Description

The present invention relates to a connecting structure for a corner wall panel, and more specifically, for connecting the side edges of a pair of wall panels orthogonal to each other at a corner step surface of a floor pan via a joiner, for supporting a lower end portion of the joiner. The present invention relates to the structure of a joiner receiving member.

Conventionally, when the side edges of a pair of wall panels are connected orthogonally at the corners having the same height, the hooks provided on the left and right sides of the substantially V-shaped joiner receiving member in plan view are provided at the corners. A structure is known in which the side edges of both wall panels are fitted and connected to the front opening of the joiner in a state where the lower end of the joiner is fitted into the fitting portion of the joiner receiving member while being hooked. For example, see Patent Document 1).

However, the conventional joiner receiving member is limited to use in corner portions having the same height, and is not suitable for use in corner step surfaces having step surfaces with different vertical heights from the floor pan, for example.

Therefore, in the course of reaching the present invention, the present inventor has developed a joiner receiving member 50 that can be used for the corner step surface 6 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 18, the joiner receiving member 50 has a different structure for left and right use. A left-side joiner receiving member 50A in FIG. 18A is provided with a fitting recess 20 in the left rear portion and a storage groove 62 in the right front portion, and the right joiner receiving member in FIG. 18B. 50B is provided with a fitting recess 20 in the right rear part and a storage groove 62 in the left front part. For example, when the left adjacent upper side wall panel 9A of the lower side wall panel 9B as shown in FIG. 19 and FIG. 20 is disposed, the left side joiner receiving member 50A of FIG. The lower end of the joiner 7 is fitted into the fitting portion 19 of the joiner receiving member 50A while being fitted to the rising piece 5 of the upper mounting portion 3, and the wall panels 9A and 9B are fitted to the locked portions 40 on both sides of the joiner 7. Each locking portion 15 is locked and connected, and the locking portion 15 of the lower side wall panel 9B can be stored in the storage groove 62 on the right side of the joiner receiving member 50A. On the contrary, when the upper side wall panel 9A adjacent to the right side of the lower side wall panel 9B is disposed, the wall panels 9A and 9B are joined to the joiner in the same manner using the left side joiner receiving member 50B of FIG. 7 to connect. In FIG. 19, 60 is a sealing agent, and 61 in FIG. 20 is a connection piece.

However, the joiner receiving member 50 used to support the joiner 7 has a different structure for the left side 50A and the right side 50B, and there is a problem that the number of parts increases and the manufacturing cost increases. In addition, since only the insertion recess 20 provided on either the left or right side of the joiner receiving member 50 is cantilevered by the rising piece 5, the attachment of the joiner receiving member 50 for supporting the joiner 7 is stable. There is also a problem that the nature is bad.
JP 2003-27632 A

