Description

The present invention relates to a re-peelable and re-adhesive printing paper that can perform high-resolution printing even with an inkjet printer, and a method for manufacturing the same.

As for the printing paper for business use, the A4 standard (210 × 297 mm) is used in almost 90% or more, and the printing paper of the A4 standard is generally used so that there is no printer that supports the A4 standard. It has become.

However, there is an inconvenience of using a transparent tape or a push pin or gluing when A4 paper on which contents (such as advertisements or publicly known matters) are printed is to be attached to a wall or a bulletin board. Of course, a postal shipping label paper having an adhesive surface on a template paper is known. However, since such label sheets are cut according to a predetermined standard, there is a problem in that desired contents cannot be freely printed and used unless a designated document format supported by a word processor is used. In addition, since the label paper is a single-use adhesive method, it cannot be removed and attached again to another place after being attached once to a specific position.

Also, printing paper is usually heavily stained with ink when printing with an inkjet printer. For this reason, laser printers are mainly used for high-resolution printing. Since the ink jet printer is a system in which ink is ejected from a nozzle for printing, the resolution greatly depends on the time for which the ink adheres to the printing paper and the material of the printing paper that absorbs the ink. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to obtain a resolution of about 800 dpi or more when printing is performed with an ink jet printer using existing printing paper.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is to solve such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a printing paper that increases the convenience of the user by making the A4 standard printing paper that is most commonly used a sticker system. There is to do.

Another object of the present invention is to provide an A4-standard printing paper that can be freely re-adhered and re-peeled by applying an adhesive that can be re-adhered to the adhesive surface of the A4-standard printing paper. It is to provide.

Still another object of the present invention is to enable high-resolution ink jet printing by applying a coating agent for increasing the adhesive strength of ink to the front surface of the printing paper (the surface on which printing is performed, the same applies hereinafter). To provide printing paper.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a printing paper manufacturing method having the above-described functions.

To achieve the above object, according to the present invention, an adhesive that allows re-adhesion and re-peeling is applied to the back surface, and a PET sheet paper coated with PVC is bonded, and the content is printed by a printer. The surface is provided with a printing paper manufactured by applying a coating agent that increases the adhesive strength of the ink.

Since the printing paper of the present invention can obtain a high resolution of up to 2,800 dpi by using not only a general laser printer but also an ink jet printer, when outputting various reports, color documents, publicity materials, etc. It is highly useful, especially for publicity materials and information, such as bulletin boards, walls, and partitions in front of desks. Once attached, it can be removed and reattached elsewhere. Therefore, it is a very useful invention.

In particular, the adhesive according to the present invention maximizes the convenience of use by not damaging not only the adhesive surface but also the printing paper when removing the printing paper from the adhesive surface, and leaving no foreign matter on the adhesive surface. Has the effect of

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining a use state of a printing paper according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the printing paper of the present invention is coated with an adhesive that allows re-adhesion and re-peeling on its back surface (b), and this is coated with PVC. A PET sheet paper (also referred to as PE laminate paper or release paper; the same shall apply hereinafter) (c) is applied to the surface (a) on which the content is printed by a printer, while a coating agent that increases the adhesive strength of the ink is applied. Manufactured by.

In the present invention, the adhesive applied to the surface of the printing paper to be bonded to the PET sheet is 43 to 47 parts by weight of vinyl acetate-acrylic acid ester copolymer resin, a nonionic interface Activating agent (Poly Ory Ethylene Nonyl Phenyl Ether) 1.5 to 2.5 parts by weight, inorganic filler (calcium carbonate) 16 to 20 parts by weight, vinyl acetate monomer (1,000 to 2,000 ppm), 2- It is composed by mixing 1,000 to 2,000 ppm of EHA monomer (2-Ethyl Hexyl Acrylate Monomer) and 32 to 36 parts by weight of water.

