Claims (16)
- 希薄な硫化水素を含んだ物理溶媒から超希薄な物理溶媒を生成するように構成されたバキュームストリッパと、
バキュームストリッパに結合された高圧フラッシング容器および中圧フラッシング容器のうちの少なくとも1つとを備え、高圧フラッシング容器および中圧フラッシング容器のうちの少なくとも1つは実質的に硫化水素を含まないストリッピングガスをバキュームストリッパに提供するプラント。 - 超希薄な物理溶媒を受け取り、かつ等温勾配または上から下に減少する温度勾配で動作するように構成された吸収装置をさらに備えた請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 吸収装置は少なくとも10モル%の二酸化炭素および少なくとも500ppmの硫化水素を含んだ原料ガスを受け取る請求項2に記載のプラント。
- 原料ガスは少なくとも1000psigの圧力を有する請求項3に記載のプラント。
- 原料ガスは少なくとも部分的に脱水され、かつ少なくとも部分的に脱水された原料ガスはリッチソルベントによってさらに冷却される請求項4に記載のプラント。
- 希薄な硫化水素を含む物理溶媒は少なくとも100ppmの硫化水素を含み、かつ超希薄な物理溶媒は100ppm未満の硫化水素を含む請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 超希薄な溶媒は10ppm未満の硫化水素を含む請求項6に記載のプラント。
- 希薄な硫化水素を含む物理溶媒はプロピレンカーボネート、n−メチルピロリドン、ポリエチレングリコールのジメチルエーテル、およびリン酸トリブチルから成る群から選択される請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 実質的に硫化水素を含まないストリッピングガスは少なくとも95モル%の二酸化炭素を含む請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 酸性ガスがリッチソルベントから分離され、これにより希薄な硫化水素を含んだ物理溶媒が生成される分離装置をさらに備え、酸性ガスの一部が圧縮されて、あるフォーメーションに注入される請求項1に記載のプラント。
- バキュームストリッパは分離装置の酸性ガスと結合される第2の酸性ガスをさらに生成する請求項10に記載のプラント。
- 超希薄な物理溶媒を生成する方法であって、
高圧フラッシング容器および中圧フラッシング容器のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて、物理溶媒から実質的に硫化水素を含まないストリッピングガスを分離する工程と、
バキュームストリッパにおいて希薄な硫化水素を含んだ物理溶媒から硫化水素を除去して超希薄な物理溶媒を生成する工程とを含んだ方法。 - 超希薄な物理溶媒を吸収装置に送り、かつ等温勾配または上から下に減少する温度勾配で吸収装置を操作する工程をさらに含んだ請求項12に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1000psigの圧力で原料ガスを吸収装置に送る工程をさらに含み、原料ガスは少なくとも10モル%の二酸化炭素および少なくとも500ppmの硫化水素を含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 希薄な硫化水素を含む物理溶媒はポリピレンカーボネート、n−メチルピロリドン、ポリエチレングリコールのジメチルエーテル、およびリン酸トリブチルから成る群から選択される請求項12に記載の方法。
- 実質的に硫化水素を含まないストリッピングガスは少なくとも95モル%の二酸化炭素を含む請求項12に記載の方法。
