Description

The present invention relates to a storage box for sanitary paper such as tissue paper. In particular, the present invention relates to a sanitary paper storage box excellent in demolition property that can be easily separated into paper and plastic film and discarded after peeling off the plastic film attached to the outlet.

In a storage box for sanitary paper such as tissue paper, a plastic film such as a polyethylene film is usually attached to the inner surface of a take-out port formed on the upper surface (top surface portion) of a rectangular storage box. In recent years, household waste such as storage boxes for sanitary paper such as tissue paper has become necessary to separate paper and packaging plastic films due to increased efforts to reduce waste and recycling containers and packaging. It is desired that the attached plastic film is peeled off after use, separated into paper and plastic film and discarded. In other words, consumers are increasingly required to dispose of different materials. However, in order to dispose of the storage box as paper waste or to recycle it, you must peel off the adhesive parts on the front and rear end faces of the storage box, then put your hands into the cylindrical box and peel off the plastic film. I had to. However, the cylindrical storage box is difficult to access and the work of removing the plastic film affixed to the inside of the box is cumbersome. Therefore, the storage box is often thrown away without peeling off the plastic film.

On the other hand, in Patent Document 1, a sewing machine is further provided around the perforation provided to form the paper outlet of the tissue paper storage box so that the paper and the plastic film can be easily separated and discarded. A tissue paper storage box has been proposed in which an eye is formed so that the cardboard at the part where the film is adhered can be easily peeled off.

Further, in Patent Document 2, the two points a and b on the connecting broken line (on the side of the boundary) between the bottom surface part and one side surface part are connected to the bottom surface part as starting points. A cutting line for pushing in a substantially arc shape, or a triangular shape or a polygonal shape is provided, and a cutting line for dismantling is provided from each of the starting points a and b of the cutting line to the terminal end of the continuous folded line of the outer flap. A sanitary paper storage box characterized by this is proposed.

However, in the case where the perforation is further formed around the perforation provided to form the paper take-out port as in the storage box described in Patent Document 1, the perforation is provided around the take-out port. For this reason, the appearance of the top surface of the storage box is impaired, and the separation perforation may be accidentally broken when the takeout port is formed. In addition, the dismantling of the storage box and the separation work of paper and plastic film must be performed separately, which is troublesome and troublesome. Further, in the case of the storage box described in Patent Document 2, the direction of the force applied when disassembling the bottom surface portion and the direction of the dismantling cut line are vertical (or close to perpendicular), and the dismantling cutting It is difficult to cut and dismantle cleanly along the score line.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to dismantle the storage box after use and to easily dismantle the storage box so that the inner surface of the box is opened flat, separating it into paper and plastic film and discarding it. It is to provide a storage box for sanitary paper such as tissue paper that can be easily done.
Further, the applicant has filed an application for a sanitary paper storage box in which a tear strip connecting one end of the bottom portion and another end is provided on the bottom portion of the storage box. Although one end or both ends of this peeled piece are provided with push-out cut lines, it is convenient for dismantling, but the strength of the storage box is reduced around the peeled piece in the manufacturing process, especially at high speed. In the manufacturing process, the storage box may be broken or crushed. In addition, there has been a demand for improvement in that it is troublesome to collect the separated pieces.

A first aspect of the present invention that solves the above problems comprises a top surface portion having a sanitary paper take-out port, a bottom surface portion opposed to the top surface portion, and left and right side surface portions connecting the top surface portion and the bottom surface portion, and A pair of inner flaps connected to the respective end portions and a pair of outer flaps connected to the respective end portions of the top surface portion and the bottom surface portion. A sanitary paper storage box having a rectangular shape that superposes a pair of outer flaps, wherein a perforation line is disposed on one of corners formed by the left and right side portions and the bottom portion. It is a storage box, and has a joint part with a length of 0.8 mm or more and 6 mm or less at both ends of the perforation line provided at the corner part, and the length of one of the joint parts is longer than the length of the other joint part. Long .

In the second aspect of the present invention, the sanitary paper storage box has a bottom part and a side part connected by gluing a carton glued part connected to the bottom part to the left or right side part, 2. The sanitary paper storage box according to claim 1, wherein the perforation line is provided at the corner adjacent to the carton paste portion .

According to the above invention, when discarding an empty storage box after use, the inner surface of the box is easily opened flat by breaking the perforation provided in the corner portion composed of the side surface portion and the bottom surface portion. The paper and the plastic film can be easily separated and discarded. Moreover, since there is no perforation exposure at the top surface, the aesthetic appearance is not impaired, and the possibility that the perforation breaks during use is low.

