Description
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a drainage channel that can guide a fluid such as rainwater on a road surface into a drainage channel by a gutter cover, a pedestrian road boundary block, or the like that is provided so as to cover an opening area of the drainage channel such as a U-shaped groove. The present invention relates to a concrete secondary molded product having a water function, a road structure formed by using a large number of concrete secondary molded products having a water collecting function, and a method of molding a concrete secondary molded product having a water collecting function.
For example, drainage channels such as gutters for collecting and flowing rainwater, domestic wastewater, and the like are provided at ends of roadways and sidewalks. Among such drainage channels, those having an open upper surface are provided with a lid (side groove lid) or the like so as to cover the open area. There is also a type (a sidewalk boundary block) that also serves as a boundary block that describes a boundary between a roadway and a sidewalk.
In these gutters and boundary blocks, there are provided water collecting holes (also referred to as drainage slits) for actively collecting rainwater, sewage, and the like flowing on the road to the drainage channel. Many are provided.
Conventionally, water collecting holes provided for guiding such rainwater to the drainage channel are clogged with mud, sand, or fallen leaves, and the water collecting capacity is reduced or does not function at all. There is a problem that not.
。 Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, the prior art in which the water collecting holes are formed in a tapered shape (a flared shape) expanded toward the drainage channel to eliminate clogging of the water collecting holes. Is also provided (see Patent Document 1).
However, in the case of such prior art, a further separate problem has arisen. In other words, mud, sand, fallen leaves, etc. flow down into the drainage channel together with rainwater, etc., and although clogging of the catchment holes is resolved, repeated repetition of these deposits at the bottom of the gutter at a considerable height. Things will accumulate.
If the mud, sand, fallen leaves, and the like are accumulated in the bottom of the gutter, the drainage capacity of the gutter decreases, and in the worst case, drainage may not be possible or flooding may occur.
Therefore, when a certain amount of sediment accumulates in the bottom of the gutter, local residents open a gutter cover or the like at a predetermined position and scrape the sediment to remove it.
Alternatively, if the amount of the sediment is enormous or the area is wide and cannot be handled by local residents, a specialized cleaning company requested by the government or local residents will be Open the gutter lid, insert the high-pressure washing hose connected to the special vehicle into the gutter, discharge the high-pressure washing water, flow the sediment in the direction of the specified cell, and deposit the sediment in the cell. You may have to do a large amount of work to vacuum up the vacuum.
Such cleaning work takes time and effort, and in the case of requesting a specialized cleaning company at the request of the government, the cost of the work will be covered by public expenses. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize such a cleaning operation.
In addition, since the provision of the water collecting holes and the like also leads to a reduction in the strength surface of the solid gutters and boundary blocks as compared with the solid gutter lids and the boundary blocks, it is impossible to provide an extremely large water collecting hole. There were limits to their abilities.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a concrete molded article capable of draining a fluid to a drainage channel, for excluding a fluid other than a fluid such as mud, sand, and fallen leaves.

The water collecting hole (opening area for water collecting) 18 of the present embodiment is formed in a skirt-spreading shape that gradually expands from the
Further, in the present embodiment, the water collecting hole (opening area for water collecting) 18 is formed in a rectangular shape elongated in the groove direction in plan view, but is not limited to this shape. The design can be changed within a scope of the present invention such as a circular shape and a triangular shape in a plan view.

In the present embodiment,

As the
An example of the
For example, first, a binder is formed by filling and mixing a predetermined fiber material such as a ceramic material with an adhesive made of a predetermined synthetic resin of an epoxy resin, and the predetermined binder thus configured is finely divided. Filter material is produced by kneading with a predetermined aggregate such as crushed crushed stone or fine natural stone.
Then, the concrete secondary molded product
The material of the filter section is spread, for example, after being poured into a water collecting hole (opening area for water collecting) 18, and then subjected to weighted vibration. By applying the weighted vibration in this manner, the strength is increased because the ceramic fibers contained in the binder are arranged in a state where hands are held in the lateral direction.
A specific example of the binder is not limited, but may be, for example, a fiberized synthetic resin (trade name: Fine Fiber) manufactured by Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.
In the present embodiment, a binder formed by filling and mixing a fiber material such as a ceramic material with an adhesive made of a predetermined epoxy resin-based synthetic resin is described as an example. Is not limited to the present embodiment, for example, an adhesive made of a predetermined synthetic resin such as an acrylic resin or a urethane resin is filled with a predetermined fiber material such as a ceramic fiber or a glass fiber. Other well-known binders, such as mixed binders, can be redesigned within the scope of the present invention.
It is preferable to use an aggregate having an expansion coefficient equivalent to that of concrete.
As described above, the concrete having the opening area for collecting water is formed by integrally forming with the concrete secondary molded article
Crushed stone and natural stone are not particularly limited, and the particle size, stone shape, and the like are arbitrary within the scope of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, at the factory production stage, the
Further, as the material of the filter portion constituting the present invention, various configurations can be adopted within the scope of the present invention without being limited to the above-described configuration. For example, "Permeable Park Stone (registered trademark)" manufactured by Taisei E & L Co., Ltd. using a predetermined fibrous synthetic resin can be employed, which is within the scope of the present invention.
In addition, for example, a binder is formed by filling a ceramic resin, a glass fiber, a carbon fiber, or the like into a synthetic resin agent such as an acrylic resin or a urethane resin and mixing them, and a predetermined binder configured as such is crushed ceramic. -It is also possible to produce a filter part material by kneading with aggregate such as recycled crushed stone.
