Claims (10)
- 隣接するシャフトと相互に噛み合う、同一ねじ方向のスクリュ−要素が捻れロックされて配設された、軸並行で、同一方向に回転可能である支持シャフトを少なくとも二本有する、流動性物質を分散し且つ溶融するための装置において、少なくとも一対の相互に噛み合うスクリュー要素(3、3’)について、各スクリュー要素(3、3’)が、同一回転方向で相互に漸進・累進的な角変位・偏角において配設され且つ1条ねじ又は2条ねじ形状に形成されたスクリュー部分(11、12、13、14;11’、12’、13’、14’)から構成されて、かくしてフロント面(15、16;15’、16’)を形成することを特徴とする前記装置。
- 各スクリュ−部分(11、12、...)の軸長さ(al)が、各スクリュー部分(11、12)のスクリューねじ山の頂(21、22、...;21’、22’、...)のピッチの分数であることを特徴とする、請求項1において記載された装置。
- 各スクリュ−部分(11,12、...)の軸長さ(al)が、各該ピッチの高々2/3であることを特徴とする、請求項2において記載された装置。
- 各スクリュー要素(3、3’)のスクリュー部(11、12、...)におけるスクリューねじ山の頂の軸長さ(ak)が、種々に異なることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項において記載された装置。
- あるスクリュー要素(3、3’)の隣接するスクリュー部分(11、12、...)が、異なる変位角・偏角を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項において記載された装置。
- スクリュー部分(11、12、...)のピッチが、スクリュー径(D)と等しいか又はこれより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項において記載された装置。
- 該スクリュー部分(11、12、...)のフロント面(15、16;15’、16’)が、回転軸と共軸である円錐上に位置するに際して、スクリュー部分(11、12、...)のフロント面(15、16;15’、16’)が位置する円錐が、一つの共通台を有する二重円錐を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項において記載された装置。
- 該スクリュ−部分(11、12、...)のスクリューねじ山の頂(21、22、...)の軸距離が、スクリューねじ山の高さ(t) x tg(フロント面(15、16;15’、16’)の90°円錐角度)x 2を上回らないことを特徴とする、請求項7において記載された装置。
- 該円錐角が、少なくとも50°であることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8において記載された装置。
- スクリュー要素(3、3’)が、軸長さがスクリュー径の二倍に相当するスクリュー部分を少なくとも一つ有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項において記載された装置。
