Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cooling sheet and a method for manufacturing the same, and particularly to the point that a high cooling effect can be maintained for a long time, and that the cooling sheet can be applied sufficiently so that it does not easily peel off from the application site of the body. It has characteristics.
In recent years, cooling sheets have been used for the purpose of cooling fever, inflamed areas, and moisturizing and refreshing the skin.
And as such a cooling sheet | seat, generally, what provided the adhesive water-containing gel which made water-soluble polymer, such as polyacrylic acid, hold | maintain to olefin type nonwoven fabric etc. is used.
Here, in the cooling sheet provided with the above-mentioned adhesive water-containing gel, when the part of the above-mentioned adhesive water-containing gel is applied to the sticking part of the body, the cooling water sheet is formed by this adhesive water-containing gel. It was not sufficiently attached to the application site and easily removed from the application site.
However, in the case of the above-mentioned adhesive water-containing gel, there is a problem that the water content is generally low and a high cooling effect cannot be maintained for a long time.
On the other hand, when the water content in the water-containing gel as described above is increased to increase the cooling effect, the adhesiveness of the water-containing gel is greatly reduced, and the adhesion of the cooling sheet to the application site is reduced. There was a problem that was easily removed from the affixed site.
。 For this reason, in recent years, a cooling sheet has been proposed in which a non-woven fiber layer coated with an adhesive on one side is impregnated with a gel of a water-soluble polymer material having a water content of 90% by weight or more (for example, (See Patent Document 1).
This invention makes it a subject to solve the above problems in a cooling sheet, so that a high cooling effect can be maintained for a long time by using a water-containing gel having a high moisture content and low adhesion to the cooling sheet. At the same time, it is an object of the present invention to allow the cooling sheet to be sufficiently affixed so that it is not easily peeled off from the affixing part of the body.
In the cooling sheet according to the present invention, in order to solve the above-described problems, a water-insoluble adhesive layer is provided on one side of the holding sheet, while the opposite surface of the holding sheet has high moisture content and is adhesive. A cooling sheet in which a gel layer composed of a low hydrous gel is held, at least a plurality of through holes are formed in the water-insoluble adhesive layer, and the water-containing gel and the water-insoluble pressure-sensitive adhesive are formed. A large number of through holes provided in the layer were filled.
Here, as the above-mentioned water-containing gel, in order to obtain a high cooling effect for a long time, the water content is preferably 65% by weight or more, more preferably 90% by weight or more. Use it. The upper limit of the moisture content is not particularly limited, but is considered to be about 99% by weight from the viewpoint of the shape retention of the above water-containing gel.
In obtaining such a water-containing gel, a water-soluble polymer having high water retention and excellent shape retention is used, and this water-soluble polymer may be either synthetic or natural.
