Claims (27)
- RFIDスマートタグ技術における好ましくない侵入を阻止するための妨害装置であって、前記装置は、スマートチップRFIDスキャナーが、製品と組み合わされたスマートタグから、情報を正確に受信することを阻止する手段を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 前記装置は、個人によって運搬又は着用されるように携帯型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記阻止手段は、受動装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記受動装置は、スキャナーが信号を処理できない程度にまで、RFIDスキャナーを同時にRFID信号により過飽和状態にするのに十分なほど多くのRFIDチップを含む構造であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記構造は、少なくとも約1,000のFRIDチップを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記構造は、少なくとも約10,000のRFIDチップを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記構造は、消費者用電子機器を偽装していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記構造は、ポケット、財布、ブリーフケース、及びリュックサックのうちの1つに適合する大きさであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記受動装置は、少なくとも3又はこれより大きい数の奇数ビットを持つコードを伝達する信号を射出するRFIDチップを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記受動装置は、約500より多いビット数を持つコードを伝達する信号を射出するRFIDチップを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記受動装置は、1000より多いビット数を持つコードを伝達する信号を射出するRFIDチップを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記受動装置は、2000より多いビット数を持つコードを伝達する信号を射出するRFIDチップを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記受動装置は、4000より多いビット数を持つコードを伝達する信号を射出するRFIDチップを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記阻止手段は、能動装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、RFIDスキャナーが存在するとき、RFID妨害信号を発生するRFID送信機を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、ほぼ連続して送信することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、RFIDスキャナー信号を検知した時送信することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、スマートタグからのRFID信号を検知した時に送信することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、選択された周波数で妨害信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、ランダム周波数で妨害信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、妨害信号で周波数帯域を順にスイープすることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、複数の周波数で同時に信号を発することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、妨害信号のように変調RFID信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、消費者用電子機器として偽装されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、ポケット、財布、ブリーフケース、及びリュックサックの少なくとも1つに適合するような大きさとすることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、該装置がRFIDスキャナーの作動範囲内にあることを示す警報器を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記能動装置は、スキャナーが製品と組み合わされたスマートタグから10センチメートル離れ、妨害装置から10センチメートル離れた作動範囲にある時の信号強度の測定値に基づいて、製品と組み合わされたスマートタグの信号強度より実質的に大きい信号強度を持つラジオ周波数信号を射出することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
