Claims (32)
- 布に塗布されるコーティングの固定を与えるために長手方向の溝を含む複数の単繊維を含み、該成形された単繊維から構成されていない布と比較すると、該布からのコーティングの耐剥離性が高い布。

- 前記溝が少なくとも2つの空洞を含む、請求項2に記載の布。

- 前記布が、形成布、圧搾布、乾燥布、TAD布、パルプ形成布、スラッジフィルタ、化学ウォッシャ、又は工業用布、又は靴のプレス又は移送ベルトである、請求項1に記載の布。

- 前記第2のコンポーネントが前記第1のコンポーネントに溶融結合される、請求項24に記載の単繊維。
- グリップ性が高められた複合フィラメントの製造方法であって、
単繊維の長さに沿って延びる1つ以上のU字状チャネルを有する低融点ポリエステル単繊維を押し出し成形するステップと、
必要に応じて、該押し出し成形された単繊維を配向するステップと、
複合単繊維を作るために、TPU単繊維をU字状チャネルに差し込むステップと、
必要に応じて、該TPUを該低融点ポリエステルに結合するために、該複合単繊維を加熱するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 複合フィラメントからなる布の製造方法であって、
単繊維の長さに沿って延びる空洞をそれぞれ与える1つ以上の長手方向の溝を有する低融点ポリエステル単繊維を押し出し成形するステップと、
必要に応じて、該押し出し成形された単繊維を配向するステップと、
複合単繊維を作るために、TPU単繊維を該溝に差し込むステップと、
必要に応じて、該TPUを該低融点ポリエステルに結合するために、該複合単繊維を加熱するステップと、
非複合フィラメントから構成された布と比較すると、シート抑制及びシート誘導特性が高い布を形成するために、該複合単繊維を使用するステップと、

単繊維の長さに沿って延びる空洞をそれぞれ与える1つ以上の長手方向の溝を含む単繊維から布を形成するステップと、