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-described conventional problems, and can reduce the number of parts by allowing one type of joiner receiving member common to the corner step surface of the floor pan to be used freely. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a corner wall panel connection structure that can reduce the manufacturing cost and can improve the stability and fit of the joiner receiving member that supports the joiner. is there.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention forms a lower placing portion 2 along one side 1a of the floor pan 1, and extends along the other side 1b that is orthogonal to the one side 1a via a corner step surface 6. An upper mounting portion 3 that is one step higher than the lower mounting portion 2 is formed, and a joiner receiver that is substantially L-shaped in plan view is formed on a side end portion on the corner stepped surface 6 side of the rising piece 5 raised from the outer edge of the upper mounting portion 3. The member 8 is attached, and the lower end portion of the columner-shaped joiner 7 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is supported by the joiner receiving member 8 to form a wall panel 9 constituting a corner wall of the bathroom. And a lower side wall panel 9B standing on the upper mounting portion 3 and an upper side wall panel 9A having a shorter vertical length than the lower side wall panel 9B, and the side edges of the surface plate 10 of both wall panels 9A, 9B 11 and bottom edge 12 toward rear A side piece 13 and bottom piece 14 The locking portion 15 is formed by projecting and the rear end of the side piece 13 is folded back inside, and the locking portions 15 facing each other of the wall panels 9A and 9B are formed inside the front end portions of the side walls 7a of the joiner 7. The corner wall panel formed by driving the gasket 17 between the side edges 11 of the upper and lower side wall panels 9A and 9B over the entire length in the vertical direction of the upper side wall panel 9A in a state of being locked to the respective locked portions 40. In the connection structure of
From the side end portion on the corner step surface 6 side of the rising piece 5 of the upper mounting portion 3 toward the direction parallel to the rising piece 5 from the side end portion on the corner step surface 6 side of the upper mounting portion 3. An upright piece extension 18 having a substantially L shape in plan view that protrudes with a width substantially the same as the thickness of the lower side wall panel 9B and bends in the direction orthogonal to the upright piece 5 from the front end toward the surface direction of the lower side wall panel 9B. Are formed on the upper surface of the substantially L-shaped joiner receiving member 8 in a plan view, and the upper mounting portion 3 stands at the lower portions of the left and right ends of the joiner receiving member 8. A pair of fitting recesses 20 that are respectively attached to the upper piece 5 and the upright piece extension 18 are formed, and the locking portions 15 of the wall panel 9 are formed on the front sides of the left and right ends of the joiner receiving member 8 over the entire length in the vertical direction. A pair of storage grooves 21 into which the joystick can be inserted. -When the lower side wall panel 9B is disposed on the right side of the upper side wall panel 9A in a state where the pair of fitting recesses 20 of the receiving member 8 are fitted into the rising piece 5 and the rising piece extension 18 respectively. When the storage portion 21 on the right side of the joiner receiving member 8 can store the engaging portion 15 of the lower wall panel 9B, the lower wall panel 9B is disposed on the left side of the upper wall panel 9A. The left and right storage grooves 21 on the left side of the member 8 are characterized in that the locking portions 15 of the lower side wall panel 9B can be stored freely.

By adopting such a configuration, a substantially L-shaped rising piece extension 18 in a plan view is projected from the rising piece 5 of the upper mounting portion 3, and the rising piece 5 and the rising piece extension 18 are provided on the rising piece 5. On the other hand, by inserting the fitting recesses 20 on both the left and right sides of the joiner receiving member 8, when the lower wall panel 9B is disposed on the right side of the upper wall panel 9A, or on the left side of the upper wall panel 9A. In any case where the side wall panel 9 </ b> B is disposed, the single joiner receiving member 8 can be used on the left and right sides. In addition, since the left and right fitting recesses 20 of the joiner receiving member 50 are both supported by the rising piece 5 and the rising piece extension 18, the mounting is more stable than the conventional cantilevered support. In addition, the rising piece extension 18 protrudes with substantially the same width as the thickness of the lower side wall panel 9B, so that the rising piece extension 18 does not protrude from the lower side wall panel 9B. The housing of the member 8 is also good.

Further, the side piece 13 and the bottom piece 14 are integrally continued at the lower corner portion of the upper side wall panel 9A, and the lower end of the locking portion 15 is positioned above the bottom piece 14 so that the lower end of the locking portion 15 and the bottom piece 14 A space 16 that opens to the rear A is formed, and when the engaging portion 15 of the lower wall panel 9B is stored in the storage groove 21 on the right side of the joiner receiving member 8, the storage on the left side of the joiner receiving member 8 is stored. When the side edge 11 portion corresponding to the space 16 of the upper side wall panel 9A is accommodated in the groove 21, while the engaging portion 15 of the lower side wall panel 9B is accommodated in the left side storage groove 21 of the joiner receiving member 8. The side groove 11 corresponding to the space 16 of the upper side wall panel 9A is preferably stored in the storage groove 21 on the right side of the joiner receiving member 8, and in this case, the engagement is performed at the lower corner of the wall panel 9. Lower end of stop 15 By providing a space 16 that opens to the rear A between the bottom piece 14, the side piece 13 and the bottom piece 14 of the wall panel 9 can be formed by drawing, and this wall panel 9 is formed into the upper side wall panel 9 </ b> A. In this case, since the side edge 11 portion corresponding to the space 16 of the upper side wall panel 9A can be stored in the storage groove 21 on either the left or right side of the joiner receiving member 8, the present invention is also applied to the drawing type wall panel 9. This joiner receiving member 8 can be used freely on the left and right sides.

