Abstract
Description
収性重合体繊維状成分を含んでなることができる。本発明の繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物は、それら自体、それぞれ、1以上の周囲の保持要素と組み合わせた整列された(oriented)強化繊維状又はフィラメント状成分を含んでなる、複数の繊維状又はフィラメント状単位を含んでなる配合構成物として形成することができる。
その中の成分に対して不都合な影響を示す結合体中への定量添加の目的の、単位化構成物及びその中の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分の保全性を維持する役に立つ。結合体コンパウンド中の単位化構成物の機械的撹拌及び場合による適当な溶媒への暴露時に、周囲の保持要素は破壊されて、極端な環境条件による劣化を伴なわずに、混合物全体中への強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分の均一な放出、分配及び分散を許す。

Claims (20)
- 混合物の特性を改善する方法であって、
a.混合物を提供し、
b.単位化された繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物を提供し、ここで前記の単位化された繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物は
i.2種以上の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分、
ii.周囲の保持要素、からなり、
iii. そこで前記強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分は本質的に平行に整列されて組み合わされ、そして前記の周囲の保持要素は、前記の組み合わされそして本質的に平行な強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分により描かれる(describe)全周の周りを囲む、
c.前記混合物中に一定量の前記の単位化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物を添加してブレンドを形成し、そして
d.前記のブレンドを機械的に撹拌して前記の周囲の保持要素を破壊し、そして前記の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分を前記混合物中に分散させる、
段階を含んでなる、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記の繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状単位化構成物が約3mm〜150mmの間の全周を示す、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記の単位化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物が約3mm〜30mmの間の全周を示す、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記の単位化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物が約8mm〜100mmの間の長さを示す、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記の単位化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物が約12mm〜50mmの間の長さを示す、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記混合物が高温のビチューメン結合体(bituminous aggregate)である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記混合物がセメント質混合物であり、そして前記繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物が有限のステープルの長さを示す金属の繊維状成分を含んでなる、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記混合物がセメント質混合物であり、そして前記繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物が無限の長さの金属の繊維状成分を含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記混合物がセメント質混合物であり、そして前記繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物が有限のステープルの長さを示す高吸収性重合体の繊維状コンパウンドを含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記混合物がセメント質混合物であり、そして前記繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物が無限の長さを示す高吸収性重合体の繊維状成分を含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状の各構成物が、それぞれ2種以上の前記の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分を含んでなる2以上の繊維状又はフィラメント状単位
を含んでなる、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状の各成分が有限のステープルの長さを示す、請求項1記載の方法。
- 単位化された繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物を含んでなる混合物のための構造的強化であって、前記の単位化された繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状の各構成物が2種以上の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分並びに1種以上の周囲の保持要素からなり、そこで前記の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分が本質的に平行な配列で組み合わされ、そして前記周囲の保持要素が前記の組み合わされ、本質的に平行な強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分により描かれる(describe)全周の周りを囲む、ことを特徴とする構造的強化。
- 前記の周囲の保持要素が前記の単位化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状構成物の総表面積の80%以下を囲む、請求項7記載の混合物の構造的強化。
- 前記の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分が金属の繊維状成分を含んでなる、請求項13記載の構造的強化。
- 前記の金属の繊維状成分が有限のステープルの長さを示す、請求項15記載の構造的強化。
- 前記の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分が高吸収性重合体の繊維状成分を含んでなる、請求項13記載の構造的強化。
- 前記高吸収性重合体の繊維状成分が有限のステープルの長さを示す、請求項17記載の構造的強化。
- 前記繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状の各構成物が、コンパウンド強化構成物を提供するためにそれぞれ2種以上の前記の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状成分を含んでなる2以上の繊維状又はフィラメント状単位を含んでなる、請求項13記載の構造的強化。
- 前記の強化繊維状及び/又はフィラメント状の各成分が有限のステープルの長さを示す、請求項19記載の構造的強化。
