Abstract
【解決手段】 複数の発熱部から熱を回収する熱回収装置において、発熱のメカニズムおよび発熱温度ならびに温度上昇率が互いに異なる複数の発熱部1,2と熱輸送媒体5との間でそれぞれ熱交換する複数の熱交換部3,4が設けられるとともに、その熱輸送媒体5が、発熱温度が相対的に低くかつ温度上昇率の相対的に大きい第1の発熱部1との熱交換部3側から発熱温度が相対的に高くかつ温度上昇率が相対的に小さい第2の発熱部2との熱交換部3に向けて流動するように第1の熱輸送経路15,13,16が設けられ、さらに前記熱輸送媒体5によって運ばれた熱を蓄える蓄熱部14が設けられている。

Claims (7)
- 複数の発熱部から熱を回収する熱回収装置において、
発熱のメカニズムおよび発熱温度ならびに温度上昇率が互いに異なる複数の発熱部と熱輸送媒体との間でそれぞれ熱交換する複数の熱交換部が設けられるとともに、
その熱輸送媒体が、発熱温度が相対的に低くかつ温度上昇率の相対的に大きい第1の発熱部との熱交換部側から発熱温度が相対的に高くかつ温度上昇率が相対的に小さい第2の発熱部との熱交換部に向けて流動するように第1の熱輸送経路が設けられ、
さらに前記熱輸送媒体によって運ばれた熱を蓄える蓄熱部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする熱回収装置。 - 前記第1の発熱部は、車両に搭載された空調装置における発熱部であり、前記第2の発熱部は、車両におけるエンジンと変速機と燃料電池と駆動用モータと駆動用モータの制御機器との少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱回収装置。
- 前記第1の発熱部の温度が前記第2の発熱部の温度より高い場合に、前記第1の発熱部と熱輸送媒体との熱交換を行う第1の熱交換部から前記第2の発熱部と熱輸送媒体との熱交換を行う第2の熱交換部に熱を伝達する熱伝達手段を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱回収装置。
- 前記熱伝達手段は、前記熱輸送媒体を、前記蓄熱部をバイパスさせて、前記第1の熱交換部から前記第2の熱交換部に向けて循環流動させる第2の熱輸送経路によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱回収装置。
- 温度が高い場合に低い場合に比較して出力が増大する蓄電手段を備え、
前記蓄電手段の温度が低い場合に前記第1の熱交換部で温度の上昇した前記熱輸送媒体の熱を前記蓄電手段に伝達する手段が前記第2の熱輸送経路に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱回収装置。 - 前記第1の熱輸送経路に前記熱輸送媒体の逆流を防止する逆止弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の熱回収装置。
- 前記蓄熱部から前記第1の熱交換部に到る前記第1の熱輸送経路に、前記熱輸送媒体を流動させるポンプが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の熱回収装置。
