Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 患者に対する医療挿管において使用される挿管装置であって、
前方開放端と後方開放端とそれらの間の内部穴とを有する気管チューブと、
人工呼吸器またはその他の換気装置に接続するためのアダプタと、
前記内部穴内に摺動可能に置かれ、後端部、前端部、及び長手方向へ伸びているフレキシブルな誘導部を有するスタイレットとを具備しており、
前記患者の気管内への前記気管チューブの挿入中に、前記気管内の適切な位置へ前記気管チューブを向ける様に操作するために、前記誘導部を前記気管内に位置決めすることができる様に、前記気管チューブの前記後方開放端から外方へ移動する様に前記スタイレットが構成されている挿管装置。 - 膨張して、前記気管チューブを通って流れている換気ガスが前記気管から外方へ漏れることを防ぐための、少なくとも一つの膨張可能な空気袋を更に具備する請求項1に記載の挿管装置。
- 幾分フレキシブルな金属棒から前記スタイレットが形成されている請求項1に記載の挿管装置。
- 前記スタイレットが銅棒から形成されている請求項1に記載の挿管装置。
- 軟らかくてしなやかな合成樹脂スリーブを前記スタイレットが更に具備する請求項1に記載の挿管装置。
- 前記気管チューブと前記スタイレットとの間に形成されるリップを減少させるのに有効な先細り部を前記スタイレットが具備する請求項1に記載の挿管装置。
- 前記気管チューブと前記スタイレットとの間に形成されるリップを減少させるのに有効な鍔を前記気管チューブが具備する請求項1に記載の挿管装置。
- 前記患者内への挿入中に前記気管チューブ及び前記スタイレットの形状を調整するための手段を更に具備する請求項1に記載の挿管装置。
- 前記患者の喉頭及び気管の照明に有効な化学ルミネセンス光を更に具備する請求項1に記載の挿管装置。
- 患者に対する医療挿管において使用される挿管装置であって、
前方開放端と後方開放端とそれらの間の内部穴とを有しており、しなやかで幾分堅い軟質合成樹脂材料から形成されている気管チューブと、
前記内部穴内に置かれ、後端部、前端部、及び長手方向へ伸びており軟らかくてフレキシブルな材料から形成されているフレキシブルな誘導部を有している、幾分フレキシブルなスタイレットとを具備しており、
前記気管チューブを所望の形状にして且つ維持するのに前記スタイレットが有効であり、
前記患者の気管内への前記気管チューブの挿入中に、前記気管内の適切な位置へ前記気管チューブを向ける様に操作するために、前記誘導部を前記気管内に位置決めすることができる様に、前記気管チューブの前記後方開放端から外方へ移動する様に前記スタイレットが構成されている挿管装置。 - 軟らかくてしなやかな合成樹脂スリーブを前記スタイレットが更に具備する請求項10に記載の挿管装置。
- 前記気管チューブと前記スタイレットとの間に形成されるリップを減少させるのに有効な先細り部を前記スタイレットが具備する請求項10に記載の挿管装置。
- 前記気管チューブと前記スタイレットとの間に形成されるリップを減少させるのに有効な鍔を前記気管チューブが具備する請求項10に記載の挿管装置。
- 前記患者内への挿入中に前記気管チューブ及び前記スタイレットの形状を調整するための手段を更に具備する請求項10に記載の挿管装置。
- 前記患者の喉頭及び気管の照明に有効な化学ルミネセンス光を更に具備する請求項10に記載の挿管装置。
- 気管チューブとフレキシブルな誘導部を有するスタイレットとを有する挿管装置を使用して患者に対する挿管を実行する方法であって、
前記気管チューブ及び前記スタイレットを所望の形状に曲げる段階と、
前記気管チューブ及び前記スタイレットが喉頭へ向かって動かされる様に、前記挿管装置を前記患者の通気路内に挿入する段階と、
前記気管チューブから前記気管内へ向かって前記誘導部が外方へ長手方向に動く様に、前記スタイレットを前方へ動かす段階と、
前記スタイレット及び前記誘導部に沿って前記気管内の所定の位置へ前記気管チューブを動かす段階とを具備する方法。 - 密封のために空気袋を膨張させる段階と、前記気管から前記気管チューブの後方端部を通して前記誘導部を引き出すことによって前記スタイレットを取り去る段階とを更に具備する請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記気管チューブが前記患者の通気路内に位置決めされている間に前記気管チューブを所望の形状に調整する段階を更に具備する請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記スタイレット中の孔を通して前記患者内へ酸素を注入する段階を更に具備する請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記喉頭及び気管の直接照明のために化学ルミネセンス光を活性化させる段階を更に具備する請求項16に記載の方法。
