Description

The present invention generally relates to an oil fence that prevents the spilled oil from diffusing by floating on the surface of a sea, a lake, or a river so as to surround a specific water area.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for example, a conventional oil fence is generally used in which a plurality of oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B are connected to each other in such a manner that ends in one longitudinal direction are connected to each other.
The oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B are suspended below the buoyancy bodies 13A and 13B in which closed-cell foams, air, and the like are enclosed, and are suspended below the buoyancy bodies 13A and 13B. It consists of horizontally long curtain-like skirt portions 11A and 11B provided with lead ropes 15 for weights. And the connection of each oil fence main body 1A, 1B is connected by connection part 2A, 2B provided with the fastener 20 for connection, the shackle 21, etc., and is normally set to about 20-50m in total length. Yes.

The plurality of oil fence bodies 1A, 1B configured in this manner are sequentially connected by connecting the fasteners 20 and shackles 21 to each other, and the oil fence extended to a required length is the sea, lake, or It is installed on the surface of a river so as to surround a specific water area, preventing the spilled oil from diffusing.

However, when such an oil fence is floated on the surface of the water, the end portions of the connecting portions 2A and 2B between the oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B connecting the end portions are generally flexible. Therefore, the upper side may bend when it falls down in the front-rear direction.
Accordingly, when the water surface wave inside the oil fence easily passes over the connecting portions 2A and 2B, or the water surface between the inner side and the outer side flows, the oil drifting inwardly flows from the connecting portion. It may flow out to the outside of the oil fence and countermeasures against oil leakage may be insufficient.

Therefore, in order to solve such problems, a technique shown in Patent Document 1 has been proposed for the purpose of preventing the bending due to the upper side falling of the connecting portion.

As described in the background art above, the conventional oil fence cannot prevent the oil from flowing out from the connecting portion by preventing the bending due to the falling of the upper side of the connecting portion. Further, with the technique of Patent Document 1, it is possible to enhance the effect of preventing oil diffusion. However, in this technique, a core material is provided inside the connecting portion. This connection part is connected by a fastener or the like, and the connection part width is about 180 mm, while the distance between the buoyancy bodies in the connection part is about 500 mm. Therefore, stress is applied to the connection part itself, and the upper part can be prevented from falling down sufficiently when pulled to some extent. However, when using an oil fence, on the sea, there are cases where it is not only a calm sea surface state, such as a grounding of a ship, but also a terrible state.
Therefore, a wave force or the like is applied to the oil fence, and the connection part may be loosened. In such a state, in the connection part shown in patent document 1, since it is not the structure which connects between buoyancy bodies directly, the connection part containing a frame may fall down.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an oil fence that suppresses the outflow of oil from the connecting portion by the fall of the upper side of the connecting portion and enhances the effect of preventing oil diffusion.

The invention described in claim 1
An oil fence comprising a connecting portion for connecting a plurality of oil fence main bodies each having a buoyant body on both side surfaces with a horizontally long curtain-like skirt portion connected at the ends in the longitudinal direction. It is an oil fence characterized by providing a buoyancy structure so that a connection part may be pinched.

FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a system diagram of a first embodiment of an oil fence according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view.
The present invention is a configuration in which the buoyancy structure 3 is provided so as to sandwich the connecting portions 2A and 2B of the connecting portion that connects the plurality of oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B at the ends in the longitudinal direction.

<Oil fence body 1A, 1B>
The oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B have the same configuration as a conventional oil fence.
That is, the oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B are fixed by appropriate means such as bolts and nuts 12 so as to be sandwiched from both sides by the horizontally elongated curtain-like skirt portions 11A and 11B and the upper side surfaces of the skirt portions 11A and 11B. The buoyancy bodies 13A, 13B, the sewing rope 14 provided in the upper edge longitudinal direction of the skirt portions 11A, 11B, and the heavy lead rope 15 provided in the lower edge longitudinal direction of the skirt portions 11A, 11B; Connection parts 2A and 2B provided at both ends of each oil fence main body 1A and 1B are provided.
The skirt portions 11A and 11B are used, for example, by overlapping two nylon tarpaulins and cutting them into a rectangular shape. The buoyancy bodies 13A and 13B are formed by appropriately including a material such as foamed styrene. The sewing rope 14 and the heavy lead rope 15 are fixed by appropriate fixing means such as sewing so as not to fall off the skirt portions 11A and 11B.

<連結部2A,2B>
<Connection part 2A, 2B>
The connecting portions 2A and 2B are provided at both ends of the oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B, and the adjacent oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B are connected and fixed to each other via fasteners 20, shackles 21 and belts 22 at the ends. ing.

<Buoyancy structure 3>
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the buoyancy structure 3 includes a buoyancy structure main body 30 and a buoyancy part 31 in the first embodiment.
The buoyancy structure main body 30 only needs to be able to attach the buoyancy portion 31 between the buoyancy bodies 13A and 13B on the front and back surfaces of the connecting portions 2A and 2B of the oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B. A curtain shape may be used similarly to 1A and 1B. 1 and 2, it is formed in a plate shape such as a synthetic resin.
The buoyancy part 31 is configured to include an appropriate material such as foamed styrene in the same manner as the buoyancy bodies 13A and 13B provided in the oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B, and the size is the same as the buoyancy bodies 13A and 13B in the vertical direction. It is formed into a shape.
As shown in FIG. 2, the connecting portions 2A and 2B at both ends of the oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B are positioned so as to be sandwiched between the two buoyancy structure main bodies 30, and bolts 32, nuts 33, etc. The connecting portions 2A and 2B are fixed so as to be sandwiched by appropriate fixing tools.
At this time, the buoyancy portion 31 is fixed at the same position as the buoyancy bodies 13A and 13B provided in the oil fence bodies 1A and 1B, so that the upper end of the oil fence has a constant height. A stable use state can be obtained.
With this configuration, the buoyancy part 31 of the buoyancy structure 3 is located at the same position as the buoyancy bodies 13A and 13B of the oil fence, and the connection parts 2A and 2B of the oil fence sandwiched by the buoyancy structure are provided. Buoyancy works so as to stand up, and even in bad weather, oil can be prevented from flowing away from the connecting portion, and the specific water area can be completely closed by the oil fence.

FIG. 3 shows an example of the second embodiment.
In this example, the spare buoyancy body 34 for repair or the like, or the buoyancy body portion of the broken oil fence is reused without being discarded. In this case, the buoyancy structure main body 30 is not particularly provided, The fixing mechanism of the bolt nut 12 for attaching the spare buoyancy body 34 to the skirt portions 11A and 11B of the normal oil fence main bodies 1A and 1B can be used as it is.
Since the spare buoyancy body 34 for repair or the like is used in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 3, there is a possibility that there is too much buoyancy. Therefore, the balance weight 35 is provided below the spare buoyancy body 34. As described above, by adjusting the buoyancy by the spare buoyancy body 34, it is possible to prevent the connecting portion from falling down.

The oil fence of the present invention can be used for an oil fence that prevents the spilled oil from diffusing and preventing environmental pollution by floating on the water surface so as to surround a specific water area in the sea, a lake or a river. .