Also, by installing the perforation line adjacent to the carton gluing part connected to the bottom part and glued to the side part, the gluing part becomes the fulcrum for cutting the perforation, making the breaking work easier and in use The strength of the storage box can be maintained.
In addition, since both ends of the perforation line have joint portions having a length of 0.8 mm or more and 6 mm or less, the perforation line is not inadvertently broken when the storage box is used. Furthermore, by making the length of one connecting portion longer than the length of the other connecting portion, it is also useful for preventing damage to the storage box by transferring the storage box starting from the longer connecting portion in the manufacturing process. .

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. A preferred sanitary paper storage box of the present invention typically has a sanitary paper outlet formed by a cut line such as a perforation on the upper surface (top surface portion) of the box. Sanitary paper stored inside includes tissue paper, paper towels (including kitchen towels, kitchen sheets and paper used mainly in kitchens), toilet paper (excluding rolls), and Watting (Paper cotton) and other disposable papers (see Paper Pulp Technology Handbook 5th edition, page 459, issued January 30, 1992, edited and published by the Paper Pulp Technology Association). In the present invention, the term sanitary paper is used as a general term for these disposable papers. In general, the term “tissue paper” is often used as a phrase that refers to general disposable paper such as toilet paper, but in a narrow sense, it is called facial paper, decorative paper, etc. This is a sanitary paper. The “paper towel” is a paper manufactured using pulp fiber as a main raw material as a substitute for a towel and a towel, and among these, a paper mainly used in a kitchen is referred to as a kitchen paper.

The sanitary paper storage box of the present invention is mainly formed of paperboard and corrugated cardboard made of wood pulp, waste paper, etc., at both ends of a rectangular tube box composed of a top surface portion, a bottom surface portion, and left and right side portions, Inner flaps are connected to the end portions of the left and right side surfaces so that they can be bent, and outer flaps are connected to the end portions of the top surface portion and bottom surface portion so that they can be bent, and one of the outer flaps is connected to each other. It forms so that the joining allowance which piles up a front-end | tip part and adhere | attaches may be provided.

In the present invention, after inserting tissue paper or the like into each cylindrical box composed of a top surface portion, a bottom surface portion, and left and right side portions, the inner flap is folded inward, and then the outer flap is folded up and down. The opening of the box-shaped box is closed to form a rectangular parallelepiped. The inner flap and the outer flap are joined with hot melt or vinyl acetate adhesive, respectively.

Further, in the sanitary storage box of the present invention, the carton glued portion is connected to the end portion of the bottom surface portion where the outer flap is not connected, and this is bonded to the side surface portion with an adhesive or the like, and the bottom surface portion. A side part can be connected. In this case, it is preferable to arrange the perforation line at a corner adjacent to the carton glue part, because the carton glue part becomes a fulcrum (or reinforcement) when the perforation line is broken, and it can be easily broken.
Moreover, by having the joint part which does not have a perforation at both ends of the perforation line, it is possible to prevent unintended breakage during use of the sanitary paper storage box. The length of the connecting portion is 0.8 mm or more. Furthermore one of the connecting portion is a length d 1 = less than 2mm from becoming a starting point of the cut-breaking dismantling, more preferably it is preferably less than 1.5 mm. In order to prevent damage to the perforation line during the manufacturing process, it is preferable that the other tether has a length d 2 = 3 mm or more. Moreover, if it is less than 6 mm, it can be broken without hindrance to the dismantling of the box when the sanitary storage box is discarded.

Further, in the sanitary paper storage box of the present invention, when the inner flap and the outer flap are joined by the method described in JP 2007-45525 A or JP 2007-55683 A, the disassembly is further facilitated. It is preferable.

In the sanitary paper storage box of the present invention, a sanitary paper outlet may be provided on the top surface and a sanitary paper push-up piece may be provided on the bottom surface by a generally known method. In use, it is also possible to hang a carton on the wall etc. by hooking an S-shaped hook etc. into the hole of the push-up piece opened in the bottom part, and the hole for attaching the storage box holder is provided in the bottom part It may be provided separately.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

FIG. 1 is an example of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1 is a development view of the sanitary paper storage box of the present invention. The sanitary paper storage box of the present invention is formed by punching cardboard into a required unfolded shape to form a fold line that is easily bent during use, a cut line that is easy to cut during use, a carton blank containing perforation lines, etc. A blank is assembled and used in a rectangular parallelepiped shape via a broken line.
<Composition of carton blank>
First, the overall configuration will be described with reference to the developed view of FIG. Reference numerals 1 and 2 are a top surface portion and a bottom surface portion having a wide rectangle, and 3 and 4 are a pair of side surface portions forming left and right side walls having a narrow rectangle, which are alternately connected via a broken line. Has been. Reference numeral 5 denotes a carton glued portion connected to one side edge of the bottom surface portion 2. The top surface portion 1, the bottom surface portion 2, and the side surface portions 3, 4 are assembled into a rectangular tube-shaped box body by the carton pasting portion 5. Reference numerals 6, 6 ′, 7, and 7 ′ denote an upper surface side outer flap and a lower surface side outer flap that are connected to both end edges of the top surface portion 1 and the bottom surface portion 2, and 8, 8 ′, 9, and 9 ′ are It is an inner flap connected to both end edges of the side surfaces 3 and 4. A perforation line 10 is disposed at a corner formed by the side surface portion and the bottom surface portion 2. Further, the top surface portion 1 is provided with a perforation 12 for the purpose of taking out sanitary paper to be stored.