Further, the lower end of the rising piece extension 18 is suspended downward along the corner step surface 6 and is continuous with the side end portion on the corner step surface 6 side of the rising piece 4 raised from the outer edge of the lower mounting portion 2. In this case, the rising piece extension 18 is integrally formed with the rising piece 4 of the lower mounting portion 2, and the strength of the rising piece extension 18 can be secured. The attachment stability of the joiner receiving member 8 is further improved.

Further, in the space between the rising piece extension portion 18 and the side end portion of the upper placement portion 3, the upper end is located on the upper surface of the upper placement portion 3 and the lower end is located on the upper surface of the lower placement portion 2. The backup material 22 is accommodated, and a joint portion 23 is formed on the front side of the backup material 22 between the side piece 13 portion of the lower side wall panel 9B and the side surface portion of the floor pan opposite thereto, and is substantially in line with the gasket 17 It is preferable that the caulking material 24 is filled in the joint portion 23 so as to be continuous, and in this case, the backup material 22 can be stably stored using the rising piece extension 18 and the caulking material 24 is filled. Since the joint portion 23 and the gasket 17 are substantially aligned with each other, the appearance is improved.

The corner wall panel connection structure according to the present invention has a substantially L-shaped rising piece extension in a plan view protruding from a side end portion on the corner step surface side of the rising piece of the upper mounting portion, and the L in a plan view. A pair of fitting recesses are formed in the lower part of the left and right ends of the letter-shaped joiner receiving member, respectively, and the upper and lower ends of the joiner receiving member are mounted on the front side of the left and right ends of the joiner receiving member. By forming a pair of storage grooves into which the locking portions of the wall panel can be inserted over the entire length in the direction, the joiner receiving member is placed on the rising portion of the upper mounting portion and the rising piece extension portion on the corner step surface of the floor pan. The jointer receiving member can be used freely to the left and right to reduce the number of parts and the manufacturing cost, and in addition, the joiner receiving member for supporting the joiner can be attached. Effect qualitative and fit is improved is obtained.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an example when the joiner receiving member 8 of the present invention is used with the left hand, and FIG. 2 shows an example when the right hand is used.

First, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the floor pan 1 is formed with a lower mounting portion 2 along one side 1 a, and the other side 1 b that is orthogonal to the one side 1 a via a corner step surface 6. An upper mounting portion 3 that is one step higher than the lower mounting portion 2 is formed. Upright pieces 4 and 5 are raised from the outer edge of the lower mounting portion 2 and the outer edge of the upper mounting portion 3, respectively. In addition, 25 in FIG. 6 is a washroom counter, 41 is a bathtub part.

From the side end portion on the corner step surface 6 side of the rising piece 5 of the upper mounting portion 3, as shown in FIG. 15, the rising piece is more than the side end portion on the corner step surface 6 side of the upper mounting portion 3. 5 projecting in a direction parallel to 5 with a width dimension substantially the same as the thickness of the lower side wall panel 9B, and the rising piece 5 from the front end of the lateral projecting part 18a toward the surface direction of the lower side wall panel 9B. And a vertically extending portion 18b having a substantially L shape in plan view, which is formed by a vertical protrusion 18b bent in a direction orthogonal to the projection. The upper end of the rising piece extension 18 is continuous and bent at substantially the same height as the upper end of the rising piece 5. Further, in this example, as shown in FIG. 15, the lower portion of the rising piece extension 18 extends downward along the corner step surface 6, and the lower end of the rising piece 4 rises from the outer edge of the lower mounting portion 2. It is continuously formed at the side end portion on the step surface 6 side. As a result, the rising piece extension portion 18 is integrally formed with the rising piece 4 of the lower mounting portion 2, the strength of the rising piece extension portion 18 is improved, and the joiner receiving member 8 can be supported stably. ing.

