Description
本発明は、かかる課題を解決するために、次の(1)〜(7)の構成を有するものである。すなわち、
(1)複数本の強化繊維束を含む織物基材の少なくとも一方の表面に樹脂材料が固着された強化繊維織物であって、前記織物基材が二方向性織物であるとともに、非繊維軸方向引張試験による引張歪みが1%に到達するまでの荷重の最大値が、0.01〜0.75Nの範囲内にある強化繊維織物。
(2)非繊維軸方向引張試験による引張歪みが5 % に到達するまでの荷重の最大値が、0.1〜1.0Nの範囲内にある、前記(1)に記載の強化繊維織物。
(3)樹脂材料の固着量が、1〜50g/m2である、前記(1)または(2)に記載の強化繊維織物。
(4)樹脂材料が熱可塑性樹脂を主成分とする、前記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の強化繊維織物。
(5)強化繊維束が炭素繊維束である、前記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の強化繊維織物。
(6)複数本の強化繊維束を含む織物基材の少なくとも一方の表面に樹脂材料を固着させた後に、該織物基材を構成する複数本の強化繊維束の相対位置に変動を与えることで、2本以上の強化繊維束にまたがって固着している樹脂材料を該2本以上の強化繊維束の一部から剥がす強化繊維織物の製造方法。
(7)前記織物基材に5〜45°のせん断変形を与えることで、該織物基材を構成する複数本の強化繊維束の相対位置に変動を与える、前記(6)に記載の強化繊維織物の製造方法。