After inserting the tissue paper bundle into each cylindrical box, the side assembly on the opening side is folded inward with the inner flaps 8, 8 ', 9, 9', and the outer flaps 6, 6 ', 7 and 7 'are folded and the both-ends opening surface of each cylindrical box is sealed. Of the outer flaps, the inner surfaces of the lower outer flaps 7 and 7 'are provided with left and right adhesives in areas corresponding to the left and right inner flaps 8, 8', 9, and 9 ', but the positions thereof are the lower outer flaps. It is preferably applied in a horizontally long position at a position corresponding to about 1/2 of the height of 7, 7 ′.

On the other hand, the upper and outer flaps 6 and 6 'are provided with disassembling perforations 14 and 14'. The perforations 14 and 14 'are provided with the upper and outer flaps 6 and 6' on the lower and outer flaps 7 and 7 '. When the upper and lower parts are partially covered and joined, the arcuate parts 15 and 15 are directed upward toward the top surface in the middle of the linear part extending in the lateral direction along the upper edge line of the lower outer flaps 7 and 7 'or the vicinity thereof. It is preferable that the shape is provided with '.

Next, the lower and outer flaps 7, 7 'are bonded and bonded onto the inner flaps 8, 9, 8', 9 ', and an adhesive is applied to the inside of the upper and outer flaps 6, 6'. This adhesive is preferably applied at a plurality of locations side by side in the lateral direction between the disassembling perforations 14, 14 'and the free end edges of the upper and outer flaps. The upper and outer flaps 6, 6 'are then partially overlapped and bonded to the lower outer flaps 7, 7' to complete the opening closure. The lengths of the upper and outer flaps 6 and 6 'are set to be slightly larger than half of the box height, and the lengths of the lower and outer flaps 7 and 7' are also set to be slightly longer than half of the box height.

<Flap dismantling>
First, dismantling the side part of the storage box after using tissue paper or the like, put a finger or a nail on the arcuate parts 15 and 15 'of the disassembling perforations 14 and 14', push it down and push it down. The side surface portion is broken along the disassembling perforations 14 and 14 ', but the broken pieces of the upper and outer flaps 6 and 6' bordering on the disassembling perforations 14 and 14 'are formed on the lower outer flaps 7 and 7'. It breaks in a state where it adheres to the outer surface, and along with this, the adhesion between the lower and outer flaps 7, 7 'and the inner flaps 8, 9, 8', 9 'is also broken and opened. In such a case, the dismantling of the side portion can be completed with a single operation.
Note that the flap disassembly is not limited to the above method. For example, when the disassembling perforation lines 14 and 14 'are not provided, the disassembly is performed by destroying the outer flaps or between the outer flap and the inner flap. You can also

<Rear perforation at the bottom>
Next, the perforation line 10 provided at the corner is cut off. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the initial resistance is smaller and the fracture is easier when the joint is cut from the shorter one. As for the length of the connecting portion, one was d 1 = 1.0 mm and the other was d 2 = 3.0 mm. The perforation line is arranged at a corner adjacent to the carton glued portion, and as shown in FIG. 4, the perforated line is formed on a fold line (ruled line) part connecting the bottom surface part and the carton glued part.

<Separation of film>
Thereafter, the plastic film on the back surface of the take-out port can be easily peeled off simply by spreading the whole as shown in FIG. 4, and the storage box can be flattened and discarded. The film is made of polyethylene having a thickness of about 40 μm, and is glued in a substantially rectangular shape near the outer periphery of the film on the inner surface of the top surface of the storage box. FIG. 5 shows a pasting pattern. The long sides of the pasting shape were bonded with a continuous width of 3 mm. If it is intermittent or less than 3 mm, the film is easily torn during the film separation operation, and the workability is deteriorated. In addition, by intermittently gluing the short side portion, the load at the separation start portion is small and it can be easily peeled off.
Disassembling these flaps, breaking perforations, and separating films can be performed more easily without the consumer being confused by displaying a series of procedures on the storage box with a number indicating the operating position and direction. Can do.