As a bathroom corner wall panel 9, a lower side wall panel 9B standing on the lower mounting part 2 and an upper side wall panel 9A standing on the upper mounting part 3 and having a shorter vertical length than the lower side wall panel 9B are provided. I have. Both wall panels 9A and 9B have the same structure except that the vertical dimensions are different, and an example thereof is shown in FIGS. A side piece 13 and a bottom piece 14 bent by approximately 90 ° from the side edge 11 and the lower edge 12 of the surface panel 10 of the wall panel 9 toward the rear A are formed by drawing, and further from the rear end of the side piece 13 to the inside. Thus, the locking portion 15 is formed by bending so as to be folded back into a substantially square shape. In FIG. 4, 42 is an upper mounting piece, and 43 is a heat insulating material.

Further, in this example, as shown in FIG. 5B, the side piece 13 and the bottom piece 14 are integrally continued at the lower corner portion of the wall panel 9 and the lower end of the locking portion 15 is positioned above the bottom piece 14. Thus, a space 16 that opens to the rear A is formed between the lower end of the locking portion 15 and the bottom piece 14. The reason why the space 16 is provided is that the locking portion 15 and the lower mounting piece are formed by bending, but the side piece 13 and the bottom piece 14 of the surface plate 10 are formed in a rectangular tube shape by drawing. This is because the side wall 13 and the bottom piece 14 of the wall panel 9 can be drawn by providing the void 16. The portion of the side edge 11 facing the space 16 is accommodated in the storage groove 21 on either the left or right side of the joiner receiving member 8.

Further, a mounting piece 29 is erected upward from the rear end of the bottom piece 14 of the wall panel 9, and a saddle hole 30 is formed in the mounting piece 29. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 10B and 10C, hooks 31 having a substantially U-shaped cross section are provided on the rising pieces 4 and 5 of the upper mounting portion 3 and the lower mounting portion 2 of the floor pan 1. It is fitted from above. A protrusion 32 that is thicker toward the front end is provided on the front surface of the hook 31, and the protrusion 32 is inserted into the sill hole 30 of the mounting piece 29 and moved laterally, thereby being attached to the mounting piece 29 of the wall panel 9. On the other hand, a hook 31 is attached.

As shown in FIG. 5A, an opening 27 is formed in the upper corner of the wall panel 9 by opening a part of the upper surface piece 26 and opening upward. A connection piece 28 for connecting to the joiner 7 is fitted from above and closed.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, the joiner 7 is formed in a columnar shape with a substantially U-shaped cross section that opens forward. In addition, 65 in FIG. 1 is a packing material. The lower end portion of the joiner 7 is supported by a joiner receiving member 8 having a substantially L shape in plan view.

As shown in FIG. 8, the joiner receiving member 8 is formed with a fitting portion 19 for fitting and positioning the lower end portion of the joiner 7 on the upper surface thereof. The fitting portion 19 is provided with V-groove portions that position both side portions of the lower end of the joiner 7. In addition, a pair of fitting recesses 20 that are respectively attached to the rising piece 5 and the rising piece extension portion 18 of the upper mounting portion 3 are formed at the lower portions of the left and right ends of the joiner receiving member 8. Further, a pair of storage grooves 21 into which the engaging portions 15 of the wall panel 9 can be inserted are formed on the front sides of the left and right ends of the joiner receiving member 8 over the entire length in the vertical direction. These insertion part 19, a pair of insertion recessed part 20, and a pair of accommodation groove | channel 21 have the left-right symmetric shape, and can be used freely left and right freely.

Further, a gasket 17 as a joint material is driven between both side edges 11 of the upper side wall panel 9A and the lower side wall panel 9B. In the example shown in FIG. 14, the gasket 17 is formed by integrally forming an elastic thin-walled flange piece 17 a exposed to the outside and a seal piece 17 c having elastic fin pieces 17 b protruding on both surfaces in a substantially T shape in plan view. Yes. Further, a concave step portion placed on a step portion 8a provided on the front surface of the joiner receiving member 8 shown in FIG. 9 is provided on the lower end side of the gasket 17, and the gasket 17 is provided on the step portion 8a of the joiner receiving member 8. Thus, the concave step can be positioned.

