Abstract

Claims (3)
- 心臓再同期化治療を最適化する方法であって、
a.患者の大動脈又は主要動脈内に存在する血圧に比例する信号を検知すること、
b.一回拍出量の変動に比例して変動する信号特性を導出することによって、血圧に比例する前記検知された信号から一回拍出量の代用物を決定すること、
c.前記信号、前記一回拍出量の代用物、前記信号特性のうちの少なくとも1つを、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体に少なくとも一時的に記憶すること、
d.いくつかのA−V−Vタイミング方式を適用し、且つ該いくつかのA−V−Vタイミング方式のそれぞれについて、ステップa、b、及びcを繰り返すこと、及び、
e.前記いくつかのA−V−Vタイミング方式の少なくとも2つについて、前記一回拍出量の代用物に基づいて最大一回拍出量に対応する最適A−V−Vタイミング方式を識別すること、
を含む心臓再同期化治療を最適化する方法。 - a.患者の大動脈又は主要動脈内に存在する血圧に比例する信号を検知すること、
b.一回拍出量の変動に比例して変動する信号特性を導出することによって、血圧に比例する前記検知された信号から一回拍出量の代用物を決定すること、
c.前記信号、前記一回拍出量の代用物、前記信号特性のうちの少なくとも1つを、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体に少なくとも一時的に記憶すること、
d.いくつかのA−V−Vタイミング方式を適用し、且つ該いくつかのA−V−Vタイミング方式のそれぞれについて、ステップa、b、及びcを繰り返すこと、
e.前記いくつかのA−V−Vタイミング方式の少なくとも2つについて、前記一回拍出量の代用物に基づいて最大一回拍出量に対応する最適A−V−Vタイミング方式を識別すること、
を実施するための命令を記憶するコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 心臓再同期化治療を最適化する装置であって、
a.患者の大動脈又は主要動脈内に存在する血圧に比例する信号を検知する手段と、
b.一回拍出量の変動に比例して変動する信号特性を導出することによって、血圧に比例する前記検知された信号から一回拍出量の代用物を決定する手段と、
c.前記信号、前記一回拍出量の代用物、前記信号特性のうちの少なくとも1つを、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体に少なくとも一時的に記憶する手段と、
d.いくつかのA−V−Vタイミング方式を適用し、且つ該いくつかのA−V−Vタイミング方式のそれぞれについて、ステップa、b、及びcを繰り返す手段と、
e.前記いくつかのA−V−Vタイミング方式の少なくとも2つについて、前記一回拍出量の代用物に基づいて最大一回拍出量に対応する最適A−V−Vタイミング方式を識別する手段と、
を備える心臓再同期化治療を最適化する装置。
