Abstract
【解決手段】放電空間152を形成するように付設された上部基板150及び下部基板110と、下部基板110の上面に積層された反射層120及び下部蛍光層130と、上部基板150の下面に積層された上部蛍光層180を含む面光源装置100において、反射層120が40〜120μmの厚さを有し、下部蛍光層130が10〜60μmの厚さを有し、上部蛍光層180が10〜25μmの厚さを有する。そして、上部基板150と上部蛍光層180との間に積層された第1イオン遮断層160をさらに含み、これによって上部基板150からのNa+イオンの溶出を遮断する。

Claims (11)
- 放電空間を形成するように付設された上部基板及び下部基板と、該下部基板の上面に積層された反射層及び下部蛍光層と、前記上部基板の下面に積層された上部蛍光層を含む面光源装置であって、
前記反射層が40〜120μmの厚さを有し、前記下部蛍光層が10〜60μmの厚さを有し、前記上部蛍光層が10〜25μmの厚さを有しており、
前記上部基板と前記上部蛍光層の間に積層されて前記上部基板からのNa+イオンの溶出を遮断する第1イオン遮断層をさらに含むことを特徴とする面光源装置。 - 前記上部基板及び下部基板が、それぞれ4〜15%のNa+イオンを含むガラス材質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源装置。
- 前記上部基板と下部基板のうち、少なくとも一方の材質がソーダライムガラスであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の面光源装置。
- 前記第1イオン遮断層の材質がSiO2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源装置。
- 前記第1イオン遮断層の厚さが、3〜200nmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の面光源装置。
- 前記上部蛍光層と下部蛍光層の両方、あるいはそのどちらか一方の上に積層され、励起波長より短い波長の紫外線を遮断する短波長紫外線遮断層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源装置。
- 前記短波長紫外線遮断層の材質がY2O3であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の面光源装置。
- 前記短波長紫外線遮断層の厚さが、0.1〜5μmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の面光源装置。
- 前記第1イオン遮断層と前記上部蛍光層の間に積層されて前記第1イオン遮断層と共に前記上部基板からのNa+イオンの溶出を遮断する第2イオン遮断層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面光源装置。
- 第2イオン遮断層の材質がY2O3であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の面光源装置。
- 前記第2イオン遮断層の厚さが、0.1〜5μmであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の面光源装置。
