Claims (10)
- 製造設備中に2ユニット或いはそれ以上の製造ユニット(4)が有り、水盆の水塊(V)は水盆の水底(P)又はその近傍に位置する製造ユニット(4)或いは製造ユニットの部材を活性化するようになされており、該製造ユニット(4)は水塊の運動エネルギーを電気エネルギー及び/又は運動エネルギー及び/又は中間剤の圧力といった他の形態のエネルギーに変換するのに使用可能である、波力エネルギーを利用する製造設備(1)において、
−製造ユニット(4)が、中間水域(B)にて水盆の水底に直接に或いは間接に取り付けられ、
−製造ユニット(4)が、完全に水面下に没しており、
−製造ユニット(4)のエネルギー或いは中間物質の移送装置が、互いに直列に又は並列に連結されていることを特徴とする、製造設備(1)。 - 製造設備が、1個或いはそれ以上のベース(50)を用いて水盆の水底(P)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載された製造設備(1)。
- 製造設備(1)のエネルギー又は中間物質の移送装置(2c、20、200)の或る一部或いは全部が、ベース(50)に不動に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載された製造設備(1)。
- ベース(50)が、製造ユニット(4)に取り付けられるよう準備された堅牢固定装置(68)を持つことを特徴とする、請求項2乃至3のいずれか一つに記載された製造設備(1)。
- 製造設備(1)の製造ユニット(4)中の板状体(2)又はその一部の往復運動によるエネルギーが、該板状体に機能的に連結されたピストン又は捩じれポンプ(6)を用いて、運動エネルギー及び/或いは中間物質の圧力に変換されることができることを特長とする、前述の請求項のいずれか一つに記載の製造設備(1)。
- 液体或いは気体状の中間物質が、ピストン或いは捩じれポンプ(6)により水面上に或いは水盆の他の部分に加圧されて吸い上げられ、そこで圧搾空気或いは気体を製造するために、又装飾的な噴水、木材への含浸、貯水池への空気混入或いは気体状物質の分離用の昇圧を作り出すために使用されることが可能であり、或いは例えば海洋生物と水生植物の養殖、家屋の換気、暖冷房に使用、或いは例えば灌漑システム、ウォーターグライダ或いは消火システム等に必要な中間液体物質の流れを作り出すために使用されることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の製造設備(1)。
- 製造ユニット(4)が、水塊の運動エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換するのに使用されることができ、該電気エネルギーが用途地点に電線或いはケーブルを経て移送されることができることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の製造設備(1)。
- 電気エネルギーへの用途地点が、水盆表面上の電線であり、該電線にて該電気エネルギーが他の用途地点に移送されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の製造設備(1)。
- 製造ユニット(4)が、水盆の水底(P)に取り付けられ、したがって水塊の運動が実質的に往復或いは楕円運動である水深に丁度位置することを特徴とする、前述の請求項のいずれか一つに記載の製造設備(1)。
- 製造ユニット(4)が、水盆の水深Hの波長Lに対する比率が1/20−1/2である凡その領域で、砕け波線の深さよりも深い水盆の水底(P)に取り付けられることを特徴とする、前述の請求項のいずれか一つに記載の製造設備(1)。
