合成樹脂を溶融してノズルより押出した多数の線條の未だ固化しない間に集積溶着して成型した本願集排水材を舗装路面に横断方向、進行方向等に1mから2m程度の適宜の間隔にカッター等で切削した溝に装着して路面の滞水を集水桝等に連結して排水する集排水材である。
新設舗装施工では本願集排水材と同一寸法の目地材を舗装時に同時に展圧施工して後、目地材を取り外してその溝に本願集排水材を装着施工する。
自動車等の通行する路面ではタイヤ圧等にも耐えられる強度を必要とするが、本願集排水材が硬直で施工時路面に沿って曲げられない問題を解決するため、下部に切込みを入れて蛇腹状となし曲げに対応出来るようにすると共に上部には耐磨耗材の装着等を施す事も出来る。
車等の通行しない舗装路面にも同様に施工して降雨水の迅速な排水を図る事も出来る。
数年を経て目詰まりした時は本願集排水材を装着溝より取り外して目詰まり土砂を除去して再装着すれば再生は終了する。It is possible to easily remove the obstacles caused by water jamming during rainfall, and to remove the water on the road surface without any traffic obstacles by removing it easily when it is clogged with sediment particles after construction and re-installing it.
