Abstract
【解決手段】
内燃機関により駆動されて作動油を加圧するオイルポンプと、油圧に基づいて作動する可変動弁機構と、作動油中の異物を捕獲するオイルフィルタ18と、内燃機関以外の駆動源により駆動されて作動油を加圧する増圧器20と、を有する。オイルポンプから可変動弁機構15への油圧供給通路16の途中の収容室16A内に、オイルフィルタ18及び増圧器20の可動部22の双方を配設する。増圧器20は、その作動状態にかかわらず油圧供給通路16を連通状態に維持する非容積型ポンプである。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関により駆動されて作動油を加圧するオイルポンプと、油圧に基づいて作動する油圧アクチュエータと、を有する内燃機関の油圧駆動装置において、
作動油中の異物を捕獲するオイルフィルタと、
内燃機関以外の駆動源により駆動されて作動油を加圧する増圧器と、を有し、
上記オイルポンプから油圧アクチュエータへの油圧供給通路の途中の収容室内に、上記オイルフィルタ及び増圧器の可動部の双方が配設されていることを特徴とする内燃機関の油圧駆動装置。 - 上記増圧器が、その作動状態にかかわらず油圧供給通路を連通状態に維持する非容積型ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記可動部の可動領域と収容室の内面との間に所定の間隙が確保されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記可動部が、軸回りに回転駆動される回転軸と、この回転軸に取り付けられるスクリュー部と、を有し、
上記収容室が内燃機関のハウジングの側面に略有底筒状に穿設されており、この収容室の軸方向の両端部に油圧供給通路の一部をなす上流側通路と下流側通路とが接続しており、
この収容室内に、略円筒状のオイルフィルタと可動部とが同軸上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の油圧駆動装置。 - 上記オイルフィルタが可動部に予め一体的に組み付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内燃機関の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記油圧アクチュエータが、吸気弁又は排気弁の開閉時期を変更する可変動弁機構であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の油圧駆動装置。
