Description
Claims (13)
- アクチュエータによって振動されるように取り付けられた、噴霧アセンブリと、
開口部を有し、噴霧液を収容するボトルを該開口部の下方に保持するように構成された、ほぼ水平な支持部材と、
前記支持部材から前記開口部の上方に且つ前記開口部に沿って上方に延出する、複数の取付ポストと、
前記噴霧アセンブリから前記取付ポストのうちの対応するものまで延出すると共に、前記取付ポストのうちの前記対応するものの周囲に延在するような形状の端部を有して、前記噴霧アセンブリが前記開口部の上方に吊り下げられた状態となるようにリテーナを保持する、少なくとも1つの支持ワイヤと、
を備える、液体噴霧装置。 - 前記噴霧アセンブリがリテーナを含み、前記支持ワイヤが該リテーナから前記取付ポストのうちの前記対応するものまで延出する、請求項1に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記支持ワイヤが、力を加えられることによって弾性的に変形可能であり、前記リテーナと係合すると共に、前記力を解除されると前記リテーナに保持される、請求項2に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記支持ワイヤが、ループを形成するような形状とされていて、該ループが、前記リテーナから延出すると共に前記取付ポストのうちの少なくとも1つに嵌まって保持されるように構成された、請求項3に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記支持ワイヤが、端部を有し、該端部が、同じく前記リテーナから延出すると共にそれぞれが前記取付ポストのうちの他のものの周囲に巻き掛けられるように屈曲されている、請求項4に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 前記支持ワイヤが、前記取付ポストのうちの2つに嵌まる部分ループを有し圧迫されない形状をしていると共に、前記リテーナの対応する構造に係合するように屈曲されることにより内側に弾性的に押圧することができ、且つ、この圧力を解除すると部分的に復元されることにより前記リテーナに保持された状態となる構造を、前記部分ループと両端部との間に有しており、該両端部が、前記取付ポストのうちの他のものに嵌まるループとなるように屈曲されている、請求項3に記載の液体噴霧装置。
- 噴霧アセンブリを供給するステップと、
ほぼ水平な支持部材を供給するステップであって、該支持部材が、開口部を有し、噴霧液を収容するボトルを該開口部の下方に保持するように構成され、複数の取付ポストを備え、該取付ポストが、前記支持部材から前記開口部に沿って上方に延出しており、
前記噴霧アセンブリから延出するように、少なくとも1つの支持ワイヤを供給するステップと、
前記支持ワイヤのリテーナから隔たった少なくとも1つの端部を、前記取付ポストのうちの1つの周囲に延在して、前記噴霧アセンブリを前記開口部の上方に吊り下げられた状態に保持するように、屈曲させるステップと、
を含む、液体噴霧装置の形成方法。 - 前記支持ワイヤが、前記噴霧アセンブリから延出する2つの端部を有し、前記屈曲させるステップが、該2つの端部を対応する取付ポストの周囲に延在するように屈曲させることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記リテーナから延出するように前記支持ワイヤを供給する前記ステップが、前記支持ワイヤを前記噴霧アセンブリに保持することのできる形状に屈曲させることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記噴霧アセンブリが、圧電アクチュエータと該圧電アクチュエータによって振動されるオリフィス板とを保持するリテーナを含み、
前記形状が、互いに向かい合う方向に押圧することによって前記支持ワイヤの弾性的屈曲により前記リテーナの内側開口部と位置合わせすることができると共に、前記弾性的屈曲が解除されると部分的に復元することにより前記開口部に挿入されて前記リテーナを前記支持ワイヤに保持する、外側に延出する突出部から成る、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記支持ワイヤが部分ループとなるように屈曲され、突出部が該部分ループと前記支持ワイヤの両端部との間に形成され、該部分ループを前記取付ポストのうちの少なくとも1つに嵌めるステップを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記支持ワイヤの前記両端部を前記取付ポストのうちの他の少なくとも1つの周囲に巻き掛けるステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも4つの前記取付ポストが前記開口部の周囲に分配され、前記部分ループが前記取付ポストのうちの2つに嵌められ、前記支持ワイヤの前記両端部が残りの前記取付ポストの周囲にそれぞれ巻き付けられる、請求項11に記載の方法。
