Description

The present invention relates to a positioning jig for positioning at least two types of workpieces at predetermined positions, and a workpiece bonding apparatus using the positioning jig.

For example, when manufacturing minute electronic components, it is necessary to accurately position components (workpieces) constituting them, and the positioning operation is performed using various jigs (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). ). In particular, when two workpieces such as a magnet and a yoke are bonded to each other, it is necessary to accurately position the two workpieces. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the magnet and the yoke. As shown in FIG. 8, the planes of the magnet 1 and the yoke 2 are bonded together with an adhesive to assemble one electronic component.

5A and 5B are diagrams showing a yoke positioning jig according to the prior art, (a) a plan view and (b) a front view. FIGS. 6A and 6B are diagrams showing a magnet positioning jig according to the prior art, which are (a) a plan view and (b) a front view. A yoke positioning jig 3 (hereinafter referred to as a yoke jig) shown in FIG. 5 is made of a thick plate material, and has a concave portion 4 and a cylindrical positioning pin 5 for housing the yoke on a flat portion thereof. Yes. The concave portion 4 has a shape that follows the outer shape of the yoke 1, and positioning in the planar direction is achieved simply by dropping the yoke 1 into the concave portion 4. Further, a movable body 6 for biasing the magnet is installed on one end side of the yoke jig 3, and the tip end portion 6 b can be advanced and retracted toward the concave portion 4 by a coil spring 6 a incorporated therein. Yes. However, the movable body 6 does not bias the yoke 1 but biases the magnet 2 against a magnet positioning jig described later.

A magnet positioning jig 7 (hereinafter referred to as a magnet jig) shown in FIG. 6 is made of a thin plate material (positioning plate), and has a positioning hole 8 through which a positioning pin 5 of the yoke jig 3 passes. , One end portion has a notch 9 along the outer shape of the magnet 2. The magnet jig 7 is not used alone but is used by being assembled to the yoke jig 3 shown in FIG.

7 shows a state in which the magnet jig shown in FIG. 6 is assembled to the upper part of the yoke jig shown in FIG. 5, and (a) a plan view and (b) a front view. Hereinafter, the assembly operation (bonding operation) of the magnet and the yoke will be described. First, the yoke 1 is dropped into the recess 4 provided in the flat part of the yoke jig 3 shown in FIG. Apply an appropriate amount of mold adhesive. After that, the positioning pin 5 of the yoke jig 3 is passed through the positioning hole 8 of the magnet jig 7 to place the magnet jig 7 on the yoke jig 3, and the magnet 2 is placed near the notch 9 of the magnet jig 7. Then, the movable body 6 is operated to urge the magnet 2 toward the position reference surface (notch inner wall) 9a of the positioning plate 7, and the urging force causes the side surface of the magnet 2 to contact the position reference surface 9a. Then, positioning in the plane direction is performed and temporarily fixed. In this state, the entire jig is heated at a predetermined temperature to cure the adhesive and fix (adhere) the magnet 2 and the yoke 1 to each other. After the fixing is completed, the movable body 6 for biasing the magnet is moved backward to release the biasing to the magnet 2, the magnet jig 7 is removed from the yoke jig 3, and the magnet 2 fixed to each other Take out the yoke 1.
JP 2003-160188 A Japanese Patent No. 3416580

In conventional magnet and yoke positioning jigs, positioning is performed simply by dropping the yoke into the recess of the yoke jig, so it is necessary to ensure the position accuracy by making the recess as close as possible to the outer shape of the yoke. Therefore, the workability of taking out and supplying the yoke was poor. Furthermore, since the magnet was positioned after installing the magnet jig on the yoke jig, the positional accuracy of the magnet and the yoke was poor.

Note that each of the positioning jigs disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 has a single workpiece as a positioning target, and a plurality of workpieces cannot be positioned with respect to each other.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and a positioning jig capable of easily and accurately positioning a magnet and a yoke in a predetermined positional relationship, and a work using the positioning jig An object of the present invention is to provide a bonding apparatus.

A positioning jig for positioning the first workpiece and the second workpiece at a predetermined position, at least a first recess for storing the first workpiece and a step higher than the first recess. The positioning jig includes a plurality of pairs of the first recess, the second recess, the first urging means, and the second urging means.

