Claims (20)
- 圧力測定システムであって、
埋め込み型目的圧力センサと、
埋め込み型内部基準圧力センサであって、該目的圧力センサから遠隔に配置されている、埋め込み型内部基準センサと、
外部基準圧力センサであって、無線で局所大気圧信号を送信するように構成されている、外部基準圧力センサと、
埋め込み型目的圧力センサおよび埋め込み型内部基準圧力センサと通信するコントローラであって、該コントローラは、
該外部基準圧力センサが該コントローラと通信しているときには、該埋め込み型内部基準圧力センサからの信号と該外部基準圧力センサからの該局所大気圧信号との間の相関因子を決定し、
該外部基準圧力センサが該コントローラと通信していないときには、該埋め込み型内部基準圧力センサからの信号と相関因子とに基づいて、較正された基準圧力を決定し、
該外部基準圧力センサが該コントローラと通信しているときには、該目的圧力センサからの該信号を該外部基準圧力センサからの該信号によって調整することによって、
該外部基準圧力センサが該コントローラと通信していないときには、該目的圧力センサからの該信号を該較正された該基準圧力によって調整することによって、
相対的生理学的目的圧力値を決定する
ように構成されている、コントローラと
を含む
圧力測定システム。 - 前記コントローラと通信する少なくとも1つの状態インディケータをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の圧力測定システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータは、身体運動センサを含む、請求項2に記載の圧力測定システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータは身体姿勢センサを含む、請求項2に記載の圧力測定システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータは時刻センサを含む、請求項2に記載の圧力測定システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータは肺機能センサを含む、請求項2に記載の圧力測定システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記外部基準圧力センサの前記値を前記埋め込み型内部基準圧力センサの前記値から減ずることによって、該埋め込み型内部基準圧力センサからの信号と該外部基準圧力センサからの前記局所大気圧信号との間の相関因子を決定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の圧力測定システム。
- 前記相関因子は較正マトリックスに格納されている、請求項1に記載の圧力測定システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータからの信号に基づいて、患者の状態を分類するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の圧力測定システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータからの信号の変化のレートを評価するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の圧力測定システム。
- 圧力測定システムであって、
埋め込み型目的圧力センサと、
該目的圧力センサから遠隔に配置された埋め込み型内部基準圧力センサと、
局所大気圧信号を無線で送信するように構成されている外部基準圧力センサと、
少なくとも1つの状態インディケータと、
該埋め込み型目的圧力センサ、該埋め込み型内部基準圧力センサ、および該少なくとも1つの状態インディケータと通信するコントローラであって、該コントローラは、
該外部基準圧力センサが該コントローラと通信しているときに、該埋め込み型内部基準圧力センサからの信号と該外部基準圧力センサからの該局所大気圧信号との間の相関因子を決定し、
該外部基準圧力センサが該コントローラと通信していないときに、該埋め込み型内部基準圧力センサからの信号と相関因子とに基づいて、較正された基準圧力を決定し、
該少なくとも1つの状態インディケータに応答して、相対的生理学的目的圧力値を決定する
ように構成されている、コントローラと
を含む、圧力測定システム。 - 患者の体内の局所大気圧を決定する方法であって、該方法は、
埋め込み型局所圧力センサと少なくとも1つの状態インディケータとを人間の体内に提供することと、
埋め込み型医療機器を提供することであって、該埋め込み型医療機器はコントローラを含み、該コントローラは、該埋め込み型局所圧力センサからの信号と該少なくとも1つの状態インディケータからの信号とを受信するように構成されている、ことと、
無線信号を該コントローラに送信するように構成されている外部基準圧力センサを提供することと、
該外部基準圧力センサが該コントローラと通信しているときに、相関因子を決定し格納することであって、該相関因子は該埋め込み型局所圧力センサからの信号と該外部基準圧力センサからの該信号とに基づいている、ことと、
局所大気圧値を決定することと
を含む、方法。 - 局所大気圧値を決定することは、前記外部基準圧力センサが前記コントローラと通信しているときには、該外部基準圧力センサからの信号に基づいている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 局所大気圧値を決定することは、前記外部基準圧力センサが前記コントローラと通信していないときには、前記埋め込み型局所圧力センサからの信号および格納された相関因子に基づいている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータは、身体運動センサを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータは、身体姿勢センサを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータは、時刻センサを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 埋め込み型目的圧力センサを提供することと、
該埋め込み型目的圧力センサからの信号と前記決定された局所大気圧値とに基づいて、相対目的圧力を決定することと
をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータからの信号の値に基づいて、較正マトリックスから格納された相関因子を選択することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態インディケータからの信号に基づいて、前記患者の状態を分類することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
