 1st fixed piece 5 and the 2nd fixed piece 6 to the wall surface 1, furniture, and an instrument, respectively, it is connected part 11b and 13 [Fig.9 (a)], 11 and 13 [Fig. 9 (b)] are connected by moving the furniture / ware so that they are overlapped with each other in the normal direction of the wall surface.

FIG. 10 is a top view showing a locking configuration when furniture / equipment is fixed using the fixture of FIG. 9. FIG. 10A shows an example in which the position of the connecting portion 13 of the second fixing piece 6 is reversed left and right on both sides of the furniture / equipment using the fixture of FIG. 9A, and FIG. FIG. 10 (c) shows an example of use in the direction, and FIG. 9 (b) uses the fixture shown in FIG. 9 (b). (D) shows the example used in the left-right same direction. Also in this example, in the case of FIG. 10 (a), (c), the said fixture shows a resistance effect | action with respect to the shake of the direction along a wall surface.

FIG. 11 shows an embodiment of a fixing device that can handle both upper fixing and side fixing with one type. (A) is a state before fixation, (b) is a schematic cross-sectional view after side surface fixation, and (c) is a schematic cross-sectional view after upper part fixation.

As shown in FIG. 11, in this example, connecting portions 11 a and 11 c are formed at the upper end of the long side of the first fixing piece 5, and a connecting portion 11 b is formed at the upper short side, and the connecting portion 11 b is connected to the second fixing piece 6. A connecting portion 13a corresponding to the portion 11a and a 13b corresponding to the connecting portion 11b are formed, and the connecting portions 13a and 13b form an L shape. The second fixed piece 6 is rotated by 90 ° in a plane parallel to the wall surface, so that the connecting portion 11b corresponds to the connecting portion 13a, and the connecting portion 11b corresponds to the connecting portion 11c. It can also be used as it is when fixing with.

Further, in the example of FIG. 11, a connecting member 15b having a T-shaped cross section is used for fixing the upper portion, and a cushioning material is wound around both ends of a spring steel material that is U-shaped and bent at both ends for side fixing. The connecting member 15a is used.

In this example, when other furniture, furniture, walls, etc. are arranged next to the furniture / equipment 3 and the side surface cannot be fixed, the furniture / equipment 3 is connected using the connecting through holes 12b, 14b and the connecting member 15b. Secure the top. Further, when the height of the furniture / equipment 3 is high and it is difficult to fix the upper part, side fixing is performed using the connecting through holes 12a and 13a and the connecting member 15a. In addition, when the attachment position to the furniture / equipment 3 is on the opposite side, the second fixing piece 6 is rotated by 90 ° from the state shown in FIG. In this case, the upper fixing is performed by the connecting through holes 12b and 13a, and the side fixing is performed by the connecting through holes 12c and 13b.

In this example, the upper fixing and the right and left side fixing can be freely selected according to the height and arrangement environment of the furniture / equipment 3. In addition, since the second fixing piece 6 is L-shaped and the holes for fixing screws are arranged in the furniture / equipment 3, it can be screwed according to the screw fixing position of the furniture / apparatus 3. Further, the connecting member 15a used for fixing the side surface is made of a spring steel material, and both ends are bent outward to constitute the engaging portions to the connecting portions 11a and 11c. . Further, since the connecting member 15a is locked to the connecting through hole by an elastic force, the occurrence of rattling noise is reduced at the time of the occurrence of the earthquake, and the anxiety of the earthquake can be reduced.

3 to 11 show a form in which the second elongated hole row of the present invention is formed in two rows, but the same configuration can be applied to the case in which the elongated hole row shown in FIG. Needless to say, it can be applied.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the fixation to the wall surface 1 of the 1st fixing piece 5 and the fixing to the furniture and the instrument 3 of the 2nd fixing piece 6 demonstrated, the case where the screw | threads 9 and 10 were used was demonstrated to the example. In the present invention, the fixing is not limited to using screws, but other fixing members such as nails can be used.

Furthermore, the fixture and the fixing method of the present invention are preferably applied not only to prevention of furniture / equipment toppling in a general house, but also to offices and factories.