Further, as shown in FIG. 15, a backup material 22 made of sponge or the like is accommodated in the space between the rising piece extension 18 and the side end of the upper placement portion 3. The upper end of the backup material 22 is located on the upper surface of the upper placement unit 3, and the lower end is located on the upper surface of the lower placement unit 2. As shown in FIG. 16, a joint portion 23 of the side piece 13 portion of the lower wall panel 9 </ b> B and a side surface portion of the floor pan facing this is formed on the front surface side of the backup material 22, and the caulking material 24 is formed on the joint portion 23. The back-up material 22 prevents the caulking material 24 from leaking to the rear A when it is filled. In this example, in order to improve the appearance of the caulking material 24, the gasket 17 and the caulking material 24 are configured to be continuous in a substantially straight line.

Next, an example of construction will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, when the lower side wall panel 9B is arranged on the right side of the upper side wall panel 9A, or as shown in FIG. 2, the lower side wall panel 9B is arranged on the right side of the upper side wall panel 9A. In any case, one type of joiner receiving member 8 common to the present invention is used.

First, the construction procedure of FIG. 1 will be described. The backup material 22 is stored in advance as shown in FIG. First, as shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the attachment piece 29 of the lower side wall panel 9 </ b> B is attached to the rising piece 4 of the lower placement portion 2 using the hook 31. In FIG. 10, 66 is a packing material. At this time, the lower side piece 13 of the lower side wall panel 9B is abutted against the front surface of the backup material 22 (FIG. 15). As a result, the state shown in FIG. 1 is obtained. In this state, the storage groove 21 on the right side of the joiner receiving member 8 is inserted into the side piece 13 of the lower side wall panel 9B, and one of the fitting recesses 20 of the joiner receiving member 8 is 5 is fitted from above, and the other fitting recess 20 is fitted into the rising piece extension 18 from above. As a result, the pair of fitting recesses 20 of the joiner receiving member 8 are attached to the rising piece 5 and the rising piece extension 18. After that, as shown in FIG. 11, one side wall 7a of the joiner 7 is locked to the locking portion 15 of the lower wall panel 9B, and the lower end portion of the joiner 7 is fitted to the fitting portion 19 of the joiner receiving member 8 as shown in FIG. The upper end of the joiner 7 and the opening 27 at the upper corner of the lower side wall panel 9B are temporarily connected by a connection piece 28 (FIG. 1). That is, the skirt portion on one side of the connection piece 28 is fitted into the opening 27 of the lower wall panel 9 </ b> B, and the central portion of the connection piece 28 is inserted into the upper end opening of the joiner 7. Thereby, the connection piece 28 can prevent the joiner 7 and the lower side wall panel 9B from falling over. Thereafter, the attachment piece 29 of the upper side wall panel 9A is attached to the rising piece 5 of the upper placement portion 3 by using the hook 31 similar to that of the lower side wall panel 9B. At this time, the connection piece 28 is once removed, and the opposing locking portions 15 of the both wall panels 9A and 9B are connected to the both side walls 7a of the joiner 7 over the entire vertical length of the joiner 7 as shown in FIG. The connection piece 28 is attached again after being locked in the locked portions 40 formed inside the front end portion. At this time, the skirt portions on both sides of the connection piece 28 are fitted into the opening portions 27 of both wall panels 9A and 9B, and the central portion of the connection piece 28 is fitted into the upper end opening of the joiner 7.