A workpiece bonding apparatus for bonding two workpieces each composed of a first workpiece and a second workpiece, a positioning jig for positioning the first and second workpieces at a predetermined position, and the positioning jig First workpiece supply means for supplying the first workpiece to the tool, adhesive application means for applying an adhesive to the first workpiece positioned by the positioning jig, and the positioning jig with the first workpiece supply means. A second workpiece supply means for supplying a second workpiece; an adhesive curing means for curing the adhesive applied to the first workpiece; the first workpiece and the second workpiece adhered to each other; A workpiece recovery means for recovering the positioning jig from the positioning jig, and the positioning jig for the first workpiece supply means, the adhesive application means, the second workpiece supply means, the adhesive curing means, and the workpiece rotation. According to the positioning jig of the present invention, it is possible to easily and accurately position two workpieces, and productivity is improved. If a plurality of workpieces are positioned on one positioning jig, a large number of workpieces can be heated at the same time, and the heating process for curing the adhesive can be performed efficiently. Furthermore, according to the workpiece bonding apparatus using the positioning jig of the present invention, a series of operations from supplying and positioning the workpiece to the positioning jig to bonding and collecting the workpiece can be automatically performed. Productivity is improved.

FIG. 1 is a view showing a positioning jig according to the present invention, and is (a) a plan view and (b) a front view. 2 and 3 are views for explaining the positioning jig of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a state in which the magnet is positioned in the recess (a) a plan view, (b) a front view, FIGS. 3A and 3B are views showing a state where the yoke is positioned in the recess, and are a plan view and a front view. However, in FIG. 2, a part of the jig is omitted for easy understanding of the drawing. First, as shown in FIG. 1, the positioning jig of the present invention includes a first recess 11 for positioning the magnet 2 (first workpiece), and a first step up from the first recess 11. It has the 2nd recessed part 12 for positioning the yoke 1 (2nd workpiece | work) whose diameter is larger than the 1 recessed part 11. As shown in FIG. The first recess 11 has a shape that follows the outer shape of the magnet 2, and has an inner shape that is slightly larger than the outer shape of the magnet 2. Similarly, the second concave portion 12 has a shape that follows the outer shape of the yoke 1, and has an inner shape that is slightly larger than the outer shape of the yoke 1. Further, the magnet 2 and the yoke 1 are urged against the first concave portion 11 and the second concave portion 12 in the plane direction of the concave portions 11 and 12, respectively, and are pressed against the position reference surfaces 11 a and 12 a of the inner walls of the concave portions 11 and 12. A first leaf spring 13 (first urging means) and a second leaf spring 14 (second urging means) are disposed inward from the side ends of the recesses 11 and 12, respectively. It is possible to move forward and backward.

After the magnet 2 is accommodated in the first recess 11, the magnet 2 is urged by the first leaf spring 13 to be in pressure contact with the position reference surface 11 a of the inner wall of the recess 11 as shown in FIG. After being accommodated in the second recess 12, as shown in FIG. 3, it is urged by the second leaf spring 14 to come into pressure contact with the position reference surface 12 a of the inner wall of the recess 12. Thereby, the positioning of the magnet 2 and the yoke 1 in the planar direction is achieved. The first plate spring 13 and the second plate spring 14 are moved to the retracted position against the elastic force of the plate spring by an arbitrary external mechanism (locator) (not shown).

In this embodiment, a plate spring is used as the urging means, and the magnet 2 and the yoke 1 are urged by utilizing the elastic restoring force, so that an external mechanism for urging the urging means is unnecessary. It is. Further, since the leaf springs 13 and 14 are fixed to the jig, the magnet 2 and the yoke 1 will not be displaced from the position reference plane even if the jig is moved or a plurality of the jigs are arranged.

Further, the urging means need not be limited to the leaf spring, and other members that generate an elastic restoring force may be used. In addition, it is also possible to simultaneously position three or more workpieces by providing a plurality of concave portions for positioning the workpieces in stages. The workpiece is not limited to the magnet and the yoke described in the present embodiment, but can be applied to positioning of other components as long as the workpiece can be positioned using the recess.

