Description

透明な積層体と、前記積層体を支持構造内に保持するか、前記積層体を支持構造に取付けるための取付け手段とを含む外部圧力プレートグレージング要素であって、（１）前記取付け手段が、熱可塑性ポリマーの中間層の少なくとも１つの表面に直接結合され、（２）前記積層体が、少なくとも１つのガラス表面上で前記中間層に直接結合された少なくとも１つのガラス層を含み、（３）前記中間層が、前記積層体の少なくとも１つの端縁を越えて延在し、前記中間層の延在部分が、前記取付け手段に取付けられ、（４）前記取付け手段が、前記支持構造の維持チャネル内で前記積層体を整列させ保持するのに有用なクリップであり、（５）前記クリップが、前記チャネル内の前記積層体の回転移動および／または横方向の移動、または前記チャネルから外への前記積層体の移動を制限するのに有用な少なくとも１つの機械的な噛合い延在部を含むことを特徴とする外部圧力プレートグレージング要素。
［実施態様２］
前記支持構造がフレームであることを特徴とする実施態様１に記載のグレージング要素。
［実施態様３］
前記フレームが、マリオンと、圧力プレートとを含み、マリオンおよび圧力プレートが、前記グレージング要素のクリップを幾何学的に拘束する前記チャネルを形成し、前記クリップの噛合い延在部が、まっすぐな延在アーム、ボールもしくはソケット、「Ｃ」形状、「Ｌ」形状、「Ｔ」形状、フック、またはこれらの任意の組合せであることを特徴とする実施態様２に記載のグレージング要素。

前記クリップが、図２に示されているような延在部（９）を含むことを特徴とする実施態様３に記載のグレージング要素。

図３に示されているようであることを特徴とする実施態様３に記載のグレージング要素。
［実施態様６］
前記クリップが、図４に示されているような第２の延在部（１３）をさらに含むことを特徴とする実施態様５に記載のグレージング要素。

図５に示されているようであることを特徴とする実施態様３に記載のグレージング要素。
［実施態様８］
図６に示されているようであることを特徴とする実施態様３に記載のグレージング要素。
［実施態様９］
図７に示されているような接着剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする実施態様５に記載のグレージング要素。
［実施態様１０］
前記熱可塑性中間層がエチレンコポリマーであることを特徴とする実施態様１に記載のグレージング要素。
［実施態様１１］
前記中間層が、α，β−不飽和カルボン酸および／またはその誘導体の繰返し単位を含むエチレンコポリマーであることを特徴とする実施態様１０に記載のグレージング要素。

Claims (1)

  1. 透明な積層体と、前記積層体を支持構造内に保持するか、前記積層体を支持構造に取付けるための取付け手段とを含む外部圧力プレートグレージング要素であって、（１）前記取付け手段が、熱可塑性ポリマーの中間層の少なくとも１つの表面に直接結合され、（２）前記積層体が、少なくとも１つのガラス表面上で前記中間層に直接結合された少なくとも１つのガラス層を含み、（３）前記中間層が、前記積層体の少なくとも１つの端縁を越えて延在し、前記中間層の延在部分が、前記取付け手段に取付けられ、（４）前記取付け手段が、前記支持構造の維持チャネル内で前記積層体を整列させ保持するのに有用なクリップであり、（５）前記クリップが、前記チャネル内の前記積層体の回転移動および／または横方向の移動、または前記チャネルから外への前記積層体の移動を制限するのに有用な少なくとも１つの機械的な噛合い延在部を含むことを特徴とする外部圧力プレートグレージング要素。
