Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tissue paper container which can be easily disassembled after use of tissue paper and which can be easily discarded.
A rectangular parallelepiped or cubic paper container used for tissue paper such as facial tissue, toilet paper, and paper towel is bulky as it is after use, and is desirably discarded in a disassembled form.
In order to disassemble, it is necessary to peel off the side flaps fixed with an adhesive such as hot melt. However, since the paper container uses strong container base paper from the aspect of protecting the contents and the side flaps are also relatively firmly adhered, the paper container has high rigidity and cannot be easily disassembled.
For this reason, there exists a thing which gave the crease line to the container side part, or made the perforation to the flap of the side, and made disassembly easy.
However, conventional crease lines, perforations, etc. have the problems that they cannot be folded well from the crease line, the flap tears in the middle of the perforation, or the container breaks from the perforation before use.
(1) Among the four side surfaces connected from the top surface of the container having the tissue paper outlet, after inserting the tissue paper from the side surface comprising a combination of a pair of left and right inner flaps and a pair of upper and lower outer flaps, The inner flap is folded inward, then the lower flap and the upper flap are folded in this order, and the side opening is closed. The top and bottom outer flaps overlap at the tip.
The side surfaces are closed by joining the left and right inner flaps and the upper and lower outer flaps with hot melt or vinyl acetate adhesive, respectively.
(2) In the present invention, in order to join the inner flap and the outer flap in (1), the adhesive is partially applied to either one of the flaps to be joined. Make a perforation or half-cut at or near the outside.
The perforation or the half cut may be performed by a flap to which an adhesive is applied or a flap to be joined. Further, it may be applied to both flaps.
(3) In the case of perforations, the bond width is 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm, and the ratio of the bond width to the entire circumference to be perforated is 10% or less.
(4) The shape of the perforation or half cut may be a shape that surrounds most of the periphery of the adhesive, such as a circle, an ellipse, a square, or a rhombus.
(5) Furthermore, the application position of the adhesive that joins the upper and lower outer flaps is a position where there is an inner flap. That is, the central portion in the width direction of the upper and lower outer flaps is a portion where the pair of inner flaps do not exist, and the upper and lower flaps are not joined here.
(1) Perforation or half cut in advance or around the adhesive application position of the flap, the perforation or half cut portion with a smaller force than destroying the bonded portion of the flaps during carton disassembly Is destroyed and can be disassembled more easily.
(2) Since the adhesive for flap bonding is always applied between two or more flaps, the perforations for carton disassembly do not appear on the carton surface, and the influence on the container strength is small.
(3) Risk of product defects due to adhesive sticking to tissue paper that sticks out of the joints or scatters during application by not joining the upper and lower and outer flaps where there is no inner flap Can be avoided.
(4) Furthermore, since the upper and lower outer flaps are not joined at least in the center, a slight gap is likely to occur between the upper and lower outer flaps, and the disassembling opening perforation usually provided in the lower outer flap is unnecessary. It becomes.
Thereby, the influence on the container strength is further reduced.
In the following, the present invention will be described by way of examples shown in the drawings, which are given for illustrative purposes and do not limit the present invention.
<比較例>
<Comparative example>
FIG. 1 is a partial perspective view showing the state of one side assembly of a conventional paper container. The lower outer flap (3) has a U-shape at the center and a trapezoidal portion extending on both sides and opening at the upper edge. Disassembling perforations (6) occupying most of the flap (3) in the width direction are provided.
Inside the upper and outer flaps (2), an adhesive (5 ') for joining upper and lower outer flaps is applied at a position occupying most of the width direction.
Adhesives (5) are applied to the left and right pairs so that the upper and lower flaps (2) and the lower outer flap (3) are joined in two stages on the left and right inner flaps (4) and (4). Has been.
A state in which the side opening of the tissue paper container (1) is closed is shown in a partial perspective view of one side of the conventional paper container before disassembly shown in FIG. 2, and the adhesive (5 ') Is joined to the section screen surrounded by the trapezoid of the disassembling perforation (6) of the lower outer flap (3), and its central U-shaped part (6') is on the outer surface as a thumb hook part at the time of disassembly It is recognized that it appears.
<実施例1>
<Example 1>
FIG. 3A is a partial perspective view showing an assembly state, in which the left and right inner flaps (4) are folded inward, and the upper and lower outer flaps (2) and (3) are opened up and down, respectively.
Therefore, for example, a horizontal elliptical perforation (7) is provided in advance in a region close to the upper edge on both the left and right sides of the lower outer flap (3) (a position where the inner flap (4) can correspond), and this perforation (7) Adhesive (5) is applied to the area surrounded by or in the vicinity thereof, and the left and right sides of the lower outer flap (3) are adhesively bonded to the inner flap (4) at corresponding positions (8), and the upper and outer flaps ( 2) A perforation (7) is applied in advance to the area close to the upper edge on both the left and right sides (position where the lower outer flap (3) can correspond), and the area surrounded by this perforation (7) or in the vicinity thereof Adhesive (5 ') is applied and the left and right sides of the upper and outer flaps (3) are adhesively bonded to the left and right sides of the upper edge of the lower flap (2), and the side on which the tissue paper is inserted is closed. .
In some cases, perforations are preliminarily perforated in the area near the lower edge or the central area on the left and right sides of the upper and outer flaps (2) (the positions where the lower and outer flaps (3) cannot be accommodated but the left and right inner flaps (4) can accommodate) (7) is applied, adhesive (5 ') is applied to the area surrounded by the perforation (7) or in the vicinity thereof, and the left and right inner flaps (4) The side surface may be closed by adhesive bonding to the corresponding position (area not covered by the lower outer flap (3)). In this case, the upper and lower outer flaps (2) and (3) are in a non-bonded free state, and their overlapping surfaces are kept closed by the planar rigidity of the flaps (2) and (3).
<実施例2>