FIG. 4 is a plan view schematically showing a workpiece bonding apparatus constructed using the positioning jig of the present invention. The workpiece bonding apparatus of the present invention is the positioning jig 21 of the present invention shown in FIG. Then, an adhesive is applied to the magnet supply unit 22 (first work supply means) for supplying the magnet 2 (first work) to the positioning jig 21 and the magnet 2 positioned to the positioning jig 21. An adhesive supply unit 23 for supplying the yoke 1 (second workpiece) to the positioning jig 21, and an adhesive applied to the magnet 2. An adhesive curing unit 25 for curing, a work recovery unit 26 for recovering the magnet 2 and the yoke 1 bonded to each other from the positioning jig 21, and a positioning jig 21 for the magnet supply unit 22 and the adhesive supply Part 23, the yoke supply unit 24, the adhesive hardened portion 25, and a transfer means 27 for sequentially transferred to the workpiece collection unit 26.

The operation of the workpiece bonding apparatus according to the present invention will be described below. First, the transfer means (index table) 27 provided with a plurality of positioning jigs 21 is driven and rotated in a certain direction (in the direction of the arrow in the figure) to transfer the positioning jig 21 to the magnet supply unit 22. When the positioning jig 21 is transferred to the magnet supply unit, a locator (plate spring drive mechanism) (not shown) rises and the magnet plate spring (first plate spring) 13 of the positioning jig 21 is moved to the magnet 2. The magnet 2 is supplied from the magnet supply unit 22 to the first recess 11 of the positioning jig 21. A magnet is used to supply the magnet 2, and a plurality of magnets 2 arranged in a matrix on a tray are connected to a suction port provided at the tip of the robot through a connection pipe to connect a vacuum pump and a switching valve for intake and exhaust. Is adsorbed. When the magnet 2 is supplied to the first recess 11, the locator is lowered to release the retracted state of the magnet leaf spring 13, and the magnet leaf spring 13 is advanced by its own elastic restoring force, as shown in FIG. The magnet 2 is pressed against the position reference surface 11a of the inner wall of the first recess 11 and temporarily fixed.

After the magnet 2 is temporarily fixed (positioned) at a predetermined position, the index table 27 is rotated to transfer the positioning jig 21 to the adhesive supply unit 23, and an appropriate amount of thermosetting adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the magnet 2. Apply. A robot is used to supply the thermosetting adhesive, and the thermosetting adhesive is transferred from an adhesive tank to a pin provided at the tip of the robot and then transferred onto the upper surface of the magnet 2.

Thereafter, the index table 27 is rotated to transfer the positioning jig 21 to the yoke supply unit 24. Here, the locator is raised to retract the yoke leaf spring (second leaf spring) 14 to a position where the yoke 1 can be supplied, and the yoke 1 is moved from the yoke supply portion 24 to the second recess 12 of the positioning jig 21. Supplied. The robot 1 is supplied to the yoke 1 in the same manner as the magnet 2 is supplied. A vacuum pump and a switching valve are connected to an intake hole provided at the tip of the robot via a connection pipe to perform intake and exhaust, and arranged in a matrix on the tray. The plurality of yokes 1 are adsorbed. When the yoke 1 is supplied to the second recess 12, the yoke 1 is temporarily attached to the upper surface of the previously positioned magnet 2 via an adhesive, and then the locator is lowered to lower the magnet leaf spring 14. The retracted state is released, the yoke leaf spring 14 is advanced by its own elastic restoring force, and the yoke 1 is pressed against the position reference surface 12a of the inner wall of the second recess 12 and temporarily fixed as shown in FIG.

In this state, the index table 27 is rotated to transfer the positioning jig 21 to the adhesive curing unit 25, and the entire positioning jig is heated at a predetermined temperature to cure the thermosetting adhesive, and the magnet 2 and yoke 1 are fixed to each other. A heater is used for heating and the yoke 1 and the magnet 2 are sandwiched from above and below the positioning jig 21 for heating.

After the adhesive is cured, the index table 27 is rotated and the positioning jig 21 is transferred to the work collection unit 26, and the yoke 1 and the magnet 2 fixed to each other are collected. In the work collection unit 26, the bias of the magnet plate spring 13 and the yoke plate spring 14 is released by a locator, and the yoke 1 and the magnet 2 fixed to each other are taken out from the recesses 12 and 11, respectively. A robot is used to collect the workpiece, and a vacuum pump and a switching valve are connected to an intake hole provided at the tip of the robot through a connection pipe to perform intake and exhaust to adsorb the workpiece (yoke 1 side).

As described above, according to the bonding apparatus of the present invention, since a plurality of workpieces can be processed continuously, production can be performed efficiently.
