Abstract
【解決手段】金属層と樹脂脂を含むシート状電池ケースに電極組立体が内蔵されている二次電池において、端子挿入溝が形成されている接続部材に電極端子を挿入して電気的連結をなし、接続部材に締め付けられる導電性の締付部を含んでいるPCM部材を接続部材に結合して電気的連結をなす。

Claims (9)
- 金属層と樹脂脂を含むシート状電池ケースに電極組立体が内蔵されている二次電池において、端子挿入溝が形成されている接続部材に電極端子を挿入して電気的連結をなし、前記接続部材に締め付けられる導電性の締付部を含んでいるPCM部材を前記接続部材に結合して電気的連結をなす二次電池。
- 前記接続部材が、電池セルの幅と同一であり、または、それよりも短い長さの、多角形または円筒形の部材であって、電池セルの電極端子が挿入可能な挿入溝が形成されており、前記挿入溝および/または外面は導電性素材となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接続部材が、端子挿入溝が形成されている部位が円筒形構造であり、端子挿入溝とその外周面は、導電性素材となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記PCM部材が、保護回路が印刷されているPCB(Printed Circuit Board)であって、その下端に接続部材に締め付けるための導電性の締付部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記締付部が、接続部材を取り囲むように、その断面形状に対応する内面形状を有し、挿入方式による装着が可能であるように、下端が開放されている弾力的な構造となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接続部材の端子挿入溝に電極端子を挿入した接続部材を電池セルの方向に巻き取って固定した後、PCM部材の締付部を前記接続部材に結合させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接続部材が、両面テープにより電池セルに固定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 互いに接する電池セルと接続部材の部位に別途の締付部材を装着し、または、当該部位に締付構造が形成されており、接続部材が電池セルに固定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池をソフトパックとして含む電池パック。
