Abstract
Description
The invention according to the present application relates to a diamond core drill used for drilling concrete, stone, and the like, and a member (attachment member) on the drill device side to which the diamond core drill is attached.
In recent years, drilling is often performed using a diamond core drill, mainly for concrete and stone.
The diamond core drill can be drilled with high cutting efficiency without difficulty even if it is drilled in the concrete in which the reinforcing bars and the like are disposed, and the hard diamond particles include the reinforcing bars. Further, in the case of the core drill, since the drilling is performed only at the outer peripheral edge portion, the drilling volume is small as compared with a normal solid drill. Due to these, in the case of a diamond core drill, high drilling efficiency is obtained.
However, in the case of a conventional diamond core drill as described in
Further, when the axial wear has progressed to the limit, drilling can no longer be carried out even if the radial wear has not yet progressed to the limit.
In any case, if the blade portion is worn in the radial direction or the axial direction, a desired hole cannot be drilled.
Therefore, in such a case, the diamond core drill is discarded, and the expensive diamond existing in the remaining part of the blade portion is discarded wastefully.
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and provides a diamond core drill in which diamond can be used without waste as much as possible and a mounting member on a drill device side for mounting the diamond core drill. Objective.
The object of the first invention can be solved by a diamond core drill having the following configuration.
The diamond core drill according to the first aspect of the present invention is attached to a member on the side of a drill device on a blade portion embedded in a tip portion so that diamond grains are scattered and a base portion provided on the base end side. In a diamond core drill equipped with a detachable means,
A ring member attaching portion is provided in the base portion, diamond particles are attached to the outer peripheral surface of the ring member attaching portion, and a ring-shaped replacement ring member is detachably attached to the blade portion. The attachment / detachment means is formed at the proximal end of the ring member attachment portion.
Thus, according to the diamond core drill according to the present invention configured as described above, when wear progresses in the radial direction and a hole having a desired diameter cannot be formed, only the replacement ring member is replaced, and the blade portion Can be used as is. On the other hand, if the blade portion becomes worn due to axial progress and cannot be used, the replacement ring member can be used as it is if only the blade portion is replaced. In either case, a desired hole can be drilled.
In this way, with respect to the wear in the radial direction and the axial direction, two members can be attached and detached so that one member can cut in the radial direction and the other member can cut in the axial direction. Therefore, the diamond particles used in the diamond core drill can be used without being discarded unnecessarily.
Moreover, the blade part or the exchange ring member can be easily and quickly replaced by detaching the blade part from the drill device side by the attaching / detaching means.
Therefore, it is only necessary to replace either the blade part or the exchange ring member whose wear has progressed to the limit as described above, so that the used diamond is not wasted.
Further, in the diamond core drill, the attaching / detaching means is constituted by a male screw formed on an outer peripheral portion of a cylindrical portion, which is formed on an inner peripheral surface on the drill device side and is screwed to a screw. Thus, a diamond core drill suitable for mass production can be obtained with a structure that can be manufactured with high reliability and at low cost.
Further, in the diamond core drill, the ring member attaching portion is configured by extending a male screw as the attaching / detaching means, and is screwed onto the male screw on an inner peripheral surface of the ring-shaped replacement ring member. If the internal thread is formed, the exchange ring member can be firmly attached to the blade portion, and a simple configuration can be realized. However, the ring member attaching portion and the exchange ring member may be coupled by a spline mechanism instead of the screw mechanism.
In the diamond core drill, the blade portion is made of a sintered alloy mixed with diamond grains, and the base portion is made by cutting steel such as tool steel or general structural steel. It can be reasonably manufactured and is suitable for mass production. In this case, the blade portion and the base portion can be integrally coupled by electric welding or brazing.
Further, in the diamond core drill, an outermost diameter size including diamond grains of the exchange ring member is equal to or larger than an outer diameter dimension of the blade portion, and an outer diameter dimension of the exchange ring member excluding the diamond grains is a blade. If the diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the part, it is possible to cope with the wear in the axial direction by exchanging the blade, and for the wear in the radial direction by exchanging the exchange ring member. Even if the wear of the diamond grains of the member proceeds, the outer peripheral edge of the exchange ring without the diamond grains comes into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the hole being drilled and does not hinder the drilling.
Further, in the diamond core drill, if a liquid supply passage that penetrates these members in the axial direction is formed in any of the blade portion and the base portion, a configuration suitable as a wet diamond core drill is obtained.
Further, the diamond core drill according to the second aspect of the present invention is attached to a member on the drill device side on a blade portion embedded in a tip portion so that diamond grains are scattered and a base portion provided on the base end side. In the diamond core drill with attachment / detachment means to be worn,
At least a part of the base portion is formed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the blade portion, and the outermost diameter of the diamond core drill in the state where the diamond particles are attached to the outer peripheral surface thus formed is the diamond core drill. The outer diameter of the blade portion is equal to or larger than the outer diameter.
