製造工程の1工程について、車型の指示、部品の選別指示、締付工具の選別と締付本数指示を行うデータを設定可能なソフトウェアを有しそれぞれをモニター表示可能なタッチパネルを有する誤作業防止制御盤と、車型を特定し車型信号を誤作業防止制御盤に送受信する車型指示部と、車型に対応する取付部品を指示し取付部品のある位置を指示する信号を誤作業防止制御盤から受信し、かつ部品取出しを確認する信号を誤作業防止制御盤へ送信する部品選別部と、締付工具から締付信号を誤作業防止制御盤へ送信する締付工具部とを有し、それぞれの誤作業防止制御盤は、全ての製造工程に対して指示を行う生産指示親局に接続し各種のデータ信号を送受信可能なことを特徴とする製造工程における誤作業防止システム。   Misoperation control with software that can set data for instructing car type, parts selection, tightening tool selection, and tightening number instructions for each manufacturing process A vehicle type indicating unit that identifies the vehicle type and transmits and receives vehicle type signals to the control panel, and receives signals from the control panel that indicate the mounting parts corresponding to the vehicle type and indicate the position of the mounting parts.
