Abstract

骨に差し込むための第1の端部(14)と第2のボア(6)内に位置決め可能な第2の端部(15)とを有する固定要素(13)と、
長手方向の軸(4)を中心として制限された角度範囲で受け部(1)に対して動かすことのできる固定要素(13)とを含み、角度は単一平面(P)にあり、前記骨固定装置は、さらに、
受け部(1)に対して固定要素(13)をロックするように受け部(1)と協働する据付要素(30)を含む、骨固定装置。 - 単一平面は長手方向の軸(4)を含む、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。
- 平面(P)での受け部(1)に対する骨固定要素(13)の動きの角度は、長手方向の軸(4)について対称である、請求項1または2に記載の骨固定装置。
- 固定要素は頭部(15)を含み、頭部は単一平面(P)において第2のボア(6)の中で旋回可能である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 頭部(15)は、鏡面対称であり、受け部(1)内に位置する、整合誘導面(24)と協働する誘導面(17a、17b)を有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記誘導面(17a、17b、24)は円筒形に成形され、円筒の軸は受け部(1)の長手方向の軸(4)に対して垂直である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
- 圧力要素(20)は、前記受け部(1)に対して固定要素(13)の角度位置をロックするように設けられ、ロッキング前の骨固定要素(13)の回転は、頭部(15)と圧力要素(20)との間の形状適合接続によって妨げられる、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の骨固定装置。