In this state, a space provided in the lower corner of the upper side wall panel 9A in the storage groove 21 on the left side of the joiner receiving member 8 disposed below the joiner 7 as shown in FIGS. The side edge 11 corresponding to 16 is accommodated, and the engaging groove 15 of the lower wall panel 9B is accommodated in the accommodation groove 21 on the right side of the joiner receiving member 8. After that, the gasket 17 is driven between the side edges 11 of the upper side wall panel 9A and the lower side wall panel 9B over the entire vertical length of the upper side wall panel 9A. Thereby, each locking part 15 of both wall panels 9A and 9B will be in the state inserted | pinched between the to-be-latched part 40 of the joiner 7, and the gasket 17, respectively, and both wall panel 9A, 9B will be interposed via the joiner 7. To complete the connection. After that, as shown in FIG. 16, the caulking material 24 is filled in the joint portion 23 between the side piece 13 portion of the lower side wall panel 9 </ b> B and the side surface portion of the floor pan facing the back wall panel 9 </ b> B. At this time, in order to improve the appearance, the gasket 17 and the caulking material 24 are made to continue in a substantially straight line.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, when the lower wall panel 9B is disposed on the left side of the upper wall panel 9A, the lower wall panel 9B is inserted into the storage groove 21 on the left side of the joiner receiving member 8 as shown in FIG. The engaging portion 15 is accommodated, and construction can be performed in the same manner as described above except that the side edge 11 portion corresponding to the space 16 of the upper side wall panel 9A is accommodated in the right accommodation groove 21.

Thus, according to the above configuration, the rising piece extension 18 having a substantially L shape in plan view is projected from the rising piece 5 of the upper mounting portion 3, and the rising piece 5 and the rising piece extension 18 are provided on the rising piece 5. On the other hand, by inserting the fitting recesses 20 on the left and right sides of the joiner receiving member 8 respectively, the joiner receiving member 8 is supported and supported by the rising piece 5 and the rising piece extension 18 on the corner step surface 6. The stability of is improved. In addition, when the lower side wall panel 9B is disposed on the right side of the upper side wall panel 9A, the engaging portion 15 of the lower side wall panel 9B is accommodated in the right side storage groove 21 of the joiner receiving member 8, and the left side storage groove. When the side wall 11 portion corresponding to the space 16 of the upper side wall panel 9A is accommodated in the lower wall panel 9A, and the lower side wall panel 9B is disposed on the left side of the upper side wall panel 9A, the joiner receiving The locking portion 15 of the lower side wall panel 9B is stored in the left side storage groove 21 of the member 8, and the side edge 11 portion corresponding to the space 16 of the upper side wall panel 9A is stored in the right side storage groove 21. . Therefore, one joiner receiving member 8 can be used freely in the left-right direction, and the effect of reducing the number of parts and manufacturing cost can be obtained. In addition, since the lateral protrusion 18a of the rising piece extension 18 protrudes with a width that is substantially the same as the thickness of the lower wall panel 9B, the rising piece extension 18 fits within the thickness range of the lower wall panel 9B. Since it does not protrude greatly to the rear side of 9B, there is also an advantage that the fit of the joiner receiving member 8 for supporting the joiner 7 becomes good.

Further, in this example, since the void 16 that opens to the rear A is formed between the lower end of the locking portion 15 and the bottom piece 14 at the lower corner of the wall panel 9, the side piece 13 and the bottom piece 14 of the wall panel 9 are When the wall panel 9 is the upper wall panel 9A, the side corresponding to the space 16 of the upper wall panel 9A can be formed in the left or right storage groove 21 of the joiner receiving member 8. Since the edge 11 portion can be accommodated, the joiner receiving member 8 of the present invention can also be used freely on the left and right sides of the drawable wall panel 9.

In the above embodiment, the case where the space 16 is provided in the lower corner portion of the upper side wall panel 9A is illustrated, but the space 16 is not necessarily required. For example, the upper side wall panel 9A having no space 16 is locked. Since the portion 15 can be stored in the storage groove 21 on either the left or right side of the joiner receiving member 8, the joiner receiving member 8 of the present invention can be freely used on the upper side wall panel 9 </ b> A having no space 16. It can be used.

Further, the joiner receiving member 8 of the present invention is not limited to the case where it is used for the corner step surface 6, but can be similarly used in a flat corner portion having no step surface.
