Abstract
【解決手段】入力されたスクリュ・バレルの仕様に基づいてバレル内において溶融した樹脂が完全充満している一定容積部を定義し、当該一定容積部がなす解析対象空間を三次元の多数の微小要素に分割し、微小要素毎の溶融樹脂の温度を、入力された押出機の稼働状態を示す情報に応じて数値解析演算によって算出し、算出された微小要素毎の溶融樹脂温度より解析対象空間の温度ヒストグラムを作成し、微小要素毎の溶融樹脂の温度あるいは前記温度ヒストグラムより前記解析対象空間における溶融樹脂の平均温度を算出し、当該平均温度と前記温度ヒストグラムの標準偏差との比率値を演算し、当該比率値を均一溶融の評価指標とする。

Claims (5)
- 押出機のバレル内に設けられるスクリュによる樹脂の均一溶融性状態をシミュレーションする押出スクリュの均一溶融シミュレーション方法において、
入力された押出スクリュ・バレルの仕様に基づいて前記バレル内において溶融した樹脂が完全充満している一定容積部を定義し、当該一定容積部がなす解析対象空間を三次元の多数の微小要素に分割し、
前記微小要素毎の溶融樹脂の温度を、入力された押出機の稼働状態を示す情報に応じて数値解析演算によって算出し、
算出された微小要素毎の溶融樹脂温度より前記解析対象空間の温度ヒストグラムを作成し、
前記微小要素毎の溶融樹脂の温度あるいは前記温度ヒストグラムより前記解析対象空間における溶融樹脂の平均温度を算出し、当該平均温度と前記温度ヒストグラムの標準偏差との比率値を演算し、当該比率値を均一溶融の評価指標とする押出スクリュの均一溶融シミュレーション方法。 - 入力項目である押出スクリュ・バレルの仕様は、押出スクリュの形状寸法とバレルの形状寸法であり、
押出機の稼働状態を示す情報は、押出スクリュ・バレル温度及び熱伝導率、スクリュ回転速度、バレル内の溶融樹脂流量、溶融樹脂の流入温度、溶融樹脂の押出圧力、および樹脂データとしての溶融樹脂の粘度、比熱等である請求項1記載の押出スクリュの均一溶融シミュレーション方法。 - 前記一定容積部は、前記押出スクリュの条数をNとして、スクリュ先端部の少なくても、1/Nリード分以上の軸長を有する前記バレルと前記押出スクリュとの間の空間である請求項1または2記載の押出スクリュの均一溶融シミュレーション方法。
- コンピュータに、入力された押出スクリュ・バレルの仕様に基づいて押出機のバレル内において溶融した樹脂が完全充満している一定容積部を定義し、当該一定容積部がなす解析対象空間を三次元の多数の微小要素に分割する手段と、前記微小要素毎の溶融樹脂の温度を、入力された押出機の稼働状態を示す情報に応じて数値解析演算によって算出する手段と、算出された微小要素毎の溶融樹脂温度より前記解析対象空間の温度ヒストグラムを作成する手段と、前記温度ヒストグラムの標準偏差を算出する手段と、前記微小要素毎の溶融樹脂の温度あるいは前記温度ヒストグラムより前記解析対象空間における溶融樹脂の平均温度を算出する手段と、前記平均温度と前記温度ヒストグラムの標準偏差との比率値を演算する手段と、前記比率値を押出スクリュの均一溶融の評価指標として出力する手段として機能させるためのプログラム。
- 押出機のバレル内に設けられる押出スクリュによる樹脂の均一溶融性状態をシミュレーションする押出スクリュの均一溶融シミュレーション装置において、
入力された押出スクリュ・バレルの仕様に基づいて前記バレル内において溶融した樹脂が完全充満している一定容積部を定義し、当該一定容積部がなす解析対象空間を三次元の多数の微小要素に分割する手段と、
前記微小要素毎の溶融樹脂の温度を、入力された押出機の稼働状態を示す情報に応じて数値解析演算によって算出する手段と、
算出された微小要素毎の溶融樹脂温度あるいは前記温度ヒストグラムより前記解析対象空間の温度ヒストグラムを作成する手段と、
前記温度ヒストグラムの標準偏差を算出する手段と、
前記微小要素毎の溶融樹脂の温度より前記解析対象空間における溶融樹脂の平均温度を算出する手段と、
前記平均温度と前記温度ヒストグラムの標準偏差との比率値を演算する手段と、
前記比率値を均一溶融の評価指標して出力する手段と、
を有する押出スクリュの均一溶融シミュレーション装置。
