Abstract
Description
石油残渣を熱伝導媒体としての粒状のホットコークスと混合器中で混合することにより、石油蒸気、ガス、コークスに変換し、ガス及び蒸気は、粒状のコークスから実質的に分離されて混合器から排出されて冷却され、ガスばかりでなく濃縮状態の生成油が生成し、一方、混合器から排出されたコークスは再び加熱され、熱伝導媒体として混合器に戻されることを特徴とする石油残渣の高温短時間蒸留方法に関する。

Claims (8)
- 原油、天然の瀝青又はオイルサンドの処理から生じる石油残渣の高温短時間蒸留方法であって、
前記石油残渣を熱伝導媒体としての粒状のホットコークスと混合器(1)中で混合することにより、石油蒸気、ガス、コークスに変換し、ガス及び蒸気を、粒状のコークスから実質的に分離して混合器(1)から排出し、冷却し、ガスばかりでなく濃縮状態の生成油を生成し、
一方、混合器(1)から排出されたコークスを再び加熱し、熱伝導媒体として混合器(1)に戻す方法であって、
前記気化した生成油を、カラム(17)中で、450℃以下で、分圧を低下させるためのガスや水蒸気を加えて一部濃縮し、高沸点留分を、カラム(17)から抽出し、非濃縮ガスや油蒸気を排出する、
ことを特徴とする石油残渣の高温短時間蒸留方法。 - 前記カラム(17)からの前記非濃縮ガス及び油蒸気を第二分留カラム(19)に導入し、第一カラム(17)において濃縮されなかった前記生成油を、ベンジン/ガス油留分のみならず、低濃度の汚染物質を含む真空ガス油に分解することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 自己生成し、戻された生成ガスを前記カラム(17)にガスとして導入することを特徴とする請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- カラム(17)中の前記生成油の分圧を減少させることにより、450℃以下の温度において、450℃から650℃の間の開始沸点を有する高沸点留分が濃縮することができ、かつその他の生成油留分から分離して抽出することができることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記分離された高沸点留分が、生成油蒸気になお含まれている60%以上のコンラドソン炭素残渣(CCR)と、70%以上の重金属ニッケル(Ni)及びバナジウム(V)と、80%以上のアスファルトを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記混合器(1)からのガス/油蒸気混合物を、前記カラム(17)に導入する前に、サイクロン(14)中で浄化することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記カラム(17)が、下降流のマルチベンチューリ洗浄器を備えている急冷機であり、その中で前記混合器(1)から生じたガス及び蒸気を冷却し、残留粉コークスを洗浄することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記カラム(17)から分離された高沸点留分を、前記混合器(1)に戻すことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
