- 毒素またはプロドラッグ変換酵素が、プロドラッグCB1954を活性化することができるニトロレダクターゼである請求項12に記載のDNAワクチン。
- 毒素またはプロドラッグ変換酵素がチトクロームP450である請求項13に記載のDNAワクチン。

- 免疫賦活分子が、GM−CSF、IL−1、IL−2、IL−4、IL−6、IL−10、IL−12、IL−18、B7−2、TNFα、γ−IFN、MCP−1、MIP−2、RANTES、TGF−β、CD154、CD134リガンド、MHCクラスI、MHCクラスII、CD135リガンドおよびTRAILからなるリストから選択される請求項16または17に記載の産物。
- 免疫応答を増強する際に使用するための、
a)毒素またはプロドラッグ変換酵素と
