Claims (10)
- ペースト状成形材料の分割のために、ペースト状成形材料を、少なくとも1種の流体媒体を含む少なくとも1つの流れと接触させることを特徴とするペースト状成形材料の分割方法。
- 流体媒体が気体又は液体である請求項1に記載の方法。
- ペースト状成形材料のストランドを周期的に分割する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- ペースト状成形材料の粘度が、300〜5000N/cm2である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流れが実質的に空気を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 流れを、1〜325バールの圧力及び室温〜200℃の温度にて、ペースト状成形材料と接触させる請求項5に記載の方法。
- ペースト状成形材料がチタニウムゼオライト触媒を含む請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ペースト状成形材料を成形するために流体媒体を使用する方法。
- ペースト状成形材料を周期的に一定分割することにより、高い嵩密度、特に0.1〜10g/cm3の嵩密度を有するバラ材料を製造するために、流体媒体を使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られるバラ材料、特に触媒成形物。
