Abstract

Claims (10)
- 駆動シャフト(32)を使用する低圧タービン(14)に結合されたギヤボックス(100)と、
前記ギヤボックスに結合され、ディスク(66)及び該ディスクに結合された複数のロータブレード(60)を含み、第1の回転方向(80)に回転するように構成された第1のファン組立体(50)と、
前記第1のファン組立体と前記低圧タービンとの間に結合され、所定のモーメント荷重において破損するように構成された機械的ヒューズ(200、300)と、
を含む二重反転ファン組立体(16)。 - 前記機械的ヒューズ(200)が、前記低圧タービン(14)の駆動シャフト(32)に加わる全トルク荷重の50%〜55%で破損するように構成される、請求項1記載の二重反転ファン組立体(16)。
- 前記機械的ヒューズ(200)が、ほぼ円盤状である、請求項1記載の二重反転ファン組立体(16)。
- 前記第1の回転方向(80)とは異なる第2の方向(82)に回転するように前記低圧タービン(14)に結合された第2のファン組立体(52)をさらに含む、請求項1記載の二重反転ファン組立体(16)。
- 前記第2の回転速度(82)が、前記第1の回転速度のほぼ半分である、請求項4記載の二重反転ファン組立体(16)。
- コアタービンエンジン(12)と、
前記コアタービンエンジンに結合された低圧タービン(14)と、
駆動シャフト(32)を使用する前記低圧タービンに結合されたギヤボックス(100)と、
前記ギヤボックスに結合され、ディスク(66)及び該ディスクに結合された複数のロータブレード(60)を含み、第1の回転方向(80)に回転するように構成された第1のファン組立体(50)と、
前記第1のファン組立体(50)と前記低圧タービンとの間に結合され、所定のモーメント荷重において破損するよう構成された機械的ヒューズ(200)と、
を含むタービンエンジン組立体(10)。 - 前記機械的ヒューズ(200)が、前記ギヤボックス(100)の入力部(104)と前記低圧タービン(14)との間に結合される、請求項6記載のタービンエンジン組立体(10)。
- 前記機械的ヒューズ(200)が、前記低圧タービン(14)の駆動シャフト(32)に加わる全トルク荷重の50%〜55%で破損するように構成される、請求項6記載のタービンエンジン組立体(10)。
- 前記機械的ヒューズ(200)が、ほぼ円盤状である、請求項6記載のタービンエンジン組立体(10)。
- 前記第1のファン組立体(50)が、第1の回転速度で回転するように構成され、第2のファン組立体(52)が、前記第1の回転速度とは異なる第2の回転速度で回転するように構成される、請求項6記載のタービンエンジン組立体(10)。