Most of the adhesives used for known re-peelable and re-adhesive papers such as the commonly known “Post-it” (registered trademark) adhesive materials are volatile organics such as toluene. Used as a melting material. However, the adhesive according to the present invention is obtained by dissolving an acrylic solvent in water, reducing the odor of volatile components, and thus solving the problem of lowering adhesive strength due to evaporation of volatile components, and complementing the problem of environmental pollution. There is an effect that can be done.

Therefore, the adhesive configured in this way exhibits a predetermined adhesive force, and when removing the paper from the adhesive surface, does not damage the paper as well as the adhesive surface, and does not leave any foreign matter on the adhesive surface. Absent.

A thickness of about 25 microns is suitable for applying the adhesive according to the present invention to the back surface of the printing paper. Therefore, the printing paper according to the present invention can be printed at a desired location such as a sticky note that can be removed and re-adhered by an existing PET sheet after the user freely creates and outputs contents using a word processor. Can be easily attached and detached. In addition, it has the convenience of being able to be glued again elsewhere.

In the present invention, the coating agent for increasing the adhesive strength of the ink ejected from the ink jet printer is 23 to 27 parts by weight of silica or silicon oxide (SiO 2) powder, 46 to 50 parts by weight of vinyl acetate, a known ink. It is composed of 1 part by weight of an adhesive, 1 part by weight of a known ink fixing agent and 20 parts by weight of water.

When the coating agent according to the present invention configured as described above is uniformly applied to the printing surface of the printing paper and dried at 120 ° C. for 20 seconds, the production of the printing paper according to the present invention is completed.

As described above, the coating agent according to the present invention has a large amount of silica, so that compared to the case of using only the existing ink pressure-sensitive adhesive, thermal stability and chemical stability, which are general properties of inorganic substances, are used. It has properties that combine physical properties such as reactivity, solubility, elasticity, and adhesiveness, which are properties of gloss, abrasion resistance, and organic matter. In addition, it has the property that it reacts with moisture in the air and is gradually cured from the surface to the inside, and the ink jetted onto the printing paper by the ink jet printer can be quickly fixed to prevent the ink from spreading or smearing. Can do. In particular, the coating agent according to the present invention has an excellent effect that the ink does not bleed even when water is attached to the ink-jet printed surface.

Thus, the printing paper coated with the coating agent instantaneously absorbs and fixes the ink ejected from the ink jet printer, so that a high resolution of up to 2,800 dpi or more can be obtained.

The method for producing a printing paper according to the present invention comprises coating by mixing 23 to 27 parts by weight of silicon, 46 to 50 parts by weight of vinyl acetate, 1 part by weight of an ink adhesive, 1 part by weight of an ink fixing agent, and 20 parts by weight of water. Agent manufacturing step (step A) and coating step (step B) in which 8.4 g of the coating agent composed in step A is applied to the printing surface of a known printing paper and dried at a temperature of 120 ° C. for about 20 seconds. And 43 to 47 parts by weight of vinyl acetate-acrylic acid ester copolymer resin, 1.5 to 2.5 parts by weight of nonionic surfactant (Poly Ory Ethylene Nonyl Phenyl Ether), inorganic Filler (calcium carbonate) 16-20 parts by weight, vinyl acetate monomer (Vinyl Acetate Monomer) 1,000-2,000 ppm, 2-EHA monomer (2-Ethyl Hexyl Acrylate Monomer) 1,000-2, 000 ppm and 32 to 36 parts by weight of water are mixed to produce an adhesive (Step C), and an adhesive application step (Step D) for applying 8.4 g of the adhesive formed by Step C on the back side of the printing paper. And a joining step (E step) for joining the printing paper that has undergone the step D to a PET sheet.

Furthermore, after the process is completed, a cutting process for cutting according to a predetermined standard (A4 or B5 standard) is performed.

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated by the specific Example, this invention is not limited to this. Of course, it is also included in the concept of the present invention to be modified or changed into various forms by a person having ordinary knowledge in the art without departing from the concept of the present invention.