Thus, according to the diamond core drill configured in this way, the diamond grains attached to the outer peripheral surface of the base end portion are positioned closer to the base than the diamond grains embedded in the blade portion. In addition, the degree of wear during drilling is small. For this reason, even if the diameter of the blade portion is reduced due to wear, if the diameter in the radial direction is increased by the diamond particles attached to the outer peripheral surface of the base end portion, a hole having a desired diameter is eventually obtained. Can be drilled.
For this reason, if the wear level of the blade in the axial direction is the same as the wear level of the diamond grains attached to the base end, the diamond grains are prevented from being wasted. it can.
In addition, the diamond core drill according to the third aspect of the present invention is attached to a member on the drill device side on a blade portion embedded so that diamond grains are scattered at a distal end portion and a base portion provided on the proximal end thereof. In the diamond core drill with attachment / detachment means to be worn,
The base end portion of the blade portion is configured such that the interspersed density of diamond grains is higher than that of the tip portion.
Thus, according to the diamond core drill configured in this way, the base end portion of the blade portion is located on the base side compared to the tip portion of the blade portion, so that the degree of wear is small in drilling, Since the density of the diamond grains scattered inside is high, even if the diameter of the tip portion of the blade portion becomes smaller due to wear, the base end portion of the blade portion still maintains a predetermined outer diameter because the degree of wear is low. As a result, a hole having a desired diameter can be formed by the proximal end portion.
For this reason, the density of the diamond grains scattered in the base end portion of the blade portion and the axial dimension of the tip portion of the blade portion are compared with the radial wear of the base end portion of the blade portion and the axis of the tip portion. If the wear in the direction proceeds to the same extent, it is possible to prevent the diamond particles from being wasted.
The attachment member according to the fourth aspect of the present invention is attached to the drill device side member on the blade portion embedded in the tip portion so that diamond grains are scattered, and on the base portion provided on the base end side. An attached member as a member on the drill device side, which is equipped with a detachable means to be attached and attaches a diamond core drill,
The distal end portion of the attachment member is formed smaller than the outer diameter of the blade portion of the diamond core drill, and the outermost diameter of the diamond member is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter when the diamond particles are attached. The diamond core drill is configured to be equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the blade portion of the diamond core drill.
Thus, according to the attachment member according to the fourth aspect of the present invention configured as described above, when wear progresses in the radial direction and a hole having a desired diameter cannot be formed, only the attachment member is attached. The blade part can be used as it is after replacement. On the other hand, if the blade portion becomes worn due to axial progress and cannot be used, the replacement ring member can be used as it is if only the blade portion is replaced. In either case, a desired hole can be drilled.
Thus, with respect to the wear in the radial direction and the axial direction, the diamond core drill and the attachment member that are made detachable are used, that is, the cutting in the axial direction is performed by the diamond core drill. Since the cutting is performed in the radial direction, the diamond grains used in the diamond core drill and the attachment member can be used without being discarded unnecessarily.
Moreover, the diamond core drill and the attachment member can be attached and detached easily and quickly.
Accordingly, since only one of the diamond core drill and the attachment member whose wear has progressed to the limit as described above needs to be replaced, the used diamond particles are not wasted.
According to the diamond core drill according to the first to third inventions configured as described above and the attachment member according to the fourth invention, it is possible to use expensive diamonds without waste and high accuracy. Thus, a desired hole can be drilled in the radial direction or the axial direction.
(Embodiment 1)
Hereinafter, the diamond core drill and the attachment member according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 2 is a sectional side view showing the internal liquid supply passage and the exchange ring member and the rotary shaft on the drill device side, and FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the connection between the blade of the diamond core drill shown in FIG. 1 and the exchange ring member. FIG. 3 is a side sectional view showing a state before the diamond core drill shown in FIG. 2 is attached to the attaching portion of the rotary shaft on the drill device side.
1-3, A is a diamond core drill, B is a to-be-attached member (member on the drill device D side) on the drill device side.

In addition, a
The diamond core drill according to the present invention configured as described above operates as follows when a hole is drilled in concrete, stone, or the like.
When the drill device D starts rotating, the diamond core drill A, which is attached to rotate together with the drive shaft of the drill device D, starts rotating. At this time, by connecting the
Then, when the diamond core drill A rotates in a state where the liquid is supplied, a hole is formed in the concrete or the like by the
And when a hole is drilled in a plurality of places in this way, the
Further, even when the
According to the present diamond core drill A, if only the worn portion of the
Therefore, it is possible to eliminate waste such that the diamond particles scattered in the diamond core drill A are discarded unnecessarily, and it is possible to drill a desired hole.
By the way, in the said embodiment, although comprised so that the
In place of the screw mechanism or the spline mechanism, although not shown, a female screw is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the
In addition, although the said Example demonstrated the wet type diamond core drill, it cannot be overemphasized that it can implement similarly about a dry type diamond core drill.
(Embodiment 2)
By the way, you may make it the structure which forms the exchange ring in the said
